Very happy I came across this shop. Hands down one the best experiences Ive had with a shop. I took my Countryman for diagnostics and the level of communication was superb. Not only is their general communication good, but the quality of communication really sets them apart. Diagnosis was spot on as well. While I hope I dont have to return, its inevitable given my vehicle. At which point Ill happily schedule appointment. Thanks again!

One of my headlights died and only have today free to get all my errands done. Sooo happy Autohaus Frankfurt let me walk in without an appointment. Hilda (right spelling?) is the nicest person! Professional but very personable. Found the place right away, and was impressed by how everything looks. Saw a lot of handsome cars getting worked on. It’s refreshing to find local businesses that are honest and truly value the quality of service they provide. Oh, thanks for the fast service too!

Good afternoon everybody, my name is posted above for reference. Im writing this review for 2 reasons, I have had personal experience with Seth, and the staff which is family owned at Frankfurt. 1st, the individual that wrote the negative review probably cant or doesnt perform routine maintenance on his car to write a review like that. I dont know what the subject matter was that turned him into a negative writer, but I have never once experienced any of that here. My review begins now, this shop has personally had multiple cars of mine all being German. Ive gone for high performance German cars simply because of the advice and what seems to be routine maintenance for the staffers here at this shop. Simply stated Frankfurt is not a place to go if you want cheap non quality work. I live in San Bernardino Kama and it is not convenient for me to come here. I choose to come here because I trust them, theyve done well on all of my cars and now theyre getting ready to have a 3rd period owning a German car correction only a European car is not cheap specifically if you European car happens to be German. This place has my business for life or as long as I can drive. Shame on the person who wrote something other than positive. I stand by my review 100% and I dare anybody to try and say something less than truthful about this place that I have been welcomed in like family, treated like to places my own, and have never been lied to. They are not cheap but they are definitely not as expensive as the dealers or even other aftermarket the citys. This is the place all of my cars call home when it comes to maintenance and mechanic work whether it be minor or major. Again my name is J, this is my review and I stand by it 1000%

Best service I have ever gotten from an auto shop. Better pricing than the dealer. We spoke about service before doing the work and I felt very comfortable with the work being done. My attention was brought to a mistake made by a different shop that had done work before. This is a shop that is very organized and clean. Its nice to see a shop that can do standard services all the way to full custom work on your car. If you like performance these guys can really help you out. Everybody there is very friendly and will take the time to talk to you even though the shop is usually busy.

This is a family ran business with great customer service. They have been so honest and I cant complain about any of the work they have done. They replaced a light bulb for the cost of the bulb where BMW was going to charge labor, for example. They saved me hundreds. I highly recommend them!

Stopped by Autohaus Frankfurt today after speaking with them earlier this week on getting a quote to replace the rear brakes on my X4. The staff there was friendly, informative and needless to say in tune with BMW as a brand. Looking at the parking lot its easy to see why these guys are the go to shop in the area for anything from oil changes to high performance builds.

If you are looking for a shop that actually cares for your car, look no further. These guys are experts with European cars. Highly recommended

The best thing about autohaus is that they are a honest family own business and they will not sell you anything that your car doesnt need. I very well recommend them for any foreign car owner.

Very knowledgeable, nice, no problems

I have been taking my cars here for the last few years. A 2005 VW Passat and a 2015 C Class Mercedes. I can speak highly enough of Hebert, Hilda and Andrea! Every repair is briefed to me prior to execution, pros and cons of repair discussed. On one occasion the MAF sensor failed on the VW the week after Hebert replaced it, he replaced it for free under warranty the next week. Absolutely an amazing business with ethical, integral people. 5 stars only because I cant give six!

After I was told maintenance checks were free with an oil change I was still charged but I thought oh well I needed my brakes checked, Maybe that was extra, however, my bills showed emissions fluid was supplied for almost sixty bucks when I added the adblue a few weeks ago... they brushed it off Im taking my car to the real VW dealership to find out what else these people lied about and to get my car fixed because they didnt have the correct tools either to change my brakes. Update: I took my Touareg to the VW dealership and discovered again Autohaus Frankfurt lied that I needed new brakes and a new rotor furthermore Autohaus Frankfurt charged me $115 just to check my brakes and VW charged me $60. Autohaus Frankfurt are liars.

My daughters mini Cooper needed a new engine and they took care of everything, including dealing with the warranty company. Eric was wonderful as well as everyone there. We were stuck in California as we live in Kansas and they got everything completed as quickly as possible.

Unbelievably excellent service! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well. Eric is awesome and they have a customer for life!
