I went in to buy an anvil, the website said they had some. but the display had been moved. I asked a young man with a supervisor badge for assistance he tried me he had been off work for a week and didnt know and walked away. So I found him again and was blown off, I got his attention 4 times and was blown off each time. He made no effort to assist or look anything up or find someone to assist me. So I went home and ordered what I needed off of Amazon. I guess thats where I will buy tools from now on.

Got to love the return policy. But when most of the stuff you sell is cheap probably wouldnt convince anybody to buy it without the return policy

Friendly employees, clean store. All the tools you need, and some you didnt know you needed. The price is very right and the warranty is great. Love my Pittsburgh Pro and Icon tools!

I am a electrician. they have all the tools at a price I can afford. plus they all have a lifetime warranty.

Always great bargains and friendly staff members. Most hand tools have a lifetime warranty that really cant be beat. You can find household items, power tools, hand tools, electronics and many other items as well. Decent little quick stop and shop in one place!!

Fun store to just look around, theres alot of good quality things for really cheap prices. Deffenantly one of my favorite stores.

Went to look for a cart that a friend recommended, I found the display but couldnt find the box. I asked an employee and they went to check in the back, she came back after a while, didnt have any did they couldnt sell the display, but the manager that came back with the employee, found one on the rack. I sure was happy 😊.

Been shopping Harbor for some years now. They got decent tools for decent prices.

This is by far the worst Harbor Freight Ive ever visited.. tried to find someone to help me buy a tool that is kept locked at this location.. after 15 minutes of trying to find someone I just left.. Definitely need better help

Harbor Freight is one of my favorite stores. This location is clean and the staff are courteous and polite. And there is always an abundance of great deals on useful things.

Theyve got a lot stuff I use or want. The prices are fair and if you buy the right product nd take care of it, itll stay with you a while. The store is well laid out and properly labeled with overhead banners with aisle number and contents.

The state should fine this place for not adhering to public policy for customers to wear masks. Although its posted on the sign, I counted 16 people not wearing mask or social distancing. I was looking at some tools and finally said screw it when a couple not warning mask came up and stood right next to me. When I business does not care about the safety of its customers and does not follow the rules they should be fined. I left the store without buying anything.

Store manager Susan is the worse. I will go out of my way to spend more money other places just to not deal with her negative attitude. Learn how to run a store and work with the public. Her attitude was so rediclous a cashier followed me to my car to apologize for her.

They were helpful and patient but they sent out the scrawnest kid to help us lift a heavy load into the truck

Tools are questionable, some amazing, some junk. Similar to the customer service at this location. All in all, we all should stand together and stop buying China made goods. Price savings is not worth our safety, and will not slow the process to strengthen our country’s manufacturing, which employees our friends and neighbors.

You can find just about any tool youre looking for. From real cheap to high quality tools and shop supplies, whichever you prefer.!

Dont by Predator brand. They run fine when they run. But if you need a part youll be extremely frustrated. Spent hrs on hold, wont answer email. They blame it on covid but Google blog for Predator, its been an ongoing issue. Most expensive boat anchor Ive ever purchased

The product they sell is getting better and better, I have no complaints with 90 percent of the hand tools I bought there. I have a tool box from HF as well and its held up nicely for the better part of 5 years. Their staff helped me out a few weeks ago, and I appreciate that a lot. That said, quality reflects price on some of their tools, so read reviews before a big purchase.

Not as discounted as they advertise. Actually more costly than even walmart and no brands to brag about that are much better. You can get better items elsewhere at a much cheaper rate. False advertisement and the locals must know as the place is never very busy. I would shop elsewhere if you are here simply for a bargain.

The prices are why we came here. The store didnt have what we needed so we went online. I ordered an air compressor, hose,mounting reel, and attachments on the 14th of May and Im STILL waiting on the air compressor as of June 12th! Everytime I email to inquire I get a generic were experience higher than normal order volume and as such this may delay your order...sorry for the inconvenience. All I want is more detail like, were sorry, this air compressor is on back order with an expected release date of xyz! This has been so frustrating...last time an online order took over a month its because the items were shipping from HONG KONG! Come on! Ship my air compressor already!

This is a good place to visit to get a specific tool that is not going to have heavy or commercial use. While I am always a bit cautious about purchasing things that I will need to use heavily. Overall I have been very satisfied with everything we have purchased here.
