Recently upgraded phones, I worked with Jason and Carlos, they were so nice and knowledgeable. They were able to assist me with all my questions and needs. definitely going back to this location

I am so grateful for Jay and Jason at this Sprint store. I had to go into the store for some help, during this pandemic. I was nervous going in, but was comforted to see Jays familiar smiling eyes above his mask. The store felt very safe, everyone was masked and appropriately distanced...and most important, incredibly helpful and kind. I am technologically challenged, but Jay and Jason were fabulous.I really appreciate that Sprint keeps their employees around. In this time of uncertainty, it is reassuring to work with the people you know. Relationships are key.

They were so fast, upgraded one line added a second line and were out in under an hour the switch from Sprint to T-Mobile has been good so far. Add a line was free for service iPhone 1/2 off get in there Sprint folks who missed out last time around.

Happy so far with my switch to Sprint from AT&T. We had a pretty long wait time due to a time sensitive safe but overall employees are nice and helpful.

Terrible customer service! Save yourself the time and go to a different location.
