There great when you get the right parts and not defected parts went back 3 times for a master cylinder plus 20 dollars in brake fluid I asked them to share the cost of the brake fluid I Was denied, Well it wasnt surly my fault you want good service and the right parts I put. My money parts plus. Hands down better price no Hassel returns fast in and out

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying, I understand this store was short staffed. But that is no excuse for what happened to me THIS time. I had been standing in line for 10 minutes. And the store manager completely ignored that fact and decided to wait on a customer that had JUST walked in. Adding up all the times this particular store has given me the wrong parts and now completely ignoring the fact I was even there. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANY AUTOZONE, EVER AGAIN! I will walk twice as far to go to ORileys.

The manager was great#! Very knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and didnt disregard my questions.

They stink at answering phones but when you go buy parts they always take care of me.

Autozone is clean and organized. Workers are courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are good depending on what one needs. I would recommend Autozone.

I walked in there and none of the staff were busy. And not one of them greeted me. They looked up at me and put their heads back down. That is not great customer service. I hope the other Auto Zone on Sherman is more welcoming. Because that wasnt a good experience. I kindly walked out after looking around and still wasnt asked did I need help

Staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and got me a few odd parts and got me in my way. I had to return an item because my project changed and it went very smoothly, no questions asked, thanks, I will return!

Called ordered all parts, AZ said they would put them on hold with my name. Went in and they werent on hold and they did not even have all the parts. For the inconvenience they would give me a ten percent discount and send me to another location that would have them, discount was two dollars off an order over three hundred fifty dollars. Not a good deal. I am pretty disappointed, cause I love AZ.

I went here to purchase a head light bulb for the car I just bought and the employee that waited on me was also nice enough when asked if he could help me put it in for me also. It required taking the headlight out to get it put in so it would have taken me much more time to figure it out.

The people here were friendly and able to find a specific part for my friends car with their computers. But when we were going to install the part we noticed it wasnt the right part. We had to take it back, and they swapped it for the right part. They seemed like good people so it wasnt a big deal.

Store was incredibly understaffed, had a line of 9 people. Took 20 minutes just to get waited on, would have been shorter but they kept on stepping away and answering 6 or 7 calls in between each guest. Then they didnt have a part in stock that I called about and was told they did.

They tested my alternator, it tested good. So I didnt have to buy a new one!

Hunter got me the right parts from my terrible description.It went eerk squeeeeel chirp chirp chirp and then stalled out .New alternator hooked up and my car stopped sounding like a dying pig.

Andrew was the best! I went in at 9:30 (like a jerk) when they close at 10:00 to buy a new head light bulb. He came out and helped me get my headlight out and fixed it for me, all with a great attitude. Much appreciated!

Meh. Who needs them, their bad info, reps with bad attitudes and high prices? Close these unnecessary 90s relics. It is a different day, we can do everything online and why pay their high prices when you can research and Shop yourself online for a fraction of the price!

Never seem to have parts in stock and thank goodness for computers or some wouldnt have a clue.

Always have the parts I need or they are willing to check other stores for availability.

Any other auto parts store would better then AutoZone. Employees know nothing about cars or what part is best for your vehicle.

This store is awful!! They are so understaffed its ridiculous!! Waiting for a half hour just to talk to someone. Then wait for them to find the parts in the back. Go to the one in Wolf Lake or North Muskegon. It will take less time to drive there and pick up your parts.

Usually ok. But they gave me the wrong alternator.

Fast and friendly. Very knowledgeable.

They have a bunch of people working there that have no mechanical aptitude whatsoever, but they usually have what you need as long as you can find the right person that is able to find it for you. They need to have someone that knows cars to be there at all times.

My husband works on many vehicles as we were traveling we called this store and a woman answered unfortunately we didnt catch her name we had vehicle troubles as we were traveling and needed some parts as he told her the make and model of the truck year make model and a 5L F150 she proceeded to argue with my husband as to the type of truck it was. Really we just needed 2 coils but needless to say if your going to argue over the phone and be rude as to what were looking for we will take our business elsewhere!!! Its Muskegon we will find another place open. Id rather tow it home then give you a $$$$.

There was only two employees working at the time I stopped in.One being a female, maybe in her early twenties, and the other a young man fresh out of high school. Not that age or sex matters, but BOTH of them were not knowledgeable about anything that I asked about.

Usually has been great, but my last visit, I asked for assistance with an item. The associate QUICKLY pulled an item off the shelf & went out the door to put it on the car. But it wasnt the proper part. When I voiced objection to the mismatched part, the associate got huffy & impatient with me. So, I went directly to the Sherman/Henry store, where they heard my specific question & assisted me with the actual correct parts, the first time... on two separate occasions. Apples capabilities & product knowledge have become inferior to Sherman/Henry.

I normally shop here with my son, but yesterday I shopped alone...I got the oil I needed and stood in Line to wait my turn....the young man that was running the register, looked right past me and took a customer behind me...told me he would be right back...he never returned...I asked the person at the next register to wait on me, she assumed I was being helped....I waited ten minutes for someone to help me...next time I shop alone I’ll go across the street to advanced auto...

Bought brake calipers gave clerk my auto zone card for discount he didnt know how to ring it up I told him to cancell sale he did then re rung up merchandise how ever with cancellation on sale when I brought in calipers for core charge the computer said I had gotten it all ready and that I would have to come back another day to speak with the store manager I live 35 miles away Im not going to drive back again to see a store manager when they wont give you theyre skedule its the last time I shop at auto zone !!!
