Very professional, and knowledgeable-quality of work is unmatched. I am very happy with the work performed on my 2020 Duramax!
ACR had my vehicle for over 6 weeks.ACR diagnosed the problem as needing an alignment. ACR sent my car to another shop for the alignment. ACR contacted me and said the car was ready. I picked up the car and paid the bill (parts and labor $480.00). I drove the car home and the car pulled to the left. I notified ACR and their response was that it was between the alignment shop and me, and that I had to contact them.I would think that ACR, as the go-between, would have been responsible to work things out with the alignment shop on my behalf. Also, ACR must have failed to look at the work that was performed by the alignment shop. If so, they would have seen the unsafe and shoddy work that had been done. After replacing the unsafe part myself, I took it to another alignment shop. Cost $75.00. The car now drives straight.I will not be giving any more business to ACR.My rebuttal to ACRs response,Note: Before I brought the car in to ACR I had previously had an alignment done at another shop. The car had no pulling issues, it drove straight. In fact when ACR took my car for an initial test drive they said it drove fine.To begin.1. I brought my car in for what I thought was hard steering. (True)2.The first alignment shop stripped out the L.H. strut rod threads and ACR replaced it with a new strut rod.(True)3.The second alignment shop stripped out the R.H. strut rod (True),but instead of replacing the strut rod with a new one, (like was done on the other side), they double nutted the old strut rod with two different nuts. The first nut was so stripped out that it slid back and forth on the rod. The second nut was not the proper size and was cross threaded on. This is not professional and more importantly is not a safe practice! I have attached photos of the old strut rod showing the larger (cross threaded) nut, the smaller(stripped out) nut, and the condition of the stripped threads on the rod itself.4. ACR told me my car pulled a little to the left. (False) When I picked up my car from ACR there was no mention of it pulling to the left. In fact, ACR said when they had driven it from the alignment shop to the ACR shop, that it drove fine.Im not saying ACR does bad work. What I am saying is that the second alignment shop did shoddy/unsafe work! ACR outsourced the work to be done. It should have been ACRs responsibility to double check the work!Secondly, when I notified ACR that I had bought brand new tires and the car still pulled to the left, it should have been ACRs responsibility to handle my complaint instead of leaving it up to me to contact this outsourced alignment shop!Hopefully ACR will learn from this unfortunate occurrence. Always inspect your outsourced work and when customer issues arise, such as this one, be the facilitator and take the responsibility to follow through.
They didnt return my phone call.
Great work at a fair price. Fast and friendly.
The guy was very professional and friendly
My experience with ACR performance was great. The folks at ACR did exactly what they said they would do and everything I had asked for the way I had asked. The work is top notch, clean and quick. Their pricing and their work ethics will definitely bring me back to ACR Performance for future needs to my Chevelle. Thank you again ACR.

The shop is a mess, disorganized and I dont trust the owner in the least. The work that was done was sub-par at best.
Went in to meet with the owner and talk about work and was given the grand tour left with a huge smile what a place if you can dream it they can build it I cant wait to start making dreams come a reality
