Called to ask a price for a tire patch right now (the tire had a nail in it). They asked for $47 dollars. I asked the very serious question to make sure I heard it correct “you guys charge $45 for a tire patch?” The guy said something underneath his breath and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Stay away

Ive been a customer for years and bought sets of tires here. Today I came in for a simple tire repair and was told they could look into it in 3.5 or 4hrs. I requested to be put on the list so I could go to work and the guy said: if you come back later still would be 3.5 or 4hrs from drop off. To me it was nonsense, and he said we dont have room tomorrow until the following day. So, I went to American tire, a couple of blocks away, and they treated me wonderfully, even told me I could drop off my truck in 1.5hrs and would do it for free!! Shame on Firestone auto service, you have the worst customers service

Alwaya busy but give good service.

Gave two stars because the lady at the front questioned the tech if he had completed a service I requested. Needed to get a oil change and tire rotation. Add wheel alignment, cabin air filter, and fuel cleaning system. Firestone recommended spark plugs changed. Why waiting I was told it would take some time for the fuel cleaning and I was ok with the wait. After some time my vehicle was broad to the front like it was done. The lady working the front counter came out and asked the guy if he had done the fuel cleaning and he repeatedly said yes so she asked him to show her the box that supplied the cleaning product and he could not so he takes my car back to the back and does the fuel cleaning and it did take some time to complete. Then he brings my car out again and I was never given a report for the wheel alignment so I asked if he did the wheel alignment and he had not and if was after I had paid for the service so he takes my car back again to do the wheel alignment. Then I asked if the cabin air filter was changed and it was not done. The lady put an order on line for the cabin air filter to be delivered to the store. After all that had happen I questioned if the other items had been done. The regular guys who were there earlier last year are no longer there so check to make sure you are getting the services you are paying for. I personally will not be returning .

I took my car in for a tire repair and tire rotation. I told them the tire pressure light always comes on and I need to refill the passenger rear tire with air every couple days. In 30 minutes my car was already off the rack and ready. I asked if they found the cause of my tire losing air. They told me no and to keep an eye on it and bring it back if it happens again. Of course the problem continued but I don’t have time to come back in the middle of the week. I went ahead and put my spare on. Guess what I found in my tire. A nail. How hard is it to investigate a nail in a tire while doing a tire rotation. See ya, Firestone!

These guys arent the fastest but they do great work!

There is a teenager that works there name Ryan who fails to provide customer service. Instead he just makes excuses. I went in to get a replacement on my interstate battery which is under warrantyDoes not have it in stock. I asked him if he can search the stock at another firestone in the area on the computer. He says he cant do that, and he tells me to call them. I asked him to order one for me. He says he cant do that either. This is just lazy and incompetent. If he doesnt want to do his job and provide customer service, then he needs to clock out and go home. If he cant do his job with efficiency, then there is no reason to be thereI went to the firestone in murrieta off winchester. They also did not have the battery, but they were able to check other firestones in the area to see if they have one in stock. The closest one was corona, but i wasnt going to drive out there. Instead, they ordered me a battery. The firestone on Cal Oaks failed to provide customer service but the Firestone on Winchester was successful

Everyone I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I had all four tires changed and my alignment done; the service was completed quickly and for a reasonable price.

Small store with no experience in handling my truck lights issue. No one qualified to check headlamp wiring or checking headlamp bulb.

Its a nice, clean shop. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. No baloney, woman friendly. Got in and out in no time for an alignment, and got some good advice about my vehicle. Great experience.

I purchased Tires (and Rims through a 3rd party wheel company) and we experienced some issues with the 3rd party Wheel company and FedEX. Jr, Raul and the rest of the Firestone staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my Rims and Tires were installed today, as we were heading out of town for Thanksgiving. I am so thankful for the employees that came in early and stayed late to wait for FedEX (that never showed up because FedEX gave bad information) and the countless phone calls you had to make to get things done. A Special thanks to Jr. who had to drive all the way to FedEX in San Bernardino just to pick up the rims so that my Truck was ready. The professionalism and communication from staff made the process a lot less aggravating, so THANK YOU from the bottom oh my heart.We own 6 cars, so I am sure we will be seeing you again soon!Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving and wonderful weekend!

Took my car here to get a simple tire change for only 2 wheels and I had to wait for more than an hour for them to even start.Don’t come here

I went in for an ac fix and even explained to the mechanics what it was that I did to the car before.These “mechanics” couldn’t even notice two accuators that were taken out and couldn’t hear the big Freon leak that was happening.So I literally paid 400 bucks for someone too fill my ac and tell me it’s broken.I already knew that and wouldn’t have paid 400 bucks to tell me something I already knew.Trash Firestone company. Don’t waist your time.

Came in to have pads replaced because they were slightly squeaking. They talked me into 800 dollars for brakes and full rotor replacement. As I drove out the squeak was still there and even louder, came back the next week for them to replace the pads and fix the noise, waited outside for three hours while they did it. Pulling out making even worse squeak and now a strange rumble when I brake hard, three times and here again, waiting outside. Was told should be an hour and half, been half an hour and nobody has even looked at my car, you’d think after 800 dollar brakes they’d have it right the first time it’s a new car. Simple brakes, nothing else...: avoid this shop, they up sell you and don’t do quality work, they don’t check to see if they corrected problems they made, nor do they check to see if the problem they made is fixed and not happening still. Three trips and still isn’t fixed.

I stopped into this firestone because I was driving down the highway and the front of my splash guard fell off. These guys were so quick to help me even though they were busy. The manager was very professional, helpful, and seemed to generally care that I got home safely. These guys made my day. Thank you!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a establish, not just a machanic. From them using wrong oil, to charging me for things that were not done all the way to them spilling a qrt of oil in the back seat with nothing more to say then i can hold my guys responsible. Ive had wonderful experiences with fire stones over all but stay away from here ! TEMECULA IS ONLY 3 MILES AWAY !
