They have a very nice waiting room with anything you would need while you wait. Location is convenient. It took almost an hour just to change the oil & filter with a carwash. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Popcorn was nice but no decaffeinated coffee.
This is my third Subaru purchase in 25 years. All of my purchases are still running well, the oldest to be donated to a close relative. My current purchase was the Wilderness outback. I cannot imagine shopping for the perfect model that covered all my needs, like sitting up higher than the rest and surrounding my family in comfort like leather seats and air bags to protect all that ride with me.Marshall our sales representative helped me navigate through the many models of Subarus 21, and 22 model years. I kept this poor man busy for hours looking for the right match to my needs.Next I discussed financing with Bill the sales manager who assisted me in finding a plan that was comfortable for my budget. the Subaru wilderness model year 22 was the model that covered all the bases for me.
The staff at My Auto Imports were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, without being pushy or sales-y. I dealt with Shadric Hawley and would do so again next time Im looking for a Toyota. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and quickly with my purchase.
We waited a long time for them to diagnose the problem. Then we were given four hours to complete the job. We set up a time to come back so we could have transportation with us. We brought my car in the day before my appointment and planned to pick it up the next day when itβs finished. However they called that evening and completed out repairs. It was great.
I bought my car here and have had it serviced here ever since! They are always professional and honest. It isnβt always super quick but thatβs ok because they have a comfortable waiting area with cozy couches, and smiling faces all around.

Dropped my car off to have a visor clip replaced, got an estimate for 90 dollars for a $10 clip. Went to pick up my car the same night and found out that the clip had not been replaced due to having to special order it. Never got a phone call regarding this. Also received suggestions to have additional service completed, which was due at 40k miles, but bought the car from there just a month ago with 50k miles...

My scheduled appointment was on time. Sam greeted me in a very friendly manner and efficiently reviewed my service needs. Once in the comfortable waiting area another service employee brought out two filters that needed replacement and I agreed. Overall a very good experience.
My service experience which was a routine scheduled oil change was very good. But, I was hoping to have my tires rotated as well, however, I passed that up because you charge nearly twice as much for that as most tire service shops do.
Drove 2 hours to buy 2017 chevy traverse. Pictures online and the video one Salesman sent made the car look in excellent shape however upon arriving and looking the car over there were many scratches and paint chips that were not addressed. The outside of the car was dirty and dusty under hood was filthy as well as inside the gas door. Someone waxed the car and left wax all over the entire car. The sales manager offered an apology for it being dirty blamed it on high school kids and said the scratches were only in the clear and would buff out but you could feel them with your fingernail and those generally will not buff out.

We bought a 2010 gmc Acadia from Nick Oatman and have had to put an additional 10000$ in to the car and now we have to replace the motor because of something I asked them to check out before I bought it. They said it was a tick of the pulley, but in reality it was the timing chain and they were looking to make a quick buck. UPDATE: I emailed the the provided contact and havent heard anything back. Im still waiting for this to be made right and I will continue to provide updates on here. 8/27

First, I scheduled my car to get serviced and scheduled to have a loaner car, before I got there they gave the loaner vehicle out and gave me a Subaru. The Subaru was not equal to the size of my vehicle so I couldnt even put all of my car seats in it for one.. I also couldnt tow anything over 1,000 lbs which I needed to do as I expressed when scheduling the original loaner. So I took my volkswagen in to get serviced because the oil light kept coming on and we had oil put in it 4 times in 1 month. While scheduled to get serviced I also paid to have it detailed, inside and out, and to have it ceramic coated. 1 hour after having my vehicle I got a call that my car was ready for pickup. I asked for confirmation for the details and ceramic coat and the gal stated that all they did was fill the oil. They did not even fix the oil problem. So after the weekend I picked up my car. In 1 week an entire quart and a half is gone and now my engine Ishtar is on. My car is shaking when I drive it and has no oil, the oil light is red. I have called multiple times expressing that this is dangerous, the engine is getting hot and this is my only vehicle so I have to use it. I asked for emergency service and a loaner. They scheduled me a month out. I have emailed the manager Bill/Billy about this multiple times and he responded to the emails he wanted to and then completely stopped responding. Then they had a salesman reach out to me to ask me if I wanted to buy another car since I only had 1. Obviously if I could afford another car, I would have gotten one by now. That was their solution to my problem. Pathetic. The service for volkswagen is terrible. Im currently reaching out to a lawyer because I paid for multiple warranties and special services that they are not providing.

Our buying experience with Auto Imports started out really well, but overall ended with some disappointments.The sales associate was very friendly and prompt with follow-up when I inquired about the vehicle. He assured me that it was in excellent condition and the only issue he knew of was a crack in the key fob; the fob in fact doesnβt work at all.We drove 3 hours to get the vehicle, trusting his description. When we arrived, he had the vehicle parked inside for us to look at. We did the initial walk around and I noticed the headlight was cracked and broken. He apologized and said that no one had noticed this. He did say that Auto imports would pay for us to get it fixed and wrote that into the contract.We then took it out for a test drive. It drove great and we decided to go forward with the purchase of the vehicle. After coming back from the test drive, I went inside to start the paperwork process to purchase the vehicle and my husband walked around it to check it out again. In the sunlight he noticed a large dent in the hatch. We pointed this out and they said, βwell it is a used carβ.I do understand that it is a used vehicle, but it was frustrating not knowing these things in advance. It would appear that the dealership does not do a thorough job of going over the used vehicles coming in to be re-sold if these things were truly not noticed.The final thing that ended the day with disappointment is that when we arrived home we also noticed the grille was pushed in. Whatever caused the headlight to break may have also pushed in the grill. I did write an email to a manager about these issues, but never got a reply.I would not feel comfortable utilizing Auto Imports in the future or recommending to friends due to the issues stated above.

When purchasing a vehicle it should not keep on breaking down. To the point where more money has been spent on repairs than the vehicle. And dont be fooled nothing is cheap @myauto. They offered to help and now not answering at all. Its a sad situation when a company that big cant own up to their mistake. Shame on you, but we wont be fooled ever again.
The service was great! It was so easy to schedule my oil change online. When I arrived for my appointment Olivia greated me, got me all checked in and had me on my way. She was very friendly with great customer service skills. Overall great experience again.

Terrible service and experience. Got a car from Cody, he was talking about how he needed some sales to buy a house. Sold me a explorer that the tire went flat a few days after I got it. There was a note in the car saying it had a nail in tire. Cody assured me that it got fixed and a new tire was on, I took his word for it and of course it went flat. Talked to the service center and they told me the tire never got switched. Terrible service with this place. Ive had nothing but issues with the car since. DONT BUY FROM HERE! They are not faithful and stand by what they say by any means.

The only place I take my VW to get work done, the mechanics are always quick and efficient and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great waiting area for people like me who would rather wait around, but they have a shuttle if I ever have long repairs and no ride. I love the hand-wash at the end, my car always comes back as shiny as the day I got it.
I have never owned a Subaru before. but was attracted to them because of their high safety rating. Family members recommended Katie Brown at My Auto Import Center after their positive experience. I also had a positive experience with Katie, as well as the auto dealership! It was a no pressure buying experience, quite refreshing after some Ive had in the past. They have very good follow up after the purchase is complete also. Im sold on Subarus, and will return to My Auto Import Center again.
Very disappointed in their Express Lube service. Even after specifically asking for the hinges to be lubed and tailgate hinge and meeting with the service manager, it doesnt happen. .50 cents worth of lube keeps the door hinges from wearing out. But to their credit, they no longer state they have done it on the bill, like they had always done before. So now they are just guilty of poor maintenance, not fraud anymore. Cant recommend them, all trust is lost...this place has really changed!!

August 2021 I decided my back and knees could no longer tolerate buying a fixer upper. So I spent most of an entire week driving from dealership to dealership 100s of miles away in some cases. Finally figured Id try my luck locally, yet again. This was my first time visiting My Import on Sternburg, I was greeted by the salesman I made an appointment with, Nick Nichols. I played a little bit dumb about the whole process (even though this was my first dealership purchase). I gave Nick multiple opportunities to take advantage of my inexperience. But he didnt try no matter how naive I seemed to be. Our appointment ran late and his next appointment had arrived. This man was almost like the clichΓ© office worker wheeling his chair from one customer to another lol. He was doing his absolute best and it showed. The dealership was jammed packed with buyers and I waited an extended time for the financial manager to be available. I wasnt bothered by it, because I could see salesman standing in line outside that office waiting to take the next step. Then Nick Nichols showed he was willing to go above and beyond what I deemed necessary. The battery light came on during my test drive. He gave me a written guarantee that it would be fixed in a timely manner after purchase. He personally followed up with the technicians about my car. Him and assistant service manager Jim rectified the situation as fast as possible (part shortage isnt their fault). They ended up putting a new alternator on the car. And to my surprise the technician noted the belt tensioner was just about warn out. They could have put it back together and called it good at this point, but instead they replaced the belt tensioner as well. I paid a total of $0 for what would of been $1000 job (tensioner and alternator).Ill be back to My Import. And I recommend Nick Nichols to anyone needing a positive car buying experience.

My 2020 Camry died as a result of a firmware update absence. I had to have my car towed over 60 miles to the dealership. They got on it right away and did what needed to be done. Everything seems fine at this point. Thats off to the dealership. I used Toyota care for the towing which was nice as well.

I wish I could give zero star, but one will do. Theyll gladly sell you a lemon and promise you that theres nothing wrong. Just like they did to me... Avoid them at all costs...I bought a used car from them a month ago, went down there to look at a Subaru Impreza wagon, they claimed it was certified inspected with only an O2 sensor, bad brakes, and a wheel bearing and that the old owner took really good care of it even though its set for a couple of months. When I went for a test drive the dealer went with me and only for a round the block test drive in a residential neighborhood. To the whole entire process they were pushy for me to sign.After I bought it I took it to a mechanic to get the problem sorted, only to find out that it needs: catalytic converter and full exhaust, brake disc replacement, brake caliper replacement, front CV axles, timing belt, head gasket, and oil pan. When I took it back to them to see if they could fix, we struck up a deal to only do the bare minimum to get it roadworthy.After that the transmission started to slip... When that started to happen Ive tried to call them back several times to see if I can get a different deal on a different car... Only to get silence from them... So here I am, not even to my first payment in the car is about to fall apart around me and Im half expecting you to die on me when I go to or from work everyday.

My only complaint is that my tire pressure light came on within one day of my service visit. I would have thought they would have checked my tire pressure
This is a tough one because I bought my 4Runner here and had great service with Garret my sales guy. I was told the front end was aligned but I still felt like it drove w/a pull but didnt think too much about it. My husbands mechanic friend came over and looked at it and noticed right away the front tires were bald on the inside. He believes they didnt do the alignment because had they done it they would have noticed the tires! He said it was dangerous to drive. So, they either lied that it was done or tried to hide the fact the tires were bald. Moving forward on used vehicles we will put a microscope front to back, our bad! My husband brought it in and it was basically a fight for a bit for them to put on 4 new tires but they did. THIS WAS A SAFETY ISSUE! Very disappointed it was not easy to get them to do this but they did end up taking care of it. Learning experience for us and we would not go back knowing they dont seem to be too honest.
I went to get my AC checked.Here is my experience.Very rude people work here. Larry and another lady at service desk are very rude. They want to charge for a problem which will not be fixed. I was told that AC has to be charged with dye and Freon but that may or may not fixed the issue. On top they want to charge $88 as diagnostic fee which apparently they could not figure out. Larry talked to me rudely and the lady next to him is very rude all the time. I have mentioned that a reasonable amount should be charged and not $88 because the problem was not figured out and he was like I donβt want to pay a penny. What kind of assumption is this ? We have bought both of my vehicles here and some other for cousins. The upper management reversed the charges but Larryβs word to my nephew and niece wereβ let me get them out of hereβ is that how you treat your loyal customers at this dealership? I just hope god bless them.Past Experience- have replaced tires of both vehicles at this dealership and paid rotation fee up front. They put that tire rotation fee on the invoice at the time of rotation because they donβt want to look at history. it has happened multiple times.They put wrong 5000 mileage sticker for the oil change even if you do 10000 mileage. I have mentioned couple of times but still it is same way.

The service and the people there are great. They are very helpful and treat you like family. When I brought my 2017 Forester in for service they had the car washed for me before I picked it up. It may be a small thing to some but all the small things they do will keep me coming back for life.
Great service! Was scheduled for a Friday morning appointment, but needed to drop the car off Thursday afternoon. They actually did everything Thursday evening, so I was not left without a vehicle. Service gentlemen were extremely kind, helpful, and efficient!

Also they ride with you on test drives and make you go only to certain places - not something I want to be doing when trying to buy a car, you feel uncomfortable and pushed. Not so great.

Excellent customer service by Heather and Eric & the shop. While the shop did not have a special warranty part in stock, they could get by the next morning, so Heather offered me a loaner vehicle overnight. This greatly simplified my life as I live over an hour away from the shop. Thanks for the quick turnaround and excellent service.

I would like to give a great review but unfortunately, I cant. There are ongoing issues with my 2019 Subaru Outback. There is a class action lawsuit on the electrical yet every time I bring my car in with a dead battery they say its something else. Ive had four batteries in nine months and my car has under 14,000 miles on it. The last time the service person told me it was my fault for not driving it enough, LOL, seriously?. Id like to return it for a full refund. Dont buy from here.

I had a flat tire and they had me come right in.Repaired it immediately and I was on my way
