The man that took us to drop off the U-Haul at this place is very compassionate, we didnt get his name and I didnt get out of the SUV, but Rodney was telling him how the window got busted being parked at the windsufer hotel and he gave him good advice and took money off his charge and he didnt have to do that. Started out with a 10x15 indoor climate control unit. Was given same price as quoted on the phone and the process of signing up and getting registered is very easy and crystal was so very helpful in answering any questions i had as well as when it was time to see my unit she accompanied and made sure I knew where to go and how to access through the locked gate. Theres plenty of cameras and you have to enter a code you choose for you every time you enter and exit so safety is not a worrt to me at all. My other unit is a 10x10 still indoor still climate control and they even transferred monies left from previous account onto this so the transition was seamless and easy. Just make sure you clean your unit when you depart ..i like to leave things nicer than when i found them.. Apply that and youll get any deposits back and avoid a cleanout fee

System for returning uhaul equipment was down as well as the link to return the equipment the same day I purchased expired it should expire in 2 days not 2 hours for same day rentals... Was on the phone for hours trying to return uhaul equipment.

Angel is an angel! Her Mom named her well! She helped us with moving, storing our homes contents and than moving again. Stress and anxiety were never in our experience thanks to Angel. It makes such a difference when employees care about customer satisfaction. Angel gets 5 stars of course as well as 5 halos from us!

I needed a place to store my utility trailer and called here. They advised me that they were secure and had cameras every where. My trailer was broken into twice in three months.No video on either.Nice folks but NO security.

Thought it was a decent place. Stored our household items for maybe 3 months. When we unpacked our belongings we noticed there were roaches in our boxes. Horrible place. All the money they make seems like theyll spray for bugs..

I was looking for a mini storage in myrtle beach but i didnt want to pay big company prices. I found stand storage who has great a really fair pricing for mini storage. I am a single man all i had was a one bedroom apt and i was being deployed to iraq and i didnt have that much stuff so a mini storage company was all i needed also they were a one stop shop for U-haul as well which was great because i needed a small trailer to get everything in one shot so if your looking for a mini storage company in myrtle beach and need a u haul you cant beat strand storage.
