Interior designer GHADA is the most talented designer I’ve ever met 😍 she has such an artistic eye, she goes above and beyond expectations to create your dream project. She does not stop perfecting and editing the project until she has the perfect design that suits your needs. Her communication is perfect, so you know exactly whats happening and that your opinion matters. She draws up the design on the computer for you to envision the work and it really helps put everything together for you. I thought EA was too expensive but she saved me so much money and I cannot deny that the quality is unbeatable. She is so thoughtful and detail-oriented. Thanks so much for such a smooth and great experience. You are PERFECT.

Buying furniture during the pandemic for our new house has proven to be quite an ordeal. Our design consultant Pam has been amazing. Due to delays in delivery, our new couches would not be delivered in time for the the Labor Day weekend. She was able to procure a temporary sectional for our use until our furniture was shipped. Our experience was fantastic. Our designer Mark Kuleska far exceeded our expectation. During the Covid pandemic while we were at our Hawaii Home he took delivery of over 20 pieces for us at our new home, had the delivery company place then where they were supposed to be placed. From selection to delivery Ethan Allen and Mark Kuleska get an A+++++As we purchased many art pieces, Mark came to our home to measure where and how high the pieces should be placed on the wall. Will continue to make all our home interior purchases from Mark and Ethan Allen. No other company does what Mark and Ethan Allen do.Highly recommended.

The furniture was wrapped securely and arrived Undamaged. The quality is superb. Patterns are perfectly matched. Sofa and two chairs are very comfortable. We were able to choose the firmness and finish details. We have shopped at Ethan Allen before and will shop there in future.

Delivery within the stated time. Especially like how the driver calls when they are on their way to your home. Delivered furniture with care and respect for your home. Have had several deliveries and each time the service is excellent.

Great service and very high quality furniture.

The customer service was excellent, and there were plenty of options, but nothing felt well-made enough to justify price against just meeting with a craftsman and getting something personal.

My favorite furniture store, and made in the USA the only downside its that prices are significant higher and now you have to paid for delivery, that it used to be free....

They sell good furniture and have great sales persons but all of these is useless if the furniture delivery is not upto the mark and is not delivered with respect. Our furniture arrived unwrapped accumulating all the dust on its way home. Worse called this morning to report the issue and the office was trying to give me reasons that it is because they were delivered in a truck and it tends to be like that. Seriously!!! We paid for the delivery service only to see new expensive furniture arrive dirty? Where is the care/respect for your goods or money? Worse they charge extra for the delivery. Neither the sales person co-ordinating this or the person I reported the issue has given me a call back after an enquiry. I was told they would. Never returning to this place. The post forces me to give atleast a start rating, thats the only reason I am giving a one start, otherwise I wouldnt.

Pam at the Naperville store is a treasure, never worked with somebody so easy to work with and low pressure. Couldnt have asked for more.
