I purchased a Turkey sandwich and some Nanas Chicken Noodle soup. Both were outstanding.

I am a regular shopper at this Whole Foods store, and on a semi-weekly basis for the past year have gone to the store for some of our family groceries. Almost without exception, I find one item or another on my list is hard to find, and I have to ask for some help from the many Whole Food employees who work in the store. They are always personable, helpful, find what I was looking for if it is in the store, with a smile on their face.Today, I have what I categorize as an extraordinary experience there. I was in my usual “find that one obtuse item that is somewhere in the store” but I could not find it. I asked someone who just happened to walk by, whose name was Melanie, and when I described what I wanted, she perked right up, knew exactly what i needed, where it was, which was somewhere in back, not on the shelf, went back to get it, and brought it to me. With a cordial conversation, shared additional information about similar items that were on the healthy side of the spectrum on topics like our micro biome, etc. which was useful to me beyond buying product from the store.Her courtesy, competence, humor, twinkle in the eye, over and above the normal exceptional service to help me with that one unique item, coupled with her passion for service, struck me as extraordinary.I recall she was an assistant manager or similar in her role at the company, so whomever works with her, or she reports to, I hope you know how valuable she is to have on the team.

Feels so generic, Lets just say Il go to trader Joes next door for nearly everything I wanted here, and for a better price and shipping experience.

Im always happy with what I buy there. Even though its always too pricey. But right now they have blueberry pies and nobody else in town does.

Ive been a WF girl for over a decade! The Napa store is a really nice size with lots of variety of organics (as well as conventional), local and fresh produce, as well as prepared foods. And remember, if youre a Prime member, you get extra discounts here and there!

Besides having a vast selection of food stuff..they have an award winning bakery..and a great crew.

Went to return a product, waiting for a cashier at costumer service, nobody helped me.A cashier told me I could get help at any register, went to get in line, once I got my turn, cashier sent me back to the customer service line, and asked me who told me to get in registers line, I showed her the person, she said, well shes wrong!I guess those two ladies dont get along and showed it in front of the customers.Anyway, the first cashier told me, dont worry, I will help you, she apologized and I said, is fine,I know I can return a product at any cash register, Ive done it before.Crazy Karen!

One of the very few Whole Foods that I have been to in the last few years that has not been hit hard with the downhill Amazon changes.

Eric went above and beyond when we placed our order for our pizza. He went searching the entire store for the vegan ricotta and was so nice and accommodating when he didn’t find any. The pizza was made to perfection and he was seriously the most friendly person I’ve ever encountered working at any grocery store! I’ve been shopping here forever and although since covid, they haven’t been as stocked as they normally are, the staff is always happy to check the back to see if the products are available.

Stopped for vegies, meat and bread for dinner, which turned out wonderful. The sirloin steak was so tender and tasty, the vegetables were perfectly fresh as was the Italian french bread. Plenty of people working, carts were wiped down and Masks were worn....a quick easy stop!

Only large store in Napa that carries Silva Mexican style chorizo sausage which pulls me in while there other items run on the pricier side.

A great shop of the chain. Large meal section with lots of mischievous stuff that makes you eat. Little pricy as all of them are. Has a good energy, makes me wanna buy avocados seing all those yoga enthusiasts :P My recent favorite are those tiny watermelons. Try with feta cheese. Also has good neighbors for extended shopping.

Sale on Dr. Bonners is an incredible savings especially with Prime. Nice fresh vegetables,beautifully displayed.

The kitchen at this WF needs some tuning. Mostly I like WF prepared foods, but this one falls short. Everything else is pretty much the same.

Whole Foods is a great market where you can find all kinds of specialty foods for those of us with multiple food sensitivities. A great store!

This is the best Whole Foods. The service; The wine bar; The cheese pairings; The perfect desserts; The gorgeous flowers make for a delightful experience. Also, the hot food organic bar is perfect for a very healthy and satisfying lunch.

Its a great market with just about everything one needs. Employees are courteous while doing their job. I enjoy my visits. Unfortunately covid19 had the hot soups, salads and all the other great dishes come to an abrupt stop. Hopefully we get past it.

Huge, great selection, and friendly staff. Plenty of parking as well. Definitely a great location for either pick up food or grocery shopping.

This review is for the bakery. I worked with Cristina for my wedding cake and she and the bakery staff were AMAZING. They made a beautiful two-tiered cake and a sheet cake, and predicted the number of slices and the number of people who would want cake perfectly. They made the cake taste like tiramisu while it looked like a normal cake AND dealt with a number of questions (demands of increasingly questionable sanity), from both my mother and my husbands, patiently and professionally. My mother in law also previously got a birthday cake for me here and it was one of the best cakes Ive ever tasted. I would definitely recommend getting your special occasion cakes from here! (Note for the pictures: I added the flowers myself, but the cake pictured is what they made.)

One of the better Whole Foods locations in my opinion. I really love the selection and the surrounding stores provide ample entertainment value once you leave the store (or before you go inside!). I look forward to shopping here again in the future and glad we have one so close by.

It was first time on the Napa store. The staff was helpful, the store was clean and the prices werent bad for quality products. The produce section looked great.

The store is just okay, Valergas was better.The shoppers in this complex are dimwitted and their parking proves that statement, they keep the entire complex a three star level.Try the bratwurst from WF. Is a five star item.

They take the covid-19 situation seriously. Masks required. 6 foot distancing in the checkout lines (2). Cleaning between checkouts. Cart sanitizing. They still have high prices, but the cleanliness is worth it (mostly).

Of course I love this place! I just wish it was close to Hopland!! Great variety and quality of products real chefs foods and ingredients as well. I find all my vitamins and supplements here and reasonably priced as well. Love all the fresh baked items and fresh greens and veggies. I definitely recommend Whole Foods.

Ive been helped by this one guy at the seafood section a few times before. Unfortunately, I dont know his name and today he hooked it up. Hes a really great guy and deserves a raise. Thanks dude!

Poor experience with a cashier named Haley. Attempted to pay with food stamps debit card, which was declined because the balance was $4 short. The POS prints my available balance so I can specify a split payment. This receipt was grabbed by Hayley and crumpled up and thrown in the trash. I said hey I need that for the balance, to which she mumbled something and then stood there silent. I ran the card again with the same result, the receipt grabbed, crumpled, and thrown away in my face and then standing in silence. Again I said I need that to see my balance and split the payment. Again silence. What was her problem? Am I not welcome to shop here? Am I discriminated against because I have food stamps? Spent a good amount of money on a prime New York Strip steak yesterday. So disappointed. Tough and barely any flavor. I miss Vallergas! Think Ill try Browns Valley Market in Napa next time, certainly not Whole Food. 😖

Called to be sure they had a fairly rare herb I needed. Held it for me. Paid that those and the couple other things I needed right at customer service. Very pleasant young lady there whod also gone out, verified, whike I waited on phone, that they did indeed have it and had it right there waiting. She was also fast with checking. Wonderful experience again. Its relaxing to shop there as people are always welcoming

I used to love Whole Foods, now that Amazon has taken over a lot of products I liked have been discontinued.

My daughter & I went to Whole Foods to pick up food for lunch & she got a sandwich from the deli & the french roll was STALE!

Awesome place for dinner! Great service and delicious food. Great wine selections. I have dined here many times, one of my favourite restaurants in Napa.

Very nice store. No line to checkout at 2:30 PM. Aisles were filled with staff stocking at 2 PM on a Monday. Did not appear to have a take-a-number system at deli, nor an orderly line, so I skipped it. Had no trouble returning an item I was not satisfied with. Great prices on 365 store brand items.

My friend has worked her for about 6 months and he hates it most of the customer are really needy and kinda spoiled, the upper management doesnt do anything and the general manager especially the Baking department dont help there employees, the coffee/ juice bar is a joke the juicers and espresso machine rarely get cleaned leaving a bad taste for a $7-10 juice . Most of the baked good are ordered in and not made in house like they make you think they are . And when the juice bar runs out of fruit or produce theyll use anything and most of the time in not as good. Also the buffet style hot bar is pretty gross when you now where the food comes from like soup in big plastic bags and when you walk through the kitchen it smells pretty bad and theres always water on the floor.

I love that you can get in and get out quickly. Great cheese selection amazing wine and champagne department. The sushi is delicious, sandwich counter is great, desserts, salads and soup. This place even has a bar.

Love shopping here. On the last visit here I had lunch. The Deli made a Dagwood of a veggie sandwich for me on a Dutch Crunch roll. Could only eat half. Delicious!

A good selection despite being a smaller store. I was surprised that the staff didnt know where the coffee grinder was since normally they know absolutely everything. The takeaway lunch options are great if youre planning a day in wine country and dont want to spend a fortune elsewhere.

Best selection for healthy food in the bay area. A little pricy for everyday shopping. But you know your getting quality grocery. Parking here is my biggest complaint. But the lines move quickly and the selection is the best for health conscious customers.

Wheres the food? Theres so much potential but little inspiration. Should be so much better.

Everyone is nice and helpful here. The place is clean, the food is fresh. Yes, it is pricey but for the quality ot is worth it for our family.

Love the cheese and wine section of the store. The staff there is the best. Always love all the organic and fresh meats and produce as well.

As a standalone store, it is fine. However, in comparison to other Whole Foods, the service is lackluster and on occasion rotten food was sold to me or my friends. Again, as a standalone store it is fine, but in comparison to other Whole Foods establishments it is lackluster.

Expensive, but totally worth it. I just buy a few staples here every Saturday, like bread and soap. Customer service is fantastic - shout out to Erin at the checkout aisle! Watch out in the parking lot though, its not pedestrian-friendly. I usually end up parking all the way back by Target.

They have a bar inside. A bar. Inside a grocery store. Like the various stores in the area, the parking sucks during the day, although parking near this store is generally better than most. The items they sell are top notch, they sell the best smoked cheese I have ever had in my life - its fairly expensive, but SOOOO good. They have places where you can buy food to go and eat it outside. I love their selection of produce, some of the best apples and oranges Ive ever had. Staff is generally friendly and professional. Some of the customers, though, can be very rude and/or pretentious (something I dont notice in the other stores in the area) but most are fine.

Everything deemed safe to eat without harmful additives or artificial food coloring from a salad and hot food bar to food you can take home and prepare. Household goods, butcher, bakery, seafood, produce (!!!) & special diet needs, beauty products, small clothing selection, baby products & toys, vitamins, protein supplements, bulk items, wine, beer, spirits, coffee & tea bar...

Always the best customer service.

A pleasantly surprisingly nice Whole Foods. It looks small on the outside but has a large selection on the inside. Vegan doughnuts and family pack of their scones are amazing!

Of course your day off is the day I am supposed to pick this up and no one on your team has any knowledge of this or apparently any competence in regards to how to check emails. Way to provide stellar service. Way to totally destroy my friends Valentines Day gift. Bravo.Oh - and team leader who I called to complain to - way to go totally silent on the phone in lieu of any response. Way to be a problem solver. Fantastic skills there, bro.What a team at this store. What a pathetic, useless team.

Ive been here multiple times. Its been a couple years since I went. My most recent visit yesterday was disappointing. I wasnt greeted or asked for help by any employee working there during my recent grocery trip. I passed by multiple employees in different departments, but everyone was more task oriented than service focused. Most had their heads down doing things and never greeted despite making eye contact with some. This lack of service is a complete opposite from the energy and welcome atmosphere other near by grocery stores have. I would suggest you can find good quality foods elsewhere for a much better price and a better experience.

If you can afford Whole Foods, its a very natural and high quality food purveyor. Crowded and you might have to fight someone for a parking spot. The city planners are just so intelligent here.

The store itself is fine. Like any other Whole Foods. But the parking lot is a mess. With Target, Trader Joes and Whole Foods all sharing the same lot, parking is a challenge.
