After having an incredibly frustrating experience at a different Firestone, I was hesitant to attempt to make an appointment. I was happily surprised. The team here were incredibly kind, helpful and upbeat. It came as a relief. They fit me in same day that I called and went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. Kelly is the best Store Manager I have ever met and I truly mean that. Between working for a Firestone years ago and going to many across the mid west and east coast she outshines them all. She was fair and talked me through my Tahoes Issue in terms people can understand (Im a mechanic by trade so I know what she was talking about naturally) but she really breaks it down for the normal person with no issue.Kelly is very knowledgeable in the trade and has an L1 who was equally great with my issue and recommended next steps. I wont hesitate to give this store my business

The nice lady here helped me out with a rental car. Had a light come on indicating a tire issue. She checked all my tires and they were all low. She corrected the air pressure and I was on my way! Cant thank her enough for the help. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip with no problems.

While cross country traveling we had a flat RV tire and had to get brakes checked on truck. Kelly provided outstanding service and professionalism on our call and visit. They were very efficient and quick and courteous. Highly recommend them for any car service.

I had a rental van that needed an over dye oil change. And four new tires. They worked us in. And got the oil changed and four new tires. Very appreciative. Very nice employees.

Spent 1200 for new tires an an alignment, 3 months ago. Went back today thinking I am out of alignment. Asked if he could look at the truck and tell me if I do or dont...he said no. Why, because you need an alignment. I said can you look at it he said no only of you get an alignment...wow great service. Just wanting g to make a sake

Firestone Complete Auto Care on Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach is a great place to go for all things auto repairs. This location is well managed and they make the process very simple and efficient to get everything taken care of. The professionals here are knowledgeable and well skilled at taking care of everything quickly and correctly.

Quick honest repair while on vacation. Got our van back on the road for our 10 hour return trip home. Made it home with no issues. Thanks for saving our vacation.

Called prior to arriving at this location to ensure they would be able to repair my tire. I had gotten a screw in it. Once I arrived the sales associate came out took one look at my tire and said he would be unable to repair the tire. He stated that it was too close to the side wall. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to replace the tire... then told me since my car is AWD I had to replace two tires... my car is newer and the tires only had about 30k miles on them. When I told him I would not be purchasing two tires he said “well then I’m out” and walked back into the store. I preceded to go to Mavis tire and breaks... apparently the screw was not too close to the side for them to patch it. I have never in my life experienced such a rude sales person.

We were heading to myrtle beach when it started raining, our truck sliped and got stuck. Luckly we made it but were worried. I looked up alignment shops near me. Firestone was the 1st one that came up. We went. They replaces 4 tires, and found suspension problems. God bless them for their time

I made the inspection appointment in my name arrived 15 mins before appointment time they took 30 mins to get to my car. An hour later man comes out and starts talking to my son in law about My car. Oh heck no I made the appt my car my card to pay. And when I get receipt has a Utah address hello I live in South Carolina they need to get it together. Needed an oil leak checked out while we were staying down the street, and the guys at this Firestone were on point. Made an appointment for Sunday morning to have the problem checked out and they had us fixed and ready to go by lunch! Ive been to countless auto shops all over, Firestone as well as others, and I really appreciated the service at this particular Firestone. Very professional, quick, and didnt ever try to upsell anything I didnt need. And to top it all off, their prices are great and they warranty their work. Cant ask for any better than that!

Lady at counter was very nice and made sure chairs were wiped down after people sat in them. They got me in and out and fixed my brake pads and roters quickly.

Reached out to corporate with a complaint. They did absolutely nothing!!!! They told me a manager would give me a call...they never did. Yet i keep getting emails to fill out a survey...which i will continue to give bad reviews because this a very LAZY shop.3hrs for 2 tire replacements and one of the TWO tores put in my car was Flat! I have a picture but I am writing this review on my phone so I dont know how to post it up here.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment that a another dealer messed up. The mechanic Lou was great corrected the problem. The car is riding straight and the steering wheel is straight. Wish I didnt waste my time at the other place.

Went here to get our brakes checked. They said nothing was wrong. We heard a sound and was on vacation so didnt want to take any chances.

Wow, worst customer service EVER, This place tries to scam you as bad as any place I have seen. Brought in car for brakes and I checked rotors prior they were fine. Guy trys to say needed new rotors. What just cost me $99 at a reputable non scamming place they wanted to charge $600 . I HIGHLY reccomend going sd somewhere else. On top of it the entire staff was rude and the manager was ver ugh rude. WORST auto experience EVER glad I went to a LOCAL per ssf on that does not try and rip you off during a pandemic when many are struggling.

My wife, daughter and two of their friends were just about to leave the Myrtle Beach area in route home when they noticed an object in their front tire. My wife notified me and I called this Firestone Auto Care store at close to 6PM, as it and everyone else was closing for the 4th of July Holiday weekend. The team there stayed over to wait on my wife to arrive and they replaced the bad tire with a new one so that their travel of 500 miles would be a safe one. My wife said that the gentlemen who assisted her was extremely nice and helpful. I greatly appreciate this Firestone team for their sympathy towards the situation leading to them stay over on the Friday before a Holiday weekend to help four ladies with a tire issue. It was very reassuring to me as I spoke with one of the members, ensuring they were taking care of my wife, daughter and friends. They had the tire I needed in stock at a really good price. We were visiting our daughter in Myrtle Beach and took her to Firestone so she could get new tires. Kelly was the person we interacted with and I cant say enough good things about her professionalism, helpfulness, courtesy, and concern. We are regular customers of Firestone and have used several locations but I would say this one is by far the nicest as far as customer service is concerned.

This is an amazing place for your cars needs. I am from New York but had to see them for an emergency repair and Kelly Reynolds(Manager) went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Unbelievably great customer service!!!! The technician did an amazing job with considering the difficulty level of the repair. If Im ever in the area again I will definitely use them .

My daughter and I had a little bit of car troubles while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. We took my car in to have a plastic underneath tray put back in place. The lovely took the car straight back and fixed it within minutes! Super friendly and super fast! Her kindness made our trip!

They saved me this past Sunday! Was there for a competition at the convention center and ended up with a badly damaged tire. Was not comfortable driving 90+ miles home at night on the spare. These folks were awesome and got me a new tire quickly. Nice people too. So grateful!

Out of all the Firestone locations in this area this one is the best! They are always ready to fit you in on walk-ins, the do the work in a timely manner, and they do it right the first time! Dennis is always kind, courteous, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and patient; willing and able to answer all of your questions. I’ve been coming here for several years now and i won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location for all your vehicle’s needs!

At the end of this past summer I asked them to install four new tires on my pickup truck. They were busy and I told him I was not in a hurry. I asked them to call me on a day they were busy to install them. Like I said I was not not hurry. Whoever took my call must have forgot which I can understand it happens when people get busy. So now to it three months later I decide to just go down there and buy the tires, I may handy type person just put them on myself at my convenience. So I get down there ask for the tires they are helpful. I go to pay for the tires and they tell me they only accept cash because they are not putting the tires on. They tell me it is Firestone policy that they cannot take credit card payment if they are not installing. They say this is done to prevent people from using stolen credit cards. This seems pretty crazy to me that they will not let me buy a tire because they do not want to check in ID with the credit card like they are supposed to. This is what is done if somebody is truly concerned about whether somebody is using the proper credit card. I am a business owner the purchase was going to be with a business credit card and I offered ID, not to mention I was wearing a shirt my company name, same name as on my credit card. If this is truly company policy I think it should be changed. I almost paid for the tires with cash which I couldve but at the last moment out of principle I changed my mind. Anyway Ill be buying my tires somewhere else.

Would have put a 5 star up there. This trip little different. The gentleman forgot to put oil in after the change. Engine was knocking. I was standing outside and stopped him asked what the noise was. He backed the SUV up knocking. Pulled in. Watching him put hose in hole.. pump the oil in... went inside. Told the fellow about it. He want and checked. Came back and said it was a sensor that didnt flip.. wow I watched the guy fill it with oil. Thats what you come back with. Try being honest... like the sign said on the wall... behind where you were standing. Read it..... I did... will be visiting another Firestone after 15 years...

When we got to MB for our vacation my TPMS light in my car came on, I called Firestone and they told me to come in and theyll check my tire pressure. All of my tires we over so they took care of it for me for no charge. They were really awesome and helpful. Thank you Mark and Bill for your assistance!!

This Firestone store came through for us big time during our road trip from Kansas to Myrtle Beach! Two times during our stay they saved us and provided quick, excellent, professional and friendly service. Manager was very nice and quick. Got me in and out in under 45 minutes for a full alignment. Gave me a printout to take back to who did my work and helped explain how to correct.

Just replaced tires, got a wheel alignment and an oil change. The prices were good and they did not try to add any unnecessary services. I thought that I was going to need to have the brakes replaced but after inspection, they informed me that the brakes were just fine. They could have easily sold me a brake job that I didnt need but they treated me fairly and honestly. Eric was friendly and very helpful, he made it a pleasant experience. The next time we need service on our vehicles, we will be coming back.

Had a hiccup at the other Firestone location where I waited 2 days to get my vehicle fixed. Ended up picking it up and bringing it here, car was fixed within the hour and everything was taking care. Truly outstanding customer service. Thank you again Kelly for your help and taking care of my vehicle. She is wonderful.

We were on vacation. Picked up a nail in the tire on a Sunday they told us a hour hour and a half and they had us fixed up and on the road.

I went to the Firestone and I was immediately greeted by a man behind the counter. I told him about my problem and said he had to speak with a lovely female.She couldnt have been more helpful. She did all she can, and got me in my way.I highly recommend this Firestone dealership to any and all who require tires as well as general mechanical work.

Their Bill is crazy. Honestly, I would never buy from them unless I dont know better. Their inspection free is not bad though hence the one star.

We had great service. We walked in late in the afternoon while on a Mimi vacation with a huge bolt in my tire. The employees took great care of us. I knew that I would need new tires for inspection next month anyway. I asked them to look at the tyrods because it was shaking when I went above 60. They didnt see anything wrong with them. I left there and NO MORE SHAKING! It must have been a bad or unbalanced tire. Thank you Myrtle Beach!

While traveling from out of town with my family, we discovered the black plastic cover had become lose on the front underside of our van. I first called and asked if they could take a look at the issue and they told me to bring it right in. Once I arrived, the gentleman at the counter (I never did get his name, shame on me) took my keys and told me to have a seat. Less than 10 minutes later, my van was back out front, fixed and I was on my way. He told me it was free of charge and to have a nice day. If I did live here, that shop would have all of my future business.

My car locked up and shut down on me..The staff were so great and thorough and checked everything so that I was okay to drive 4 hours home safely. They were very honest as they could have told me I needed xyz when I didnt and I probably wouldnt have known if i did or not. Firestones integrity is what keeps me using Firestone in my home town and when I travel.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car takes conventional oil and they put synthetic in it which made my price go way up! Normally tire rotations are included in the oil change and they didnt tell me it was going to be $20 more! Never coming to a firestone again! The only thing that made it better was they only charged me for the conventional oil when I brought up that my car doesnt need synthetic and showed them my car manual. These places are always trying to sell me something I dont need and overcharge me.

Overpriced & rude. I spoke with helpful young lady on the phone. I special ordered the tire. I was inn a dangerous situation, & the rude gentleman offered no help.After purchasing over 3+ sets of the more expensive high performance, run flat (Potenza) 18 inch, staggered tires- paying extra to have ROAD HAZARD. The price was discounted less than $20. Just a reminder, I have spent more $4k in tires at this location. Ive dealt with over 3 rude managers, road hazard, ridiculous wait times, & pure ignorance. I think Ill change locations & possible tire brands. Its embarrassing!

This crew is great! Every time I go in the guys bend over backwards to make sure I dont pay for anything I dont need to. They have sent me to the dealer several times and inform me when things should be covered under warranty vs things I have to pay for. I use them for all my car work.

There is a new(ish) manager at this location named Dennis. I have a vastly different review based on my experience today. Ive had a few other minor interactions with him trying to sell me stuff I dont need. But, today takes the cake! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation which I have done for the last several years. I got the call and he reported that I am getting very close (underscored and two exclamations on the written paper) to needing 4 new tires! Well thats very interesting since I just had my car inspected YESTERDAY! Im sure if my tires were remotely close to needing replacement the State of NC would be glad to let me know! Disclaimer: My vehicle is AWD so, when I need tires it does have to be all 4 in case you were wondering.I dont know about you but, Im sick to death of businesses trying to take advantage. They have lost me as a client and I highly recommend you doing business elsewhere as well! Maybe if enough of us boycott they will change, or better yet, go out of business. There are plenty of other options in this market.

Terrible service - I would not recommend this place. Purchased tires through Tire Buyer and had them installed here. Received my car about 1.5 hours later than they said it would take, and the inside drivers seat, door and carpets were really dirty from the Techs when I got it back. Also had a nice new permanent scuff on one of my original wheels and only two of the four air filler caps after I had driven 3 or 4 miles down the road. Had to clean my car as soon as I got home, and requested a phone call back from the Manager. I was promised they would return my call, but no follow-up for nearly a week now..... Stay away from this place if you want quality work and value your automobile.

I was at a baseball tournament last week, and went in to their Myrtle Beach location last weekend because I noticed I had a nail in my right front tire as I was heading into the Ripken Complex. I dont know if the nail had just happened to the tire, or had been there for a week or more, but the tire wasnt leaking and the tire was still inflated after the tournament ended (5+ hours later). When I went into the store, I was told that it would be a 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait if it was determined I needed a new tire. The gentleman came out, slightly pulled the nail slightly, sprayed it and said it was bubbling and that due to the rot on the tire, if he pulled it completely out, it would leak and Id need a new tire. The tires themselves (which happen to be Goodyear Assurance tires) were NOT that old and probably have 50% ore more tread life left on them since they were all bought together and rotated regularly. I told him to leave the nail in, as it clearly had created a seal due to its placement in the tire, and Id take my chances. Drove all the way home from Myrtle Beach to Charlotte, NC (175+ miles) without an issue, and had the tire looked at yesterday by the Goodyear folks. Not only could the tire be plugged/patched, the Goodyear mechanic shook his head when I told him the story of my experience. Complete turn-off on the Firestone brand for me, that theyre more concerned about trying to take advantage of an out-of-town visitor and selling me a new tire than about doing whats right by the customer.

They always take care of my car quickly. Never crowded. But still make appointment.

On vacation in Myrtle Beach. Came out on our second morning there to a flat caused by a nail from nearby construction. Went to Firestone and they got us right in. Less than 20 minutes and we were on our way with a plug in the tire. Most exceptional to make a potentially miserable situation not bad at all.

Excellent service. Had some coolant leaking on my Jeep srt8, they located the problem,fixed it and was out the door in a half hour or less. On top of it the staff was very pleasant and professional. No complaints from me.

While vacationing in Myrtle Beach our Cadi had a wheel bearing making some noise, since we had a 16 hour drive I figured I should get it looked at. I took it to the guys at this Firestone and after a couple test drives they were able to diagnose the problem. They didnt try to add any extra services or sell me something I didnt need but fixed the problem the same day for half what the dealer would have charged. Highly recommend this shop, awesome techs and honest shop.

Very unorganized employees. I ask them to do me a oil change, rotate my tires, and check my fuses for my horn. He said okay. So when I got home I had to put oil back in my truck, my two front tires got flat.smh... The fuses for my horn was blow. They are very bad. I like the one in north myrtle beach better.
