Dr. Lee Webster is a very knowledgeable doctor. She and her staff are very warm, friendly and concerned with giving you the best eye care they can. Dr. Webster recently did cataract surgery on both my eyes, correcting my near-sightedness in the process. I love being able to drive or watch TV nowwithout the need for glasses and I couldnt be happier with Dr. Webster and Shoreline Vision.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. Even in pandemic times the wait time was very short. Dr. Leeanne Webster and her staff are just wonderful. Genuine concern and excellent patient care with an excellent “bedside” manner.

She recommended tests and communicated with my primary provider immediately. I received a call from her office the following week to follow up on procedures, checking to see if tests were being done. Grand Haven location- I had a new patient appoiment and waited in the first part of the waiting room for almost 30 minutes, not knowing that there was a seperate waiting room and check in desk. If the rude gentleman adjusting glasses actually acknowledged patients when they came in maybe I would have known i was in the wrong location. I finally walked around to see if anyone else was available as it was past my appointment time and low and behold theres actually a human! Just to be told id have to wait another hour or so because i was past my appointment time. When she asked me if id like to reschedule i kindly said no thank you and walked out. After reading reviews, im thankful i didnt reschedule.

The Shoreline staff is always friendly. More importantly, I have learned to put great trust in Dr.Oltean - hes very patient and kind.

While I am only 4 days past surgery & return in 10 days for my other eye, I feel confident in the outcome. Highly recommend Shoreline Vision whether youre looking for an eye examination/checkup or surgery. I have used this practice and Dr. Rawlinson for both -- my yearly eye exams and my cataract surgery and laser surgery. I went to Shoreline Vision after a bad experience at a very well known vision center in Grand Rapids. As the saying goes, bigger is not always better and I learned that the hard way. The staff and services at Shoreline Vision are exceptional.

Had an eye exam last week. The staff was very nice, but no one told me they would be dilating my eyes that day. I asked if I would be okay to drive after my appointment and was told I should be but she wasn’t sure. It was snowing and I had to work that afternoon. I was barely able to drive myself home, and ended up having to call off work because I still couldn’t see hours later. When I was checking out, I was told I’d get a copy of my prescription. I didn’t. I went over to optical to schedule an appointment to pick out my glasses. I scheduled an appointment for this morning, but because of the cold my car wouldn’t start. I called and selected the prompt for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Someone answered, I explained the situation, she cut me off and told me she was transferring me to optical. No one answered. I’ve been calling back every once in a while over the past hour, and no one has answered or returned my call. Will be getting my glasses elsewhere.

I find Dr. Rawlinson very personable, patient, and informative. I had cataract surgery and was very nervous. He answered all my questions, and treated me with the utmost kindness.

Exam and doctors are fine. Horrible service from the vision and optical center.Would not return phone calls or emails. Left me waiting for weeks without any response to my questions.Despite having my custom frames and glasses ready and waiting. The office staff was horrified that I showed up to get them without an appointment. I had to as no one picks up the phone for the glasses center. No one responds to phone messages or emails.I simply said Ive paid hundreds of dollars and want my glasses - I knew they were ready and waiting, the woman at the checkout counter essentially threw them at me and turned her back on me as if my business and presence was a huge inconvenience to her busy and important day.

Great eye doctor, he gets a star, as for the rest of my experience it was terrible. Don’t recommend if you have Medicare or Medicaid, very poor treatment and wouldn’t let me or my husband pay any extras out of pocket. Rude

Dr. Pezda treated me in a very professional manner. He explained what he was doing during the exam and the nature of my condition, all the while calming my anxiousness. I would highly recommend him. Also, I need to add that the entire team of those that assisted from the moment I walked in the door were extremely helpful, courteous, reassuring, and professional.

Dr. Thomas Aaberg shows a Love for his Job by the way he Cares toward his patients. He treats us like people and not like dollars and cents. He deals with your eye problems and wont stop till he finds a solution or remedy. His nurse Lisa is the perfect match because she has the same qualities; Caring, and Always with a Smile along with making sure a Persons Concern is Her Concern Too. Ive experienced as a patient LOVE IN ACTION!!

I never knew how much of a difference this eye surgery would of made in my life till having it done now, the after care and the help and concern of the staff has been magnificent.

My recent visits to Shoreline Vision for Cataract surgeries was in all respects the best overall medical experience I have had in all my years. As an engineering professional I appreciated the facilities organization and smooth processes.The staff was very informative, caring and knowledgeable in the sequence, hands on performance and timing of both procedures. Shoreline Vision is an excellent place. The staff is friendly and compassionate. My most recent visits have been with Dr. Pezda. He radiates confidence and is very knowledgeable and friendly. His assistants are also polite and helpful. They have my trust and my gratitude.

Really going downhill, especially the Sherman store. The doctors seem to just move people through like cattle rather than actually treat or care for peoples vision. Then the service of trying to get a frame is made even more difficult because they dont seem knowledgeable of their products and because of Cov19 they seem to rush you out the door. They also think every frame has to be sanitized and I caught them scoffing as I was trying frames. Not going back, customer service seems to be a foreign language to them.

Always cheerful and goes about his business in.a timely manner. Pleasure to have him as my doctor.would recommend him to a prospective customer. THANK YOU !!!!

Been going here for years, but not anymore. Always takes at least an hour and half of waiting beyond my scheduled appointment time before I get to see anyone. Went in for a routine vision appointment and they turned it into a medical examination without my consent after learning I had a possible stye in my eye. Doc took a peek and said to wash my eyes with baby soap and use warm compresses which I told him I was already doing. It took literally less than 30 seconds for him to peek and comment. Those 30 seconds cost me $220 with my insurance included. If I had been informed of the change in billing prior then things would be different but it was bad business to change my service and charge me without informing me, and even worse that the attendant at the Check-Out said the insurance would cover it because it didnt. Such minor care shouldnt result in a $220 biill. Shoreline Vision on Sherman Ave is overcrowded with long waits, over-worked employees, poor communication, and predatory billing. I called the billing dept and brought the issue up and they chose to stand by their policy and NOT their patients. Toxic Business

Just very organized, clean modern equipment. Staff is awesome. I felt like I made a great choice going there.

Every employee, from the front desk to Dr. Oltean, was exemplary. I was anxious from beginning to end but every effort was taken to make me at ease. The decision to have LASIK was worth it and I recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr. Rawlinson was so kind and professional. He was very efficient with our time in the exam room. Check in staff were very friendly, the girls in the back were very nice and listened to my concerns while not making me feel hurried at all, check out staff were also kind. All around a great office!

Took my 6 year old to see Dr Hui (sp?) for a second opinion. He was wonderful with her, address her warmly and directly and suggested changes to her Rx. I would definitely recommend him and the office staff was very helpful too!

I waited for over 90 minutes after .y optometrist referred me just to have the doctor tell me my doctor should have taken care of this. After seeing other reviews I believe it is because I have medicaid.

Received Lasik last month and I could not believe the results! Instantly upon standing up after the procedure I could see! The staff was professional and transparent with every detail. I was nervous since my sister had a disaster of an experience with Lasik (went to a different business), I couldnt be happier with my results!

Waited forever. On top of that I was diagnosed wrong, went and got my glasses with the eye prescription I was given from them and I couldnt see a thing! Went to eye care one and they got me the correct prescription. Now billing doesnt care, they just want to get paid.

My relative had eye surgery here today. You are not allowed to wait inside due to Covid 19. But they refuse to let you leave while the surgery takes place. Demanding that people wait in their car for 1.5 hours in 80+ degree heat is dangerous!

My experience was not a good feeling I dont know if they had college students working there or what its just not a place I will go back I really would want my money worth Im a diabetic and I need the right service so now I will go somewhere else and have my eyes rechecked because I dont get the feeling that they did what they should have done thats my opinion

I got out of work early for an appointment here about a year ago. Checked in, and ended up waiting close to 4 hours in the waiting room and never got called back. Was so angry I went to check out and get a different appointment and was told there was a 45 minute wait. So I ended up leaving. I called the next day and they asked me why I left, I explained to them about the wait and they acted like I was lying. Never again! I have not gone back there and refuse to. Never got a call back or a explanation to why I wasted almost 4 hours of my time. I know I was not the only one, due to the fact that they were seriously packed (standing room only, no seats in the waiting room open) and the two people seated by me were there as long as I was!

Women at the front desk are rude, prescription for glasses was wrong. Couldnt get in and seen when I had an emergency. Tiffany Kent walked out on me and left me hanging and dumbfounded. Other issues with front desk staff. So much bad, I had to go out of town. Owner wanted me to talk to a manager. I think the managers ARE the problem.

The doctors and medical staff are amazing! The billing department is innaccurate and causes insurance issues without taking responsibility for incorrect billing!

I had cataract surgery 2 years ago. Vision hasnt improved yet. I have returned twice received 2 new RX for glasses and thought maybe it was because the first glasses should have been purshased there...not the problem. Second pair purchased there at Shoreline and still have vision and seeing problems. Oltean spends 5 minutes or less in the room with you like hes afraid of you and basically tells you nothings wrong and bye! Meanwhile, my vision is suffering and they are sending me a bill with some inaccurate billing codes that causes me to pay for charges that should otherwise be covered. Broke my last pair of glasses and was on lockdown for almost 2 weeks waiting for a new pair! Cant afford to buy 2 pair at their prices so if i break my only pair it takes FOREVER to get your replacement.One extremely unhappy, going blind and broke regretting i ever dealt with Shoreline/Oltean camper

I dont know if its just me or if most of the women who work here are man haters. Thats always the vibe I get especially with the ones at the front desk.

Want to waste endless hours of your life waiting......go here. Have been here 5 times in the last 2 weeks for a simple infection that only needed drops to heal and every time it is over an hour waiting.

I had Lasik surgery at Shoreline Vision many years ago and I have not had any complaints it has been great not wearing glasses.
