This is a review only for service not the product as we did not buy anything. We were shopping for a new mattress. Giovanni approached us and asked his standard questions punching them in his tablet to show us the best options with the information. He took us to each one. These were of course 3 of the most expensive beds in the store. After he showed us the 3 beds he got very pushy making us feel like we needed to chose a bed now. Never did he ask us our price point. We told him he was the first place and we were going to shop a couple of places and make a decision. He then told us we we liked be the last place we shopped because his deals were the best. That he had outstanding reviews we could look them up. Again never asking what was holding us back from purchasing from him. We left with a bad taste in our mouth. Went down the street to a competitor where we had completely different experience and had a person that actually asked questions other than what his tablet said to ask, and took it all in to consideration. We didn’t need to go any where else. We laid down the cash and got a new bed. Sorry Giovanni as it turned out your store wasn’t the last place we would go.

I ordered a lucid 3” lavender mattress topper. What I was expecting was a lavender mattress topper… little did I know that it was actually lavender infused. The fake lavender smell was horrible and too strong. I knew that wasn’t what I originally wanted so I brought it into the store for a return. The associate there just told be to go on online. That wasn’t any help at all. So then I go online and the person says mattress toppers are non-returnable. Nowhere did it say even in the fine print that I couldn’t return it. Finally after a long back and forth. The store finally let me come in and return it after a long battle. (Ps. the mattress topper wasn’t even out of the package)

There are many places to buy a mattress in the western suburbs, but we found the Mattress Firm location, on the east side of route 59 in Naperville, to be the best buying experience, in terms service, quality and price. The sales associate/GM was awesome. He was never pushy and just wanted us to choose something we loved and would not regret buying. We then went to another store for price and he told us hed beat the price. After visiting and getting a quote, we came back to Giovanni at Mattress Firm and he beat the price from their competitor. Delivery was then scheduled for the next day, Sunday. The delivery was scheduled for 3:45-5:45 and messaged us often with location updates. They showed up early at 3pm and were out of the house by 3:20. Very professional and clean. So happy with my whole experience.

The salesman, Jack, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and got to know my sleep style. There was no pressure and he suggested mattresses that were within my price range. Appointments are required and shipping may be delayed due to shorter staff at factories. However, that may change as people go back to work.

We had a great experience at this Mattress Firm.I would recommend talking to Geovanni (Geo) or Tommy, you know sometimes dealing with sales professionals you can feel like you get had, truthfully I didn’t experience the routine BS from coming to shop here.It was casual and I was informed of my options without pressure from any up-selling.I was also listened to and was responded with direct answers to my questions.I did not realize how much important sleep I was missing until I shopped at Mattress firm of Naperville and spoke with Geovanni.For reference I purchased the King size purple mattress, with the Sleepys Basic Pillow and purple sheet set.Update: 4/22/21I had received an email last week about a recall for the twin frames I had gotten from mattress firm.The company who makes the frames was not responding to replace the necessary parts so I called mattress firm and spoke with Tommy, he very quickly found a solution to replace the frames with updated frames from the same company, they really go above and beyond here at mattress firm of Naperville.

Cannot recommend this store.We picked our first mattress, which felt totally different once it came to the house. We replaced it and the second one was better. But now after one year the mattress sank over 1 inch, and due to the fact that they put their stupid tag in a spot where you just want to rip it of. I cannot even claim a warranty. Obviously the store manager conveniently had other customers when I called

I met with John, who is amazing. We went to get our daughter her first big girl bed. Obviously wanted to stay within a budget and John helped us get a great deal on her new mattress. We were able to pick it up the next day (wasnt in stock) he helped load it up for me too. John is very kind and made our experience special and even easy. I will certainly return when I am ready to get a new mattress for myself.

Very disappointed. I was clearly told by Tommy they could check my credit to see if I’d be approved for financing without it harming my credit. I was approved, but was not told an account was opened. Several days later, I received notifications regarding my new account. I never disclosed my income, so I do not know how my credit limit was decided. I was very upset by this and was told I should have known that Mattress Firm could only run my credit by applying for an account. Feels like I’ve been scammed..

We walked in without knowing how glorious the mattresses were. Purple mattresses especially impressed us. Tommy, the sales associate who helped us out was very friendly and helpful towards us.

My wife and I were shopping for our first new mattress since getting married over eight years ago. Matt was incredibly helpful, answering any questions we had and not trying to oversell us.
