Big shout out to Dana on her assisting us to review and purchase new faucets for our home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and did not try to over sell us. It was truly a pleasure to deal with her. We would highly recommend her. In this day and age, the retail world, needs more Dana’s.

We went to Winnelson to choose plumbing fixtures for our new home. Right when we entered the door we were greeted with a warm welcome and smile from Dana. She walked us through each room of the home and helped us select all of our fixtures. She is extremely knowledgeable about the different brands offered and made the entire process a breeze. My wife bought most of our plumbing fixtures and i bought most of the rough in materials from myrtle beach winnelson everything was good until we go to set the free standing claw foot tub and drain that was purchased from them the drain will not work with the tub now they will not call me back so i can get the right drain i would not recommend this place .

Winnelson is pure-T outstanding in every way. My designer uses only them and took me there one day -- Dana handled everything with utter warmth and ease. To me, the personal experience I have as I make a purchase is highly important and this one was marvelously good. Dana is a virtual encyclopedia in her field and that ends up mattering even though it might not always be obvious. Like most homeowners, Ive got some quirky likes and dislikes and even quirky questions -- its difficult to really get across just how great Dana was/is, but Im writing this review for others so you know you will feel welcomed and well-treated. Six months after my purchase, I called Dana with a small question -- she remembered me instantly (how rare is that!) and arranged to have a low-flow faucet aerator sent to me from the manufacturer. Maybe it only wouldve cost $5 or so, but it was a memorable gesture. Today I want a new black toilet that flushes well -- as I looked up the Winnelson phone number, I spotted a review from a few months ago and decided to pause right now to make sure my fellow customers know how they can expect to be treated here. Honestly, friends, this is the place to go.

Winnelson provides excellent customer service and their newly remodeled showroom is very impressive. We have purchased sinks, faucets, They also carry showers, toilets, and hot water heaters. 5 star service!

Horrible customer service. My wife and I went there to pick out plumbing supplies and Dana said that she would send us emails within the week. Six weeks later there has been no follow up despite a few phone messages from us and a few emails. We arent high-maintenance clients but just want to pick out some faucets. Running my own business I realize the importance of follow up. They have none. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
