Great people to deal with

Family member took their car to Eagle. Seems they repaired the car without contacting them, which all mechanics are aware is illegal. They may have decent prices if you read their reviews, BUT I would also question their professionalism for the following reasons. Why would you not contact the customer, first, and second, why would you not offer like-new parts if you are working on a 20+ year old car? And they also charged shop supplies? Really? For anybody who has ever been to a car dealer for a repair, this is the worst scam in the automotive repair industry, and has been for years.

We were recommended by an employee at O’Reillys to come to Eagle for an EGR code we were getting on our vehicle. Nervous at first because we just moved to the area, but were extremely impressed by the customer service and kindness of the staff! Everyone was very helpful and eager to diagnose the problem even when we came back a second time. Will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles here in the future. So refreshing to interact with such a professional yet caring business!

I am from Grand Rapids mi and I broke down right on the eagle exit, a man stopped and told us where there was a repair place and said they would treat us right, well we went there and Keith who was the only one working stopped what he was doing to help us out tried to offer him 20 dollars and he said no that he dont need it but i insisted he took the money and he said no he dont need it! thank you for all your help you guys are a blessing, got us back to GR if your ever out that way and need something done with your car I say go there! humanity still exist!

Brought my ranger to eagle 2 times first time a brake line blew out they fixed it then 2 weeks later another line blew out. Got that fixed just the other day. Came back with little to no pedal. Me being in automotive and studying to become a tech. This kinda stuff could fall under people getting sued or seriously injured. Whenever I have a vehicle on a hoist I always check lines,tires and everything. Now Im in my backyard bleeding my brakes for a improper job that they did.

They scratched our vehicle and did an improper repair which made one part rub on another. When my husband took the vehicle to show them they started yelling at him and 4 guys started to aggressively come at him. One guy even took his shirt off. He got to his vehicle and was trying to get out of there before he was killed and one guy slapped his mirror. Then he pretended to be hit and called the police. He decided to not press his false claim when the officer was there. Now we have a scratch and a part that needs to be replaced. I dont want to ask for our money back because I dont even want to come in contact with any of them ever again. We took 3 of our vehicles there and were happy with the service but dealing with customer complaints is somewhere they need to greatly improve on. Their building also needs some work.
