The worst Chai Latte Ive ever ordered. The barista told me that they cut their chai with water. Ill never order one from there again.On the bright side, the staff were nice and the place was clean.

I enjoy this Starbucks for two primary reasons. The first is because of its placement, its far enough away from other local coffee places and just across the street from my high school. The second is its service, at most Starbucks ive noticed you dont allways get what you pay for, but the people in this one are all to friendly to make up the difference. Despite all this Im giving it four stars for the simple reason that it is a Starbucks, and that you ahould know what to expect from a chain coffee company.

Very unfriendly, so so service. We stopped here before heading back on thr road. Ordered a pumpkin cold brew, no pumpkin spice or pumpkin cream, didnt notice till we drove off. My husbands drink was wrong also, ordered a unsweetened guava black ice tea, received a peach green tea. I mentioned this isnt what we ordered. She said yes. I said no, and repeated the drink order. There was a guy barista there, he remade thre drink as the female barista snagged the drink off the counter. Both drinks were wrong.

Always get my order right the employees could be a little more friendly.

It is great place. I go there often. It has a nice Patio. they make good coffee drinks and pay attention to details. There is a young lady by the name of Dahlia who is friendly and makes perfect cup of Latte. Generally everyone is friendly and courteous, but Dahlia stand out. I recommend this location over all their other locations in Napa.

First time I used the mobile app. I was really impressed. The app said that my order would be ready in 3-8 min. I walked in the store 4 minutes later and my order was already at the pickup counter waiting for me. I just picked it up and was on my way.

Starbucks has defined the new to go coffee spot...Yes, at times this location may not be tidy(bathrooms, etc...) because maybe the amount of patrons is large. Almost creating need for another worker just to clean up...Excellent that Starbucks does have 2(two) bathrooms, nice ...!

The service here needs help. They are ALWAYS out of something and have to go to another store to get them product or get something at the store. The staff rarely engages with the customer, but always with themselves. Half the time rude. There are a couple good people.. and food is fine.. but service slow.

Great coffee, not cheap. My drip brew was $3 and it was excellent. Very strong, very hot.

Patio is very dirty. Tables are dirty and trash on the ground. A lot of trash in the bushes. What could and should be a pleasant patio experience is ruined.

The drinks are great but the service is horrible. No smiles or at least a glance at when your ordering. There were 2 girls the one with curly hair was sweet but the other girl with dark long hair did not make us feel welcomed. I guess she doesnt want our business. Will not be going to this Starbucks again.

Im a fan of this Starbucks. Its very easily accessible from Lincoln road and has a huge parking lot. Its a big store, so not too cramped inside. The staffers Ive interacted with are friendly and dont see to mind at all when you sit here for six hours getting free refills on a grande coffee and taking calls from the office.

This was a small Starbucks inside a large Target store. Fast service with same great food fare and beverage choices as in larger stores.

My mom and I have been regulars for over a year. We have always always been treated nicely and theyve learned our names and orders and will sometimes even have our order ready for us before we even order. Theyre a great group of people.

How is it my place of business works with what our clients say is too little staff but this place can close telling customers were closing because were short staffed??Overall this could have been communicated much better or management should have ststepp up.

Right off I-80. Easy on and off. No available parking spots about 9:30 on a Friday morning. Drive thru was open and quick.Kind service.

This Starbucks is the slowest I’ve been to. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH in the morning. There is no one assisting the barista despite 10 people waiting despite 4 other employees behind the counter who see all those people.

Great place for coffee .but the bathrooms need a bit of work.

This is a place where they need to have a drive-thru. They do not keep up with the counters, therefore the overall store comes across as being very dirty.

Great looking Starbucks, on Jefferson in Napa, pretty average. Customer service was pretty good. However as I sat down to eat my freshly prepared turkey ham and cheese croissant I noticed the barista who was preparing the food was taking the tongs and using them to discard the rappers. No problem right! Heres the deal though, as she was discarding the papers into the trash she use the tones to push down the trash in the garbage can and then put the tongs back in the container on the Shelf with the rest of the utensils that were used to continuously prepare the rest of the morning breakfast. As I sat and ate my food somewhat horrified, I noticed that she did the practice again. After that I was disgusted to continue my breakfast. This is probably just a one-time thing however I just found it extremely appalling. I hope somebody and reads this note and makes a change.

Love this starbucks! I live down the road and walk down there with my baby in tow often. All of the workers are usually friendly but Noah stands out as going to extra mile every time. My favorite Napa location!

I cannot stress how much I strongly dislike this Starbucks location. Ive had some personal negative encounters here and I have also seen how much crap they talk about their customers. I hardly ever drink coffee or sugary drinks so when I went to go ask for some tap water I was told that I needed to buy something first to get free water. Thats complete BS. Besides that I think it is highly unprofessional of the workers to talk crap about their customers because they ask for something extra. It is also unbelievable that they are charging for the extra because they dont want to do the extra work. If any of you Lincoln Starbucks workers want to keep talking crap about your customers I suggest you guys do it when no customers are around or that you keep your voices down. Nice try, and another lost customer.

We always joke about it being five bucks but seriously you can find sever items for under Five bucks like the choc. Or plain crossaints. Choc covered almonds and an assortment of pastry items and even the tall size coffees.This store is conveniently located across from napa high and clearly visible from jefferson st. and lincoln ave.the employees here treat their customers with respect and they are highly skilled at presenting you with a coffee perfection. Guaranteed !

Accessibility in general is cumbersome. Located on the corner of a busy intersection, across from the largest high school in town, cater-cornered from a busy gas station, no drive through, and with 15 parking spots or less leaving you with...the worst location for a Starbucks...Ever!

It just really irritates me that I go in to this store so often and everytime the workers spell and pronounce my name incorrect. Its COUNTRY. Not Courtney, County or Cassy. #COUNTRY. The parking is ridiculous. You can only get into Starbucks going one way. There is no drive-thru. The staff has been here awhile and Im very curious as to why Starbucks hires such poorly educated and unhelpful individuals.
