I ordered a set for my bedroom last year in Februaryleft a down-payment of 70 dollars then covid hit so I decided to wait on actually ordering my furniture,couple months later I ended up getting some stuff from a different place so I wanted my money back they never gave me my 70 dollars back because I did not have my invoice but dont u have to keep extra copies of information like that . Do not come here if u want money stolen from you and not only that but the attitude from the owner just horrible

No one bothered helping us, my husband asked to use the restroom and they said it was not in service. But clearly was for another customer they were helping. I get it if a bathroom wasn’t in service but no even bothered to ask if we needed any assistance- we even liked a table from there. Extremely disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and choose literally ANY other furniture store besides this one! Decided to walk in and take a quick look to see if they had any nice living room sets. While being greeted by a very nice lady who tried to assist me there was a grouchy man sitting in a chair doing nothing except giving annoyed looks and attitude to everything I said or any question I had. He was no help at all... absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Obviously he’s not smart enough to know that being rude to people is not going to make them want to purchase from you! No wonder this place has signs that say going out of business.

I went to look for a loveseat in my family room. The store definitely did not disappoint me. It was a big Warehouse, and there was so much Furniture pieces to choose from. Walking in, I thought that it was a second hand shop. However, presently surprised. All of the items are actually new. I left the store satisfied that I found what I wanted and needed for my family room. However, I am giving the store only three out of five stars because of the salesman. He was rough around the edges. She started off with a nice personality hoping to get a sale. However, as soon as they noticed that our sale became promising, his personality began to change. When my family and I would ask questions, he would answer in a rather Snappy tone. I do not appreciate that for when you are trying to get a sale the last thing you need to be is disrespectful to your customer. In addition, he made rude comments about other customers in the store. If they had any questions, as they respond to no. Then turns to me and whispered I am sure that they have a question but for some reason theyre not asking. Why would you make rude remarks about other customers to another customer? Learn how to be a respectful, professional salesman dude. Maybe, just maybe you will get more customers.

Awful place, very dirty, no bargains here and they are closing. Dont waste your time.

Awful experience. Don’t stop here unless you want to wait 4 months for your furniture to come in. Was supposed to receive my items a month ago. They won’t give a refund either. Terrible.
