What a great experience! Manny at the store was very helpful with picking the right mattress for us. Four days after ordering, our bed was delivered by the most efficient setup team! Factory/chemical smells entering our home is very toxic for us. Our mattress was made the day before and has absolutely no funky smells. My sister bought the same bed 10 years ago and highly recommends Verlo, too. Couldn’t be happier!!

Had a Verlo mattress growing up and it is still going strong at my parents house. Came back to get a queen bed as an adult and it’s like sleeping on a cloud. I love that Verlo is local, has great warranties, and professional and knowledgeable service. It’s definitely an investment but so worth the money to sleep well every night.

Our first Verlo mattress was a queen and it has lasted over 10 years. Its still in excellent condition but we decided to get a King. So we bought another Verlo. We are so pleased with it! The main reason we purchased our first Verlo is that they can be flipped. It also came with a great guarantee! We have never needed to use the guarantee cause we have never had problems with it losing its shape. And most importantly, we sleep beautifully with no aches and pains whatsoever. Finally they are made here! I cant recommend them enough. Over the years we have bought cheaper mattresses for our kids and none have them have lasted. These are by far the best mattresses out there. We have bought many mattresses of all sizes during the 40 years we have lived in Naperville. I cant think of anything negative, just positive. They are comfortable, well made and the personal service is wonderful.

Two years ago I bought the highest quality, firmest mattress sold by Verlo, knowing that there was a comfort guarantee that came with the purchase. It was not firm enough for me, and after 2 years I could no longer handle the back pain. The general manager set up a time to have the mattress remade to my liking. I only had to pay the charge for the drivers to come out and pick up and deliver the mattress. Ive been sleeping on the remade mattress now for 2 months, and it still feels great. I sleep well every night and wake with minimal discomfort. The general manager even called to ask if thew mattress was to my liking. It truly is. This is the second Verlo I have owned. The first mattress lasted 17 years and is now in my guest room. I love their products, and the help I received from the GM.

Purchased a full size mattress here recently after having shopped satisfactorily at other Verlo locations in previous years. I like that mattresses are made on site, but don’t like that delivery and mattress haul-away come with additional charges. Also felt that manager seemed nonchalant about earning my future business. Just bought a king size Sealy mattress from American Mattress in Naperville and felt prices and free delivery and takeaway were more competitive. Salesman also thanked me for my purchase when I was leaving, which Verlo didn’t do.Verlo is worth a look and has a wide variety and price point of mattresses, but so do the other two dozen mattress stores in a 10 mile radius. Shop around and do your homework.
