I had a great experience buying my 2009 Chevy Colorado here last December.Very nice guys,in the service dept also. They gave me an awesome deal on my trade in,so it was possible for me to get the vehicle I really wanted.They have no problem letting you have somebody experienced look over the vehicle for a second opinion. That is important to do anywhere you go.My husband looked over and test drove my truck before buying it and noticed that something was not quite right with the brakes. He told Terry and they immediately had it fixed with no hesitation.They do also sell extended warrantys for more assurance,which is good to get with any used car.We were given a free oil change gift certificate at purchase,which we used after 3,000 miles. The guys in the service dept are nice,knowledgeable,and quick. Its easy to make an appointment,and they have a good deal on oil changes.I think we are probably there for 15 minutes at the most usually when we get our oil changed. We are always satisfied with our service.

As far as making sure our bills and priorities were intact we were able to decide if buying a car was the right solution. The words of Terry Nolan made us realize he has OUR best interest. Thats what makes a Car Lot, not selling us a high price car for commission and we fall short on other bills but to see if you are able to work with the market. Sweet deal we will return!!!!

I would give a negative if it was an option. Bought my vehicle here not even 2 yrs ago still owe on it. Had been told it was completely cked over, body, motor, all was very good. Well its now undrivable due to the sub- frame being totally rusted through, have been told this isnt an issue that just came about sense Ive gotten the vehicle. This was very bad when I purchased the vehicle, I trusted the wrong place. Have called several times to speak with Dale over the past week, still no contact.

Shorelines service center is the best in Muskegon. Eric and his team always get my cars in on the same day, and they beat every other service center in town on price. While getting my vehicles serviced at Shoreline Ive taken time to look at vehicles as well. They have a great assortment of sedans, trucks, SUVs, etc. and their prices are fair. The sales members Ive worked with at Shoreline are knowledgeable, low pressure, and make looking for a car a relaxing experience.

Ive spent more on repairs than I have on vehicle payments. I havent even owned it a year and it has become a glorified lawn ornament. At this point I would pay someone to tow the vehicle away just to get out from under it. Stay away at all costs unless you enjoy hefty repair bills, towing costs, and lemons. The only plus side is when the vehicle dies on side of the road I get to meet lots of interesting people. Currently my kids can use the car as a play house until I can get rid of it.

I have to agree with the other reviews stating they sell bad cars, its unfortunate but Ive put $4000 into repairs on the 2005 Silverado Z71 I bought and Shoreline just gave me an estimate for another $600. Keep in mind I paid $14 grand for the truck a year ago.

They sell bad cars. We payed $8,000 cash for an SUV and it had problems a month latter. We have payed more then $2,400 to get it fixed. A year latter and its not even drivable.
