Aiden was the biggest help. I feel everyone else was a know it all. But knew nothing.

For the most part this is a good chain... although they dont have the fix flat in the spray can. Very surprised by that. I know Tractor supply does but farm and home was on the way.

Lovely store with a variety of home and farm products

Im concerned about the care of their chicks. I went in today to purchase treats for my birds and took a peek in one of the chick bins. Multiple chicks had bloody wounds on their backs and are completely missing feathers. I understand that they get a lot of chicks but I noticed this within five minutes of being in the store. If these birds were truly taken care of, this should of been noticed. I enjoy this store but just want any live animal that is sold there being treated humanely.

All kids bogg boots are half off but size 12. When asked why the store managers response was I don’t know why but we can’t do anything about it. Worst customer service experience ever.

They have some of everything in this store. Im dont do any farming but I have bought everything from toys to garden soil and tools here. This is also the only store I have been able to find one of the top recommended dry dog foods Ive been searching for made for dogs that have both grain and poultry allergies. (Pacific Stream made by Taste Of The Wild ).If you happen to drive by this place and have a couple minutes to burn you should definitely stop in and look around. I cant promise youll walk out without buying something, tho. :)

There selection is pretty good. There prices are a little high. The staff aren’t the most knowledgeable when it comes to the products they sell. Although they are fairly friendly.

Great local chain of farm and home supplies. Friendly helpful staff. Good seasonal deals on yard equipment and supplies. I bought a 10 trailer and riding mower here.

Customer service is terrible, at check out I had a 150.00 gift card and the first lady told me to slide it through the card machine. Then she took it and slid it through the card machine at least 10 more times and says it doesnt have anything left on it. I told her it has 150.00 it was just bought and I had the receipt from the person the purchased it the day before for me. She says well it doesnt have anything on it so after 5 minutes of dealing with her I asked to talk to manager and the manager came over and swiped the card at least 6 more times then finally she enters the numbers on the card manually and it finally was worth 150.00. 15 minutes later I am on my way. Not a good experience

Found the item I needed easily enough, but was in a hurry (headed to a job and was replacing a tool I had lost the prior day) and the cashier would not take no for an answer regarding signing me up for their rewards card. Said it would only take a moment - took over 5 minutes and required my address, phone number and email address.

Bit pricey, but this place has a lot of stuff for every type of situation for fur babies.

Favorite spot to browse for deals/sales in the Twin Lake area. Complete hardware, livestock, clothing, power equipment, hunting supplies, even baby chicks and rabbits in spring. Join their rewards club. Normally saves a trip to the big box stores!

My boyfriend went in about 4:30-5 o’clock today and the oldish lady at the register was almost too incompetent for her job. Tried to buy a light that was clearly on sale and not only did she make him walk back to show her the sign, she asked another employee if it was on sale and he said it was. So she got back to the register and continued to argue with him about it being on sale. Super unprofessional lady and definitely will never go there again if she is still working there. I suggest she get some more training and should learn to read

They have a lot packed into this store. Top quality brand names ranging from clothing to chainsaws. Some items can be a little pricey but they have an extensive clearance section too.

You can find almost anything you need here! From hunting supplies to plumbing to electrical give them a try if your looking for something you cant find unless you drive to 50 miles to find. They have very good prices as well!

Came in for a couple of thing for a small project.No one to say hello and the employees looked miserable.Walked in and out without so much as a hello, in fact only thing I heard was the total price.Price wasnt bad but perousing the aisles for what I needed was not helpful.Thus the 3 stars.

This was our first time going to Family Farm & Home. We heard about it from a friend. Although we didnt make a purchase today... I felt like a kid at the candy store! They had SO much inventory, SO many different things to look at and get excited about! Their prices seemed reasonable and fair, and the couple of employees I did run into were very friendly and helpful! Cant wait to go back to do some shopping and even a little more splurging!! 🤪

I love this place! Better prices than Tractor supply and there are plenty of employees around to answer whatever questions you have. (Unlike TSC which is usually a ghost town minus the 1 register clerk.You can get some pretty decent coupons now and then if you sign up for their mailing list (which we use for dog/cat food mostly)

Family Farm & Home is a great store, very down to earth staff and lots of parking. It is great to have a local option to buy pet supplies that arent overpriced.

I probably partial to this place. I go here constantly to pick up farm items, tools, outside items, truck accessories, and clothing. This place is all in one stop for farm, outside, clothing, boots, gloves, and yard equipment needs.

Over priced, no selection of womens clothing for wife, lots of items not priced/signed, and employees not wearing masks properly. Good note lots of employees but not one offered to help.
