Let me start with I have never worn glasses or had my eyes checked before this experience. The entire staff that I dealt with were extremely nice and professional. They got me in on time for my eye exam and made the experience comfortable, Dr. Vandeweghe was friendly and professional.Turns out I now need glasses and the entire staff not only help me find frames that were stylish and look okay on me, but went out of their way to help me save money, since i dont have any eye care insurance.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye exam or glasses.

My last visit to the Sternberg location was one of great disbelief, hostile and very aggressive work environment. I attempted to work with a male associate who was very harsh and unbecoming. I sat in the store. And called the corporate offices. Eventually I was asked to leave by this male associate. I complied. I went outside and waited for the phone from corporateI received the phone call and immediately. left. I went to Meier . Before I was able to get out of my car the male associate quickly pulled up next to my car and blocked me off so that I could not move.The male associate became very aggressive and hostile . Very intimidating. I asked him to leave and he persisted. I told him I was dialing 911. The male associate told me to go ahead....they wont do anything.I must question if this is an acceptable practice for Rx Opttical. Their mission statement is (to provide excellence in customer service ). Is this excellence?????? My advice is to go to Eye care one. You wont br disappointed in their professionalism!!WATCH YOUR REARVIEW MIRROR WHEN LEAVIN THE PARKING LOT!!!

The service is wonderful and the customer service is super friendly. Always feel comfortable coming in.
