This U-Haul location is amazing! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my unpredictable schedule and even made a quick and courteous substitution when I needed a larger storage unit. They were polite and professional throughout the entire process and the prices were more than reasonable. I will definitely return and recommend this particular location.

Martin (manager) and his crew are the best! U-Haul screwed up my U-Box order twice (on the same move, btw) and I got zero help from anyone at U-Haul for days. It wasnt until Martin stepped in and got everything organized that I was able to get my U-Boxes where they belonged and unloaded. I give the whole U-Box system a 1-Star rating because it was nothing but a headache, but this U-Haul location gets 5 stars!

The U-Haul on north gate keyed in my reservation incorrectly and I couldn’t do the online check-in. Unfortunately it took me 2 hours to figure this out. I was on hold for over an hour with their 1-800 number and their live chat was an even bigger joke. I was ready to curse the heavens and be done with U-Haul forever but when I finally got a hold of someone, they directed me to this location. I told Martin my issues and he said “Don’t worry I’ll take care of it.” He understood my frustration, showed that he cared, and fixed the my problem. In a matter of minutes I literally went from upset to pleasantly satisfied. I will NEVER rent from another U-Hauls location. Martin has my business for life. It’s nice to know customer service like this still exists. It’s not something you can teach because it’s acquired over time and years experience. A++ service all the way!! Ask for Martin...he is the friggin man!!

Martin is the best!! I cant thank him enough for helping me in a very stressful time! The truck I had reserved was moved, and they were trying to get me to go to different location - Martin took it upon himself to help me, went and got the truck himself, no questions asked. Rented a truck from this location back on the 4th of December. Awesome experience, the man and woman who were working there were exceptional. I wish I would have got their names but I didnt. Super nice and helpful I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs Uhaul services of any kind in this area. Great experience the truck was ready when promised and easy transaction. The employees here are the best most friendly employees at any u haul I have been to except for the manager who ironically is the rudest most unpleasant employee I have dealt with yet. While several other u haul locations will give you a estimate he refused to and implied I would mistreat my u haul rental. Very awkward experience. But once again the guy in his early 30s and the woman are very friendly and helpful and they would be the reason I return

Went out of my way to find the review section for this U-Haul. HANDS DOWN THE BEST U-HAUL I have ever dealt with. Plenty of options in the MB area and a lot of good suppliers, but each of the reps I’ve dealt with were different from the last and each one has went above and beyond.

Marti Ertl, the general manager at this Uhaul location, did an excellent and exceptional job helping us. We needed few trucks one after another for a weekend move and he took time to help us and find the right size we needed. His employees were amazing as well. Gracie, Aiden and Matt and John. I strongly recommend this location if you want a great customer service. Sara was delightful to do business with as well. The whole team helped with the peaceful transition of a stressful move.

They were a big help with my move, got my boxes here also. The guys are nice and told me the best way to box everything.

I regularly stop by to purchase the wrapping paper to use in the bottom of my parrots cage. They always have it in stock and the employees are really nice.

My husband and I moved to SC 2 years ago and our things have been in storage the entire time. We have not had one negative issue with our units or the amazingly helpful employees! Everyone is knowledgeably and friendly! Id recommend this storage unit orU-Haul rental to anyone! You wont be disappointed;

I just moved my stuff out of a rental space I had for about 4 years. Tara, one of the managers, was especially helpful to me as I worked to get some of the items sold and move the other things out in a timely fashion. The other gentlemen who work there were also helpful. The storage unit was conveniently located for me and I was happy with the level of service and protection I had for the years that our things were stored. If the need arises for me to store our possessions again, I rent from them.

It looks older but very updated security. Units are dry & clean.A family ran business that is very warm & caring. Willing to help how ever they can. Totally a 5 star !

We were stuck in Myrtle Beach because we were evacuated because of hurricane Irma.My husband had a trailer, and the hotel didnt tell us we werent allowed to have them there.I had come from Florida, and my husband was coming from Michigan to meet me.I was trying to find a place to store a trailer, on a Sunday, already scared because the hurricane was supposed to go straight over my house!These people were a gift from God!They not only let us store the trailer there, but she didnt charge me!!!If anyone needs to rent a storage spot, I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!Wonderful people!!I want to say thank you for helping me!!

Wow. Rude. Came in to get propane, manager and a new clerk standing behind counter helping someone process a storage facility. We are waiting about 10 minutes, no one acknowledges us. Manager is clearly in a hurry to leave, and ends up running out leaving his new guy to finish. He eventually finishes, 20 minutes later, and asks us how he can help us we ask for propane and he says “sorry, I’m not certified I have to message my manager to come back in the office and help you”. 5 min later the manager responds with “were out of propane”. 2 employees, 2 people in line, one could have saved us 25 minutes and simply said “how can I help you”, even if he was in a hurry, and had another customer to attend to, the question could have saved everyone headache. Customer service, joke.

There girl who works the computer. Has no idea what shes doing. Had to call another U Haul store in MB. To pick up the car dolly they had at this store. 😩

Clerk was very rude. Tried to fill a propane before the storm. Would not fill claims it out of date.. he was rude. Took it somewhere else. No problem. Only reason I took it there cause he was close.

My family and I have dealt with this Uhaul location for somewhere around 6 years and we continue to give them our business!!! They are so very kind and extremely helpful!!!! Wonderful people wit wonderful service!!! These folks will definitely take care all it moving needs!!!

Its a full-service Uhaul Center with storags units and moving supplies. Convenient set-up and really nice employees.

Better prices than the campgrounds for propane refills. The man working was very friendly and helpful.

They are gated and you still get broke into .the insurance they sale you is a joke they dont pay. Good luck getting anyone on the phone ever.And if someone does answer they cant do anything or know anything .

Very courteous customer service and ease of access is a plus. The only down side that we ever experienced is merely the tight quarters for maneuvering vehicles or moving trucks inside the gate. Extremely tight quarters.

We were Told they couldn’t feel propane if it was raining due to risk of electric shock!!!!!! I just laughed and went down the road to socastee hardware. They laughed when I told them why uhaul couldn’t fill my propane cylinders! As they (Socastee) filled my propane cylinders in the rain. P.S. no one was electrocuted! Just lazy and didn’t want to get wet.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called twice to tell this location I was picking up my U-Box on Saturday, April 2nd at 8am. I called a week in advance, and again the night before to confirm because they told me they need to know in order to have time to pull it from storage and prep it. When I got there, not only was it not ready to go, they couldnt find it! First they tried to give me a unit from Vermont, then one from Texas. Mine was from Texas but not the city they tried to give me. I hired movers at $65 an hour. U-Haul took up an hour and a half of time because they werent prepared!! They knew I was coming to pick it up but didnt bother to have it ready, even after I called TWICE. Time is money and their poor service cost me my hard earned cash. Unacceptable. The owner hasnt called me back or replied to emails. What a disgrace.

Joe was nothing but great every time we have been there! Would do business here any time.

Waited 20 minutes for somebody to show up and he was rude and throwing stuff because he had a bad day. Then uhaul told me I didnt need a reciver but was told different when I got the trailer
