I wish I could have given them 5 stars but due to the communication I can’t. I placed an order for a mattress and it was supposed to be delivered on 5/22, I didn’t find out until the morning of after I called the store that the mattress that I purchased hadn’t been shipped from the manufacturer 😕 I wasn’t upset about that I was upset that I was not notified at least a day or two before expected delivery that it wasn’t going to happen. They did deliver a different mattress which I appreciate! Next time just make sure you communicate delays with customers in a timely matter. Other than that they have great quality mattresses for great prices!😃

Great pricing options! Recommend for cheap and quality mattresses

I bought two mattresses and a bed set here. The service was very satisfactory at the time of purchase and until the first delivery. But they didnt bring a mattress and the tools to assemble a bed set. They offered to assemble a bed set when they deliver for the rest of the mattress.They initially offered to deliver on Friday. They had no contact. I contacted them in the Friday evening. And they said that they would contact me between 7 and 10 p.m. to arrange the delivery time next Monday. There was no contact until the Tuesday. When I contacted him on Tuesday, the mattress came in yesterday and he said he would deliver them tomorrow. They said they would contact me in the morning, but they didnt. I called in the afternoon and they said they’d deliver it between 3 to 5 p.m.I understand that they have late because they dont have stock.But in that case, is it that difficult to call so that I dont wait? For a few days we can’t do anything to wait for the bed. And we had to sleep on the floor for 10 days. Even worse, they left without assembling a bed set. When I moved the bed, the head of the bed fell on my leg. Im really angry. I dont recommend this store to anyone.

I purchased a queen mattress and box spring set in July 2020, it’s now only Sept 2020 and the box spring is already noisy as if I’ve had it for decades. I can just be making the bed up and it makes noise. Save your money and invest in a new mattress set elsewhere!

I almost spent a thousand dollars on a King size mattress set at another store. We stopped in at Discount Mattress across from Fox Valley Mall and ended up with an even more comfortable set for only $699! We even got a 10 year manufacturers warranty. I feel great about buying from this store rather than one of the big chains! The owner knows everything about the different kinds of beds and he was really nice to explain the different make-ups of the beds. I purchased a Pillow-top mattress for comfort but got the innerspring coils inside for support. I would have never known what to ask for.
