I brought my car in for an alignment expecting to have to replace some parts first so i wasnt surprised when i was told i needed control arms before the alignment could be done. I was however, surprised when i paid over $450 and still didnt get my front end aligned correctly. I brought the car to another shop because the front wheels squealed when i was taking turns and they put it on their laser rack and showed me that my car was nowhere near in alignment.

Were really busy, took close to 2 hours to patch a tire and rotate but prices were pretty fair and the service was good

When ever we have work done through them its always done in a timely manner and theyre work is really good

They got me in right away and had friendly, speedy service.Although they charged me $27 just to put a tire on a rim.I’ve never had to pay more than $5-$10 anywhere else.Recommend going somewhere locally owned.

I have been using these guys off and on for a few years. They always do a good job, quote fair, and keep me informed. Today there was a misunderstanding on a quote, and I got pretty darn angry which normally I try not to. I was impressed with how Neil and John handled me while I was angry. It took a bit to realize that I thought I was being quoted 4 times the cost of a small job, and that he had told me the total with the additional work. They explained things, did their best to apologize and calm me down. Once we all realized there was a misunderstanding they both accepted my handshake and apology. These 2 guys are assets to this location, and the way they handled me today was nothing short of impressive! I look forward to dealing with both of you again very soon! My brakes feel fantastic. John did great work. Neil always communicates quickly and correctly. I dont trust many places with my truck. It will go back here many times in the near future. Thanks gentlemen for calming me down, getting to the bottom of it, and most of all for staying professional with me the entire time! You two did a great job today.

Took my girlfriends car there and they overinflated her tires so bad it was ridiculous and they did not put one of the tires on the rim correctly so it continued to keep losing air took it back to get it fixed and they overinflated the tires bad again and another tire is losing air now I would never recommend That anyone goes there

Only review you need. I was recommended Tire Wholesalers Plus by a family member. I waited about 1.5 hours for my rear tires to be changed and to get an alignment, service was quick considering there were already cars in their garage. During this hour I observed their very knowledgeable sales team INFORM customers on tires and tire life. They werent pushy and listened to every need and request of the customer. When my Camaro came out it drove straight as an arrow. This place is the real deal, no pressure sales, great customer service, FANTASTIC at what they do, good prices, and quick!!!

I came in for a $70 Alignment service. Said they couldn’t do it because I needed $2,000 worth of parts to replace before they could the work. Parts they said that needed replace had nothing to do with or effect the alignment. What the did was look at what parts that have not been replaced and try to up sell. So didn’t do the alignment and charged me $35 to tell me that.

Ruined my tire and charged me $130. I wish I could post the picture on here, it’s awful. DO NOT GO HERE! Literally go anywhere else but here. After they ruined my tire and I started showing people the picture, every single person that is familiar with cars said they tire wholesale clearly doesn’t know what they are doing.They also had my car for days and kept telling me they would ‘get to it’ and no updates, I had to keep calling. I think they were annoyed and busy and just did a hack job.

Very knowledgeable staff and honest people

Good bunch of guys. Had them put new ball joints, new front wheel bearings, and 4 new tires on my 2012 Ford F150 4X4. The work was started first thing in the morning,and was all done by lunch time, and was priced right. They do really good work, and well keep going back there whenever we need to.

Got me right in to out 4 new tires on my truck. Service staff was friendly and courteous.

Got a tire repaired and the price was fair and they did a quick job even though they were very busy. Gentleman that was running the front counter great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

This shop has been pretty good to us. They try to help you out with used tires, if thats the way you want to go. If not, theyve got all kinds of new tires. They also do regular auto repairs, just so you know. The waiting area is clean and so is the ladies bathroom!

They just did work on my 06 Pontiac Grand Prix Gxp and it rides smooth as ever with new struts all the way around, all new tires, and an alignment! Would recommend them to anyone and Perry is very helpful and honest!

I purchased 4 new tires from this place at a reasonable price. I have had good service here in the past.However, when I picked my vehicle up I noticed damage to one of my rims. I talked with the manager and was informed that he was not responsible for this. One rim is 450$ and I know for a fact the damage was done when the tire was installed.I would recommend taking pictures of every inch of your vehicle otherwise they will deny blame. Highly dissatisfied and I would not recommend this place.

I had a new tire replaced and 7 days later the tire fell off because the lug nuts fell off from not being tightened down. After towing car back to shop. I was told they couldn’t replace because my 2 month old brakes were bad and had to be fixed. I was charged 310$ for new brakes. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. They don’t know what they are doing.

Great customer service with affordable tires. They didnt have my tires in stock so they had to order them, came the next day and they installed them in about an hour.

Rude techs, terrible service. Refused to fix issues that they found on the car and never gave a explanation as to why they wouldnt. Went across town and got the car taken care of and fixed with no complaints or issues. Maybe someone was having a bad day but no reason to take it out on the customer. Ill never go back or send anyone else there.
