The team in that store was very professional, and attentive to your needs. They all were very helpful, and the visit was pleasant. That’s my go to store now 😊

I upgraded my phone online and it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I came to the store to change my upgrade. The process was absolutely seamless. Only a couple trips to and from the store only due to my work schedule, so I’m sure I could’ve easily knock this out in a 30 minute trip one time. I was able to get the phone I wanted quick, fast, seamlessly and everybody was unbelievably fantastic. I worked with the store manager each and every time as well as his staff and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this team. Definitely customer service at the highest level from these guys.

So, I thought I was paying too much on my bill and figured I would stop in the local shop to see what they could do for me. Sure enough, I was on an old plan from 2009 and my new friend Aric took good care of me. Very little wait time and I was in and out the door in no time. I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you and your family!

I came in to the AT&T store panicked because I thought my email was going to disappear tomorrow from an email that I had received from who I thought was AT&T. Nick explained to me that it wasn’t a real informational email from AT&T and that I should ignore it and he would help me restore my email back on to my phone. He help me within 7 minutes! He was excellent and knew exactly what to do when I told him about my problem. He is a real asset to AT&T as he really knows what he’s doing & more. My husband and I have come to this store several times. Everyone is a professional & we rave about the service. Any question I asked, him he knew the answer. I really appreciate him helping me out and now I will stay with AT&T for my email, phones, Internet & cable for our TV. Yay!! Kudos to Nick for his prompt, knowledgeable and informative help. He deserves a raise!!! 😉

This store is so great; I legitimately have never had a bad experience here. Ive gotten them to help with any new phones for my family and the service is spot on. Ben was so helpful getting my most recent phone running. He answered all my questions (and I threw a lot at him). He had my phone set up seamlessly while simultaneously setting me up for a potential new internet plan. I genuinely recommend this store (and Ben!). They are so incredibly helpful!

I needed a new phone and didn’t need to wait long to get to get top notch service from Aric. They were very mindful of Covid protocol & were very professional.

It was the best experience I have ever had with an iPhone problem. Nick and Aric were not only extremely professional, but were kind and empathetic. I tried to get an appointment with the Apple store and was told it would take 7 days. It was so upsetting thinking that I could not reach my daughters and elderly mother for over 2 days.It was impossible to get the iPhone to unfreeze. I chatted with Apple online and they could not solve it. Nick worked on it for a couple of hours and he and Aric even stayed 10 minutes after closing to ensure the iPhone was working. I would have lost all of my pictures and voicemails of my dad who passed away last year.Nick was able to take a horrible experience for me and literally brought back all of my lifetime memories! This is just not a phone, it is a huge part of my life! Thank you to Nick, best sales rep in the world, and to Aric for all of his support! I am eternally grateful!

Yes the honor repaired my phone and he was a very nice man I will see him again to are my phone is cracked and I need some more work done on where you insert the court somehow it got bent inside so I hope that he can fix it whenever I get time in the money I will speak with making me feel fit to that store the one off of 59 and Naperville

Went to this store twice. Savvy helped the first time and Gerry on the second visit. Both of them were as nice as could be. Being that I know very little about cell phones, they helped me with all my concerns. Truly a great place, and HATS OFF to Gerry and Savvy!!!

I made a trade in in Feb 2020 by giving a Iphone 6s and getting a Iphone 11. The rep told me there was a promotion and I would get $300 credit. It has been 9 months and still I dont see the iphone 6s credit on my bill. According to new manager Aric there was not any such promotion so my credit was not processed. The rep does not work in the store now so now i dont know wheer to go. Aric is goign to see what he can do, I am going to talk to customer service as well. I like ATT and this store to do the right thing and give my $300 credit.

My rating is only for Savvy, who is an asset to this store!! Ive had nothing but billing trouble with AT&T (not this location, just AT&T in general) for months and thankfully she took the time to listen to our issues and she fixed EVERYTHING for us very quickly so THANK YOU SAVVY!!! Were truly still with AT&T because of you lol. I appreciate your great customer service and friendliness!!

Savvy Morris and her staff are incredible! I had a very complicated issue with my daughter’s phone and after not being able to solve it on my own, the store manager kept at it trying every angle and resource to find a satisfactory resolution. I am so appreciative of her not giving up and for finding an end result which was in my best interest. I think it has become easier for large companies to tell customers that they have done their best and that is all they can do. This is not my experience with the Naperville AT&T store on Washington! Ms. Morris, the store manager, went above and beyond to solve my problem and has earned our trust and continued business.

Buyer beware, this is not an AT&T corporate store. This is a reseller and they are able to make up their own rules. This is very deceiving since nowhere is it posted they are not affiliated with AT&T. My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience here. Bought a Samsung phone that was defective. He brought it back within one hour of buying it and Eric the store manager was unable to unlock the phone so he sent him to Ubreakifix. The personell there said this phone has known problems and wouldnt help us. Returned to the AT&T store to ask for a refund. They finally agreed, however charged a $55 restocking fee, on a defective phone that was no fault of ours! Then wouldnt refund the $30 case because THEY threw away the box when we were there. No box, no refund. So now were out over $85 on a defective phone! I spoke with the corporate store in Aurora and they couldnt believe this happened to us either, however couldnt help us since this is NOT an AT&T store. Do NOT go to this store. They do not know what they are doing and unwilling to help their customers!

If you want the most outstanding service at the AT&T store in Naperville Illinois at 4:23 South Washington you have to ask for Savvy Morris. She was absolutely the best ever and help me through all my problems no matter how long it took… And it took an hour. She gets five stars for me

Lost my phone and had to have a SIM card replaced. Dan made the process painless and simple and even fixed a much longer standing issue on the account with caller ID while he was in the system. Great store with great staff!

After my cell phone completely died, J entered the store in a complete panic worried whether my extensive pictures, e-mails & contacts would be available for transfer, I was immediately greeted by Tevin. After explaining the steps I had already taken to “revive” my existing phone he immediately reassured me that my data should be transferable if my phone had been updated. Fortunately, this has just happened last week-end. He showed me the updated I-phone model giving me a choice of colors. He thoroughly explained my options & choices of phones. He recommended have a screen protector since the screen is glass & breakable. Per his suggestion, I also added the warranty which allows me to update to a new phone after a few years. He was very polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

The man that helped me was so kind to me, very sweet and so helpful. I was a long time customer of T-Mobile but because of him, I will forever be an AT&T customer.

I had an amazing experience at the ATT store. Savvy was able to help me explain my bill and give me the credits that I needed. I had called customer service over and over trying to explain my billing problems but they were unable to resolve them. This location was able to fix the problem very quickly and saved me a lot of frustration of having to call into customer service. The store is competent, effective, and fantastic at taking care of your needs. They are friendly and eager to help.
