I just wanted to see what my prize was with the flyer I received in the mail. All of a sudden I am pressured into testing a car. I will admit I was casually looking for a car and said it was a nice car. I just wanted to see the price. Long story short they had me sign things just so I could see the price if I did certain things like a trade in. All of a sudden I hear congratulations and my mind went numb. I didnt want to buy the car that same day, I just wanted to see the prices and think about it. I never bought a car from a dealership before, so I didnt know what I was doing. Then they pressured me saying that I signed all those agreements and I politely declined when I really wanted to scream and run out of there. They scared me out of buying a car for a while.

I have been a Betten Baker Hyundai customer for years. The sales people and the service people have always been great, great at answering questions and solving problems. And I like their follow up, even after they sale or lease you a vehicle. Even after all the years of being a customer, their customer service has remained outstanding also. And this is what keeps me coming back.

They send out scam junk mail for a contest that you win 100% of the time. You have to come into the dealership to claim your prize. Everyone wins $100,000 or two new cars according the pull tabs on the scam flyer. When you go to Betten to claim your $100,000, you are told you get to spin a prize wheel or are entered into a drawing, depending on the scam. The company that runs the scam sweepstakes is called Fat Win. Watch out for this scam! Shame on you Betten Baker!

This dealership has always gone above and beyond to take care of my and my Hyundai. Theyve always been pro-active in looking for potential problems. When necessary, they will involve Hyundai Corporate to get things taken care of. I live 34 miles away and have a dealership close by but I will always drive the miles for QUALITY service at Betten Baker.

The work was done promptly. Only one thing was less than perfect and that is the pressure in my tire is was not properly handled. I think it was overlooked because when I left all my tire pressures were different. However I returned a few days later and the manager promptly took care of making my tire pressure perfect in all my tires.

Wonderful service and the people are terrific! Spencer and all of the service associates are always going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. I can rest assured that my car is getting the best of care and nowadays, its one less thing to worry about.

I drove almost an hour there after talking with a salesman who said they could get a car in my price range. After waiting almost an hour for my trade in to be appraised, they would not give me what I needed even though I had a higher trade in offer at 3 other dealers. Plus the salesman really wasnt that friendly.

I would steer clear of this dealership and in particular - the service department. The service department is headed by an honorable guy makes spencer but the truth his, his manager and some of the mechanics are shady individuals.Reasons:1. I had my front ball bearing joint replaced and they put it on backwards. I found out after it breaking down again mid drive. They fixed it free of charge the second time, but it’s clear that shouldn’t have happened.2. They said they fixed multiple recalls, but every time I had a recall fixed, within 3-10 days a new issue appeared out of nowhere; once it was directly related to the recall. Normally I would dismiss my paranoia, but 3 times is enough to convince me of foul play.3. They overcharge for their parts by 50%-200% and simple headlight fixes become $450 fiascos.Because of my reoccurring issues with both this dealership, the service department, and Hyundai, I have sold my Hyundai and bought a new car.Do not go through the same experience as me. They front-facing employees are kind and respectful, worthy of positive interaction, but their mechanical service says otherwise.

They do a fantastic job. It doesnt matter what make of car, they can work on it. I bring my Caravan here for most of the work I need done on it. When you get an oil change, they also wash your car too. And, the best part of all, theyre dog friendly. I always bring my Bulldog with me. Shes happy, she HATES being left behind.

Bought a Hyundai in the last year and I have been having the regular service done here. Spencer in the service department is very friendly. They do need to update the customer waiting area as compared to other dealerships. This is very lacking in what is offered for convenience; place to work, drinks/snacks etc. The corn hole tables are nice if the kids are with for an oil change but one has been broken for a long time now.
