Great little coffee shop in OX bow market in Napa. Coffee was delicious and the pastries were top not. Baristas were friendly. I went in very early so nothing else in the market was really open but I bet it would be an even better vibe when everything is open

18 min wait around 10 am to have coffee Latte. As a first try and visit to Napa, the taste of coffee was good . If you are a coffee lover, go for it!

Kind and warm staff. Roast more on the acidic side but still very tasty. Milk beautifully steamed and the photo speaks to the art abilities itself. First proper coffee open after 2pm that I found in Napa/Sonoma.

Perfect spot for coffee! Flat white was made expertly! Highly recommend. Baked goods weren’t great though, looked nice but were a touch dry.

Not your typical big chain coffe shop. Its quaint little spot where you can enjoy machine made or chemex coffee. Little bars for a few people to sit and enjoy or get it to go. Little pastries for a light snack. Staff was so friendly and nice. Dont think your just going to come in and get a coffee in 30 seconds.

This is the place that introduced me to pour over coffee for the first time. It was game changing - by far the best cup I had ever had. I just returned to Napa 3 years later and dropped by. So glad to see that their coffee is still the best! Great product, great service and highly recommended.

This place is bar far the best in Hollywood. The service, staff and managers do a heck of a job. Their Darkfish coffee is out of this world! They have seating in and outside to enjoy the weather. Coffee was delicious! I just wish they had vegan pastries, then the place would be perfection. But the coffee is so good it makes up for it. Definitely will be back.

Stopped by for a cup of coffee. They are roasters and had a nice selection of beans available for purchase. The coffee was good with no bitter aftertaste. There was some bakery items for sale but I did not purchase. I would return here in the future.

My favorite cafe in Ktown for the past couple years, the mint matcha latte never disappoints. Studying here is great but can be a hit or miss with spots, as Alchemist is always busy. Service is always good and the inside is so AESTHETIC I love

They just opened a back area with seating and special coffee drinker. Totally worth a try.

I dont know if its because Im a coffee rookie or does this coffee have an interesting taste to it? I got the iced coffee which seemed safe enough and it didnt taste like coffee coffee. I have no idea if that makes sense at all, but I paid a good $4 for that small cup so I was going to drink it.The girls behind the counter were really nice though, but overall, I dont think this is my type of coffee place.

Really good cappuccino experience this morning. The shot was pulled perfectly with no bitterness and the foam/latte art were lovely. Service wasn’t stellar as others have noted, but I was grateful for a non-Starbucks option that was open at 7am. This is not a quick trip though! Making good coffee takes time so don’t expect to be in and out very quickly.

If you decide to get coffee here, it’s a wonderful choice. You’ll be lucky if you go on a day when Coffee God is working. You can tell which one he is with his ethereal demeanor. Just by watching the way he makes the coffee you can tell that he knows how to touch a woman.

This counter service coffee shop is inside Oxbow market. I know its just coffee but I was simply impressed with the quality and service of this place. Each cup of coffee they served is made to order.I ordered the El Pajal from Guatemala. Its $4.50 and it took almost 10 minutes to be ready but well worth it. I watched the server boil, filter, pour and slowly drip my brew. The aroma was intoxicating, perfect temperature and pretty strong too which is the way I like my coffee. They also have espresso drinks, teas, cold brews, and beans. I wish I purchased a pound to take home. I guess Ill just have to stop by at one of their locations in the city when I visit San Fran again :)

Visited ritual coffee roasters on Friday March the 23rd of 2018. Customer service was non existent and the young lady who took my order did not even greet us or make us feel welcome. She acted as if we were bothering her. I will not return to this establishment.

Best coffee I had in California! I am from Puerto Rico, we are heavy strong coffee drinkers but our experience having coffee in US not that good. This places is amazingly good!

So slow, dont bother. We visited on a slow day at an off time, there were about 3 people in line in front of me. I waited over 20 minutes for my coffee. My boyfriend left, ordered burgers at Gotts and we got our food faster than a coffee. My boyfriends coffee came out first and then got cold by the time I got mine. Not worth it.

Ive been in hibernation since the beginning of the year, but I managed to wander out of my apartment to this new gem in my neighborhood! I love the way the place looks, exposed brick, awesome piping along the walls that reminds me of a subway map. This place is great. I came in on their first day! Ordered the Cortado with Oatmilk. Yes, Oatmilk in East Hollywood. Not Los Feliz. East Hollywood. I also had the gluten free green tea donut. Wow, I took a picture of it, but couldnt resist taking two bites before I did. Probably wont post because this place deserves better pictures. Both items were great, and the prices werent expensive. They even offer a Bottomless Brew! (For dine-in only) love this place, would recommend, will definitely come back! PS, the seating area has lots of natural light for day dates and/or meetings!

No one wanted to go to any other location for coffee once we made it to this location. Your not going to go wrong making a stop here. DOn;t go here if your looking for every type of coffee concoction. But quality and service are top of the game. its a nice place to start your day.

This is the best coffee in Napa County. The espresso is always good and the staff are super kind and helpful. Sometimes it get a little packed but if you’re patient it goes quick. I love the side bar they have. You can only get for there but it’s nice to just sit and work or chat with the barista.

Staff was very nice. The latte I had was probably one of the most tasty lattes Ive tried so far. Unlike The local Starbucks which always seems to burn the milk in my lattes, they had a smooth, creamy, dense, and tasty latte. The latte art was also a treat.

Espressos are generally small and strong meant for sipping and taking the time to enjoy. The seasonal espresso that I ordered was served in a shot cup and was barely a gulp. I took a small taste and it was burnt. It took 10 minutes and $5. A total waste of time and money.

I love this little spot.I purchased a mug from here and have been using it all the time. This little market coffee shop is a cool place to be and a great place to get a cup of the good stuff...by good stuff I mean wine is currently on the bench and having a cup of coffee, then back out to the Napa fields.

Mediocre coffee for above average rudeness. Where is the menu? I don’t know if all ritual’s are this way but trying to be a “unique” coffee shop by not making custom drinks makes you the least unique coffee shop. Crowded, inconvenient and no place to sit on even a non busy day.

Coffee is really good actually. If it wasn’t for the poor service I would give it a 5. The girl who took my order did so as if I was a bother to her. She then charged me for and made two drinks for me. I didn’t realize it until her Co worker brought me my second drink. I asked her “Did you make two drinks for me?” To which she replied with disdain “Uh you ordered two drinks.” Actually, no I didn’t . I took the second drink since I had already paid for it. No apology, no “let me make this right” just apathetic responses.Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

As other reviewers here mention, the staff is great, and the coffee is very good. However, its the price that is less than stellar. With Model Bakery (also expensive) just around the corner, Starbucks (average) and the Napa Valley Coffee Roasters (very good) just 2 blocks away, they are other nearby, good options. I want to give it five stars, but the price is holding me back.

Fantastic coffee, great people and a fun environment in downtown Napa. The best coffee in the Napa Valley, hands down. If youre going to enjoy your coffee at Oxbow, I recommend getting a Gibraltar - they are the best, but cant be ordered to go.

Theres nothing I can say about the joys of Ritual Coffee that hasnt been already been said, but what this review is really about is location, location, location.This remote shop is located deep within the center of the Oxbow Market, meaning not only do you get access to world class coffee, but also bonus food options. Surrounding the shop are some amazing food stalls that only add the to joys of drinking coffee in Napa. Youll find everything from cupcakes to oysters only a few feet from the shop.There is plenty of parking, plenty to see and just about anything you could ever want to eat.

Now that I’ve visited a handful of times, I can safely say my drinks have been superbly delicious and the service has been consistently friendly and efficient.

Went to this place located in the Oxbow Market today and ordered a couple of drinks with the family—the drinks were okay, the service was horrible. As many other reviewers have said, the blonde woman with the tattoo on her arm is extremely rude and clearly hates her job. My cousin asked her how the chai tea was and she responded, “if it wasn’t good we wouldn’t sell it.” How lovely. I ordered an iced drink and she gave me a hot drink, so I double checked if it was my order and she acted like I insulted her grandmother. As I was walking away she immediately turns to her coworker and makes a comment about how I was mad about my tea...I wouldn’t return to this place because of her. Drinks were okay. Nothing crazy good you can’t get elsewhere.

The coffee was decent. I asked for a light roast, and the barista talked me into a medium roast (he already had it made). I love a tablespoon of heavy cream in my coffee, and they only had half and half... and I only found that out after I had already ordered..just disappointing.

Hands down, best coffee in Napa! The barbistas make the perfect latte every time, and they offer a great selection of alternative milks. Pair any drink with one of the tasty treats they offer from Annie the Baker or Bouchon Bakery and youll have a happy morning.

Some places get coffee right, and this is one of them. Each drink is individually prepared--microfoam style--and is focused on the espresso (not the flavors you can add to the coffee). The mochas are the only exception and they are not overly sweet or sugary. There may be some who find their approach to coffee snobbish, but I find it appropriate because I am particular about getting coffee right.

Long lines are a good sign that the coffee is really excellent. Smooth, rich, tasty beans unlike anywhere in the area. Cant go wrong with a cappuccino or Americano even if the sometimes-surly baristas can get your back up.

Paying $3 for a tall decaf isnt really my style, but I have to say it was one heck of a good cup of coffee. My wife, who usually doesnt like black decaf coffee, stole a sip from my mug twice after I let her taste it. That says a lot, as she is a real coffee aficionado.Watching them prepare the coffee is fun if youre not in a hurry. They grind the beans just for you, then pour hot water through the beans and a filter into a carafe of sorts, and then finally pour the contents into your mug, which they have pre-heated for you with hot water. Its elaborate and time consuming but I suppose part of the appeal if youre not in a hurry.The two women who were working there tonight were friendly and professional.The companys logo has a vaguely Communist look to it -- a red star and red cup -- but at $3 for a tall decaf theyre obviously in it to make some money.

Pour over & brewed cup weak ad tea. Very high acidity in every coffee. If you ate not used to this you may not care for it.

Note to self: The design on the cappuccino foam is cool, but the actual cappuccino is better at Ca Momi.

Its a nice place for tourist, as they are fast and enviorment is so pretty ! You can enjoy your silent afernoon here, with a piece of strawberrry cake and a cup of cappucino .
