I arrived a little early in the morning for my appointment for a vehicle safety inspection. The techs noticed I was in the office and they kindly and immediately focused on my appointment while they were getting ready to start their day. The administration team was just as kind, professional, and attentive towards my time and business too. These people made sure I was taken care of before they even had a chance to have their morning coffee! It was a very pleasant, timely, and genuine service. I will continue to bring my truck here and I would also highly recommend anyone to bring their business here.

I was traveling from out of town when the air conditioner went out in my van. It was hot and I was miserable. A friend recommended this shop and said to ask for Jr. Im so thankful I came over here. Jr had a smile on his face, he was really polite and professional. Even though it was after hours, he stayed late and fixed my problem. I couldnt believe it when he told me how much he was going to charge me. So much less than I expected! I couldnt be more happy right now. I want to take Jr to dinner and spoil him! I would highly recommend his service to anyone. Outstanding.

I had the pleasure of talking with Mike and man, you cannot meet a more genuine and honest person. My 2005 Mazda6 needed an AC Compressor changed and Mike explained in detail what steps needed to be taken in order to finish it. During the job, Mike kept me updated on estimated times promptly and concisely. At one point, Mike called to notify the condition on a pulley bearing that he couldve done discretely but instead let me decide before operating extra on my car. If you need something done on your car, Id recommend this place. I will definitely come back with any auto trouble I come across.

Great service, very helpful. Took time to explain problems with the car and service cost was very reasonable for my AC service. If I lived in the area I would bring my car here every time. Dont worry about the lack of reviews I think its just hard to find their shop being in the back of a industrial complex but well worth the find. Im very particular about who works on my car and I feel very comfortable with my car in their hands.

Having an older model car, Ive had a hard time finding a reliable mechanic to provide service for my 1998 Volvo. American Auto Care has proven to not only provide basic services - oil changes, brakes, etc. - but has been able to diagnose and correct my troublesome check engine light issue. I have been to this repair shop twice. The owner, Mike, was very helpful and a detail oriented person. He took his time to explain to me my cars issues and the most inexpensive way to fix. Mike is not out to make an abundant profit and make a fortune out of other people. I brought my car to a different repair shop prior to going to American Auto Care and I was told they could repair my car for the price of $1,250.00. I looked around for different shops in town with good reviews and found American Auto. I am glad I went to him and as expected, I am advised on everything they did to my car. Most importantly, I have been getting follow up phone calls from the owner to make sure the problem did not re-occur. All repairs they do is guaranteed and thank you for the honesty. Worth bringing my cars for future services to this shop.

Sold me a defective engine with 9k miles on it, that smoked and failed with my Wife, 2 kids, and newborn in the car, 31 days later. I was out of town for work, and Mike took advantage of her $3066 later. Now its not his problem? I have text saved, where Mike harassed my 9 month pregnant wife at the time, for the money. He thinks were rich and we can just pull money out of a hat and hand it to him. My wife repetitively told him, she wanted to wait for me to be back in town, to look at the car, before we paid. He then started telling her its unacceptable, that we dont have $3066 sitting around, because he has bills to pay? Since when is Mikes bills, a customers problem? Dont you think its unacceptable that he sold us a defective engine, and that he harassed a pregnant woman for the money, and threatened her, he will tack on fees if we didnt pay? This is garbage customer service!!Yes $3066 for an engine. He even went to Oreilly and ordered all these extra parts, without even contacting us, and slapped it on the bill. I dont know who this guy thinks he is, thinking he can get away with this. Hes challenging the integrity of a retired war veteran. All the proof is in the text Mike, and since you dont believe in the customer is always right, you do have a law suit coming your way. I will not allow you to take advantage of people. Youre nice until you get your money. The engine is under warranty for 90 days. If you went and bought a 4k tv, and it failed in 31 days, you would take it back and get your money back. Same rule applies here. Engine is under warranty. It failed, and i want my money back, and you refused. You took advantage of a pregnant woman who was in your shop. I have all the text of you harassing her for $3066. To think i want my family in a car with a defective engine from you, is acceptable? Honesty? Customer service? Ill see you at the Hemet court house, soon.

Brought my Lexus in for an oil change and a brake job. I mentioned to the owner, Mike that I had the brakes replaced, else where, 12,000 miles ago. Mike called me and said that the brakes are warped and that I should go back to the place that fixed them to have them do the job. I amazed at how honest Mike was with me. He could easily have done the job and received payment but chose to do the honorable thing and send me back to the other garage. Mike is a true gentleman and so honest! I will always come back here to have my car worked on.
