They wanted to charge me $200 for something that doesnt exist. they said it was the hard disk, but was liars, My friend fixed it. Please, be honest and dont take advantage of customers.!!!

Had an iPhone that wouldn’t charge properly. I called and they said to come right in. There was no wait at all and the matter was corrected within minutes. Very honest and professional. Would highly recommend and will return in the future if needed.

Brought my DELL computer into this location for repair, unit would not boot up. Mark (the owner) analyzed the problem and made the necessary repairs(new hard drive, more RAM, upgrade to WINDOWS 10). Brought the repaired unit home, connected it, and unit works fine. Very pleased with overall result.

The screen on my iPhone X was detaching from the phone due to a battery issue. The battery was replaced and screen reattached in less than 20 min and under $100. Super happy! If I ever have another issue, I’ll be back and will definitely recommend to friends.

The service here is always prompt and professional and is always the place I go to whenever I need my phone repaired. 10/10 would recommend! Im one happy customer. 😁 The only thing that I would suggest changing is that the inside smells of cigarette smoke. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Mark is an unprofessional, Rude and Greedy person, we went there to get our phone fixed thinking its a legit place he change the screen and never fixed the charging port, the screen wasnt assembly right and had a gap, the charging port was never fixed but he charge us almost 300 for it, and was so rude and disrespectful from the beginning, I saw another lady friend that had an issue when we went back there and he was so rude towards he it was nasty, We really dont know how you stay in business, but we got acknowledged you changing and adding new google listing each time with many fake reviews, Please be aware of this shady place, Poor Quality, Poor Service . NOT RECOMMENDED

Mark stopped what he was doing when I got there, quickly repaired my IPhone and I was on my way. He is now my go to guy for my electronic repair needs. Mark didnt fix my laptop. Mark was meant to replace a dead battery, but couldnt locate the right one. Mark told me he would call me with a quote in a few hours and tell me how long it would take to deliver the service. Mark called me and gave me a quote. I ask which battery it was for. Mark got irate and hung up. Mark is rude and unprofessional.

THE REVIEWER ZENIA was was out of sorts when she came in the store seemed like she was on something (I was there) she then began asking Mark for tools to take apart her laptop, and also wanted to know what the part number was for her battery so she could install it herself AS IF MARK WAS TO DO ALL THIS FOR FREE! She then abruptly said no you can go ahead and order and install it for me but call me first with a estimate. Zenia was quite sketchy, ZENIA was rude ZENIA was not nice!. She was told what the price was and replied I already ordered one after Mark spent his time putting the order together Mark then hung up feeling that there was no resoulution, and that ZENIA is not a desirable customer and ZENIA NEEDS a different kind of help.
