So happy with the service I received with Mike at American Tire Depot! I was on my way out the door to bring my kids to school and noticed my tire was completely flat. After my husband filled it, I had to find a place where they could patch the tire since it was leaking air fast. After calling two places which told me that it would take a minimum of 2 hours to patch, I arrived at American Tire Depot. As soon as I walked in and asked Mike if they had time to patch the tire, Mike assured me it wasnt a problem. 30 minutes later, Mike handed me my keys and told me there was NO CHARGE for the service! Thank you Mike for turning a bad start to my morning into a great one! I will recommend everyone to this tire shop!

I purchase 4 tires from them. Tires got installed, balanced, and aligned in 1hr sharp.However, the alignment was good (car runs straight in the highway, the steering wheel was not adjusted not straight.

I am a very busy mom of 3 boys, and I JUST had a baby. Somehow both my husband and I didn’t realize that my tires were dangerously low. We called American Tire Depot, and they gave me a great price for tires for my minivan, and installed them in like an hour! They were so sweet and kind, and patient for my thousands of questions. Quick service for a front end alignment. It took about an hour. Only complaint was they didnt call me when my car was ready as they stated they would.

My husband had a blow out on the freeway at 4am this morning we had the tow company drop our car to this location I called at 8am when they opened spoke to Mike he was so nice helpful they ordered my tires to get to the shop he said it will be ready by today may be at the end of the day which was fine its our commute car so it needed to be done today which they were able to accommodate. They close at 6 and it was ready by 330p. Picked it up everyone in the office was nice perfectly priced in our budget. Will be coming back here to get tires for our truck. Wish I could give 6 stars! I contacted Mike the manager at the Murrieta store with a problem from “another” tire shop that provided the worst customer service. I’ve been buying tires for cars and trucks I’ve owned over the last 35 yrs and had some good and bad experiences, but this week I’ve experienced “OUTSTANDING!” Mike and Dan made me feel like family and not only met my expectations but beat them! He didn’t have to do a darn thing as it wasn’t his fault I was in my situation but because of Mike and America’s Tire Depot Murrieta I am taking the time to give credit where credit is due. I sincerely mean this, if you’re in the market for tires or other light maintenance, please give this shop a shot. I’m actually going to bring a couple pizzas for the guys installing out back. Great prices and customer service was great despite being busy! Booked a schedule online a day before then came in the next day unfortunately my tires weren’t at the facility but they were being delivered around 10am. So they told me to come back when the tires arrive and I was cool with that. Got a callback and went there again, they put the new tires on and they recommended an alignment which I did since I never got one done. Drove off and it felt like it was a car! Definitely going back here from now on plus it’s near where I live.

I went to American tire Depot right Accross the St from Home Depot(in case you confuse all the diff tire shops on this st as I did) These guys rocked I called them in the morning and ordered the tires I wanted they received them from warehouse and had them on my car with a alignment before the end of that same day. Price was good, service was excellent. They have a nice waiting room that was nicely air conditioned, clean restrooms. They even had a tv and several dvd for kids if needed. I would definitely come back when I need tires again.

I always get my tires replaced here because of the lifetime warranty they offer for some of them and anytime I have a problem I can drop it off to get it taken care of. Based on reviews, and poor service at other local shops I gave this place a shot. I needed lots of regular maintenance items including tires, brakes and new fluid, cooling system service, oil change, new battery and alignment. The prices for the services I received were competitive and reasonable but the service was excellent and they based on everything they had to do to my car, they got me on my way without tying up my whole day. Extremely satisfied with my first, but not my last experience with this company and specifically with this store in murrieta. Highly recommended!!!

I have updated my prior review from (1) One Star to (4) Four Stars (my previous review is below the dotted line) after being contacted by both the Owner and District Manager Tommie.Both the Owner and Tommie expressed genuine concern about my review and the service issue I experienced.Specifically, Dist. Mgr. Tommie both e-mailed and called me to express his concern about the service issue. Tommie made no excuses for the conduct of the service rep in the Murrieta Store. Rather, he told me there was work that needed to be done by him at that specific store to ensure issues like the one I had do not occur again. Unsolicited, Tommie told me he personally oversaw the refund of my overcharge and apologized for what had happened.Tommie, was very easy to deal with. But, as important, he seemed to be genuinely concerned about what had happened and wanted to correct it. I might be naive, but I believe Tommie will show-up at the Murrieta store to do the counseling/training he said they needed. My sincere thanks to the Owner and especially Tommie for caring enough about their stores (and the service they provide) to earnestly correct problems when they arise.----------------------------------- PRIOR REVIEW------------------------------------------------This was my second tire purchase/install at this store after getting a second unrepairable flat tire. I called the store prior to my second purchase to confirm with them that I could get the same and have it installed at the same price. The customer rep looked up my prior invoice and said he would sell the tire/do the install for the same price. I quoted the previous price of $165 (and change) and confirmed everything was included in that price. The rep told me yes, Ill give it to you for the same price. So, I had him order the tire. I made two (2) mistakes dealing with this store: #1) I trusted the rep and took him at his word #2) My wife went to the store to have the tire installed and pay for it. I should have gone.However, I had my wife bring the previous invoice with her to show them and also tell them about my phone call and price guarantee. Well, we all know what happened next. Magically, the price of the tire/install came to $182 (and change). When she questioned the increase in price the rep told her the price of the same tire was more expensive than it was at the time of my previous purchase several months ago.Pretty disgusting behavior just to make an extra $17.00 dollars or so more. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store as they will not tell you the truth when it comes to pricing.

Bought new tires for my truck and car last month. Spent about 2500. Went in yesterday as my tire had a leak. Took about two hours. Ok cool finally all done. Next morning tire is low again. I don’t have 2-3 hours a day to go sit around waiting to get a tire fixed! No appointments but come first thing in the morning and we will get to you as quick as possible. Lost my business! I’m done with this company and it’s incompetence!

My brother had a tire valve stem rub off on a curb, and was stuck on the side of Interstate 15. I picked him up and took the tire to Mike at American Tire Depot. Mike and his team put in a new valve stem and had us on our way in 5 minutes. He didnt charge us a dime. Not all heroes wear capes, including Mike and American Tire Depot.

Absolutely satisfied with the work they did on my truck. I own a 2013 Nissan Titan and had aftermarket wheels and rims installed prior to moving here to California. It was time for my girl to get new shoes and this was the right place for me to go and get them.I researched the place and noted the reviews from the locals and read the most recent ones in order to truly make my decision on American Tire Depot. I walked in with the two choices of tires that I wanted: Open Country Toyo ATs or Pirelli Scorpions. They had my first choice available and we ordered them to come in that day. I also had to get the rear shocks done. While under the truck, they noticed that the rack and pinion needed to be replaced and brought me back in the bay to show me where the leak was located. They also let me know that the lines would be flushed to prevent any dirt from contaminating them.Adam was amazing and also the other gentleman that was in the front. They were on the money with the time that it would take to do all the maintenance that was needed on the truck and the mechanics in the back completed their work by the end of the day. The entire team at ATD was courteous and professional. I strongly recommend them. Its not just the courteous and professional staff that will have me return to their business but also the quality of work conducted.

Great product should go without saying. But their customer service is based on their schedule and not yours. You cannot schedule a time to go in to be serviced. This first come, first served business model is outdated.
