What a wonderful experience. Needed 3 items and left 3 upgraded items at a much cheaper price than I would have paid at a box store. The sales associate was on point and I cant thank him enough. Definitely will be returning for my future needs!!!

I work nearby and sometimes browse here during work breaks. Ive bought several items as well. The staff is always friendly and informative. They are knowledgeable about the items that they have and how they work. Ive never had any problems with the blemished products and cant usually see the issue. The values are better than the big box stores and when they have closeouts, the deals are amazing.

RYOBI Decorative Router Bit 4 PC. Set was marked at $10 in store. All the bit sets were marked this price. Cashier told me that they are mis Marked and should be $14.99. They would not sell to me at the $10 price. Cashier even said it is ethical to sell me at $10 but would not. Employees started changing the price tags as I was leaving store,,Some ethical. Lost a customer..

I was laying laminate planks a few weeks ago, my saw broke and I needed a new one. Not wanting to fight 501 traffic too much and go to Lowes or home depot, I decided to stop at tanger figuring I may pay a bit more but it would be quicker. Upon entering the store the man asked me if I needed help and I told him no, I was fine. Then he asked what I was looking for and I told him. Then he asks why I need it. I told him and he proceeds to tell me that I needed a razor blade, not a saw. I explained again that Im cutting laminate boards, not sheet laminate and he suggests electric scissors... I told him that thats just not what I was looking for and I went the find the saw I came in for. This man follows and and when I pick it up he tells me thats just gonna rip it up and damage it... Idk if it was because Im a female and he just feels he knew better than me? But I ended up just going to Lowes. It was a very frustrating experience and made me not want to go back.

There warranties is no good ..say you buy a product that cost 500 dollars and it fails in three days take it back you want get your money back they give you a gift card. I like to shop a store that gives your money back.lesson learned. .never again
