When a customer makes an appt. a week ahead, he/she should not have to wait for five hours for a one-two hour job. Not good practice to take customers off the street while my SCHEDULED job was not worked on. Four new tires is not an emergency situation! A simple wheel bearing packing shouldnt need anything special order as to cause a wait. Sat in the waiting room for two hours and watched my trailer sit with two tires off and just waiting to be mounted.

I wont buy tires from them again. Even though they give you free tire rotation, with purchase they dont take appointments, so you might have to wait 1-2 hours.... No thank you! Not worth the free rotations.

Awesome place to go! I had bought a tire from Walmart and needed it put on ASAP. Walmart wasnt able to at the time. They were so nice and friendly. I recommend them for sure.

I find these good reviews odd, my dad went there for some work on his car and had an experience no one should have. These people are backwards lairs, once the manager got involved after about a week of on and of waiting there was nothing he could do. Go some place else and dont waste your time here these people have no morals.

Those whom know of me know i give it 100 on my reviews. For this here has been my experience with this company 2 times i visited last time as of today. These people are #1 in my book both times i been in there i was kinda in dire straits of sum shorts today being 1 of the most important and serious times i could of used them and still they pulled thru. I wont give out details however not only my 2 personal experiences and others that spoke of them. Just like i even posted of this motorcycle shop in Muskegon Heights,mi called cc cycles on getty. If you ever need tires for your vehicle they will work with you. What an awesome team heck of deals. I dont think you will be disappointed. Thank you!

Very disappointed while getting tire work done. Over half of my lug nuts broken and all four of my wheels were damaged (gouges) when I brought this to the owner (Terry) he said the gouges and scratches were already there. They were not. In fact I just bought this truck in August and have pictures with no damage. Worst business does not stand by their work. I will be taking him to court. 😡

Called to ask what labor would be to change out a car battery. Answer: Well lets see about an hour and a half labor that would be about$$$. I passed, replaced it myself in autozone parking lot. Took me fifteen minutes. I am not a mechanic. Hmmmm....

They told us if we had our daughters car in by a certain time they would have it ready by 6pm(that is what time they close). We went there because they never called us to let us know it was done and they were closed, with our daughters car inside with all her work clothes for the next day. Ridiculous....

Bought my tires and now do all repairs there

We punctured our tire on the side of an older paved road and M120 was able to repair our tire and remount it in less that 30 minutes! As a courtesy to us, knowing we had an 11 hour drive home ahead of us, they also checked and aired up our other 3 tires and our spare! I highly recommend M120. It only cost $22 to repair our tire.
