We purchased our 4 iPhone 11 Pro Max’s here shortly after this store opened, and Raul took great care of us back then. We only buy phones every other year so when the 13’s came out it was an easy decision where to start looking and we were pleasantly surprised to walk in and see Raul! Great service, plenty of options (iPhone. Android, watches, cases, etc) and staff that understands the process really well.We have a lots of choice in this area when buying a mobile device and we WILL return to Mobile Generation!

When I tell you this was the best experience I ever had in an electronic store, I mean it! The group of guys working in this store make you feel extremely welcome and equal. This is quite honestly the best Verizon store I have been to and I have been Verizon customer for nearly two decades. I have worked with quite a few Verizon stores as I have moved throughout the state and this by far is the best one. If you are looking for staff that is extremely friendly, while also very knowledgeable about all the products they sell and at the same time also providing you plan options that make the most sense for you, this is the place to come. Jason, Dave and Raul made the experience quite wonderful. Be sure to visit them the first chance you get at 2720 Showplace Drive in Naperville. Dave was absolutely amazing! This location and wonderful staff seemed to have endless patience with my wife and I as we transferred and upgraded four devices, which took a lot longer than anyone expected. Having to take turns running back and forth with our two daughters on a Sunday, while dealing with all the nuances of switching our entire plan from T-Mobile to Verizon, actually ended up being a calm and pleasant experience! We felt guilty for such a long process and thought that we were a nuisance, but were constantly reassured that it wasnt a problem at all. Her patience is endless. And her politeness and good humor never failed, no matter how trying I was. I recommend her entire team.

It was really great. They entertained my kids. Got through the process of switching phones very quickly and it was painless.
