Very helpful with getting my pulley for my air compressor. Just a note to all that there policy is all sales are final and nothing can be returned. Good thing I asked first that If for some reason the pulley was the wrong size, if I could return It and get the right size. As soon as I was told no I cancelled my purchase till the next day when I could bring my pulley In and get It matched up to another pulley.They didnt have my style pulley but said that they could get mine honed out and a new keyway cut In. Thats what I am doing now and should have My compressor going by the end of the week.

Always polite, and extremely helpful, if they dont have it they WILL get it for you.

Will never do business with these unethical people again! After recommending a magnetic starter to remedy a compressor switch failure problem we were having, an electrician told us it was overkill for the problem we were having, that we just need a properly sized pressure switch. Having never even opened the box, Northwest would not take back and exchange the magnetic start unit, saying it was company policy. Well, their policy is still intact, but they have lost my business and everyone else I can tell.

Purchased a jack 175.00 had to bring it back. The handle kept falling out.

If they dont have what I need in stock, it never takes long for them to get it in.
