Had my moms husband run in for a florescent light bulb I needed cause the one above my kitchen sink quit working but not sure why the new one didnt work either. He was in and out and found what was needed quickly.

Went to buy a leaf blower/ vacuum. The selection wasnt that great but they might have been selling them and didnt restock yet.The lady was helpful, even though they did not have what I was looking for. But overall I like Home Depot. They are looking to hire if you need employment.

Best Home Depot Staff Ive encountered. I never get asked for assistants unless I track down someone. In this store in Muskegon, I got asked multiple times if was seen by any employees. Shelves were stocked and low lines. I am in and out now. Luv it.

Went to look for some ceiling fan chain pulls. My son had showed me some online that looked like a fan and a light bulb 💡 so I was hoping they had them. They did, they werent exactly the same but they are still cool. I also picked up another pack of light bulbs for the fridge, 6 watts for the water 💧/ ice 🧊 maker. Got in and out pretty fast once I found what I wanted. A lot of shoppers too.

Nice friendly people! Several employees walked past and either said, Hello! or asked if I needed help. One employee (I wish I remembered her name) walked me all the way from plumbing, where she was stocking shelves, to the flooring section and then called for someone to come help me before she left me. I thought that was amazing! Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

I am currently waiting for help. Employees walk by dont offer assistance. Then another employee states only one person available to help in the particular department.

Wood selection wasnt what we wanted and they wont cut wood diagonally. But hey they will cut the larger pieces unlike menards.

The Home Depot in Muskegon has the friendliest, most helpful staff of any other store Ive been to. Note the period. As a cool bonus, so far, theyre all very knowledgeable of their products. A man bout my age asked if I needed help with the shower faucet parts I needed; the packaging was a bit cornfusing as to the part numbers, and other details, but he sorted it out for me. Id prolly still be there if it werent for his invaluable help. There are other times I was helped, but this was the most memorable. That valuable customer service really comes through in this store. May it always continue. Thats the stuff that brings the customer back; thats called loyalty. Im loyal to this store.

When I first got there, I couldnt find anyone to help me (not uncommon for this store & the reason it only gets 4 stars). But after walking upto a register person, she called for assistance.Once I was able to get what I needed, the guys where quick to help get me the panels I needed.

50 dollar fan for 7 dollars i cant complain..my card they gave me the manager locked..said id didnt match after i gave her documents identifying me as the customer she ..pushed some keys and said 7 dollars i was so SATISFIED..with that DISCOUNT ..AND KITCHEN IS COOLER ..AS WELL

Ive had good and bad service. Just because the line of work Im in I have to go there. But if you can, go to lowes. They treat you better. Waited almost an hour with 3 trips in to ask for help loading 30 fence panels for them to all just scatter.

If half stars were a thing, Id give this a solid 3.5 out of 5 stars. There is a good selection of merchandise. The store is usually cleanly. The staff is always willing to help (sometimes a bit overbearing, with how much). Most of the time the staff is unable to be helpful with anything that is DIY project related (due to lack of knowledge on how too)and sometimes cant even point you in the right direction to what youre looking for.

I love this store i got the washer and dryer i wanted Samsung flex machines. 2 washers in one machine and 2 dryers in 1. With steam. A Lot of the store stated they couldnt get them until September. And mine is being delivered next week. The lady who help was very polite, very helpful and new her products.

Store was clean and pretty well stocked. Stood looking for an item a very long time before anyone asked if I needed help. But the Male associate that did was very helpful. Lines were pretty long to check out.

I purchased a 1,600.00 fridge that was delivered last week. The delivery kid was awful to myself and my cousin to the point that we called his boss after he left my fridge at the bottom of my stairs and drove away!!!! His reasoning was that it wouldn’t fit up the stairs or in my front door. My cousin came over and brought my fridge inside the house with no problems. Not a good experience.

I have shopped at Home Depots for years, and this store is unreasonably the worst, and has ruined Home Depot in general for me. I went to buy a tool box in the store, the one they had was damaged (after spending an hour trying to find the keys for it, they had lost them) and I thought everything was ok. I followed up on my order, they never called me, and found out they never properly ordered it, and basically told me I was out of luck, they would not transfer one in from another store, or even reprocess the order so I could pick one up from their store as I intended. I talked with Craig (manager), and even had to follow up on what he might be able to do, just to find out that he more or less didnt want to make it right. It is mind blowing that I could not pick up the tool box, that I paid for, from the store I paid for it at. Will not recommend this store to anyone.

Their web page showed a refrigerator was in stock. After I arrived, no one one was available in the area to help me. I found a random associate and they told me the person in that area was on lunch. I asked if there was someone else and he said he didnt know and to go to the front service counter for help. After waiting 10 minutes for someone else to help me, I was then told that they do not stock refrigerators and they must be ordered. I told them that their website said that they have them in stock. After they went to their computer and looked up the model number, they replied that they do have one in stock and its a floor model and they were not authorized to sell it. I told them thank you that really helps me make a better decision. This kind of deceitful advertising technique should not be allowed.

Ok. I like menards better but this is ok for hardware and such sense its close. Otherwise I would not go
