Took my car in based on high recommendation from Nextdoor app. I had shopped around for valve cover gaskets replacement, and they quoted me best price. According to Daryl, the owner, the work was done on October 12, 2021. My car started leaking oil within a couple days so I scheduled for a re-check. Took car in today.Had the most humiliating and unexpected experience from a supposedly professional business establishment! My receipt was thrown back at me; I was told I needed “help” and prayers, and Daryl the owner told his sons that my type of people he was warning them about. He proceeded to tell me that I just needed to walk 10 or 15 steps to show me all the many problems my car has now that is causing the oil leaks! When I asked him why he hadn’t mentioned when they were supposedly replaced my valve gasket. His simple answer was. You didn’t ASK!This place needs to be shut down! Buyer BEWARE

I was about 30 minutes into a road trip when my check engine light started flashing. I called AAA who referred me to Califronia Car Care. Shop owner Daryl and the mechanics diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately (new spark plugs needed) and made my car a priority since I still had about 4 hours to go on the trip. They also looked over the rest of the car and found the rear brake pads were only at 1%! They performed all necessary work, made recommendations for future service and got me back on the road safely to finish my trip. These guys provide expert car care, they are knowledgable and honest, and my car has been running great since then. I am very thankful for the work they did and I highly recommend this shop!

I wish every business was run like this one! A family run business that you can tell cares wholeheartedly for their customers. They are extremely friendly, fair, and professional all at the same time. I had a repair that end up taking longer than expected (at no fault of their own) and they ended up feeding me lunch since I was at their facility for most of the morning/afternoon without any food. That tells you just how well they treat their customers. Plus every customer I saw that came in that day had a smile on their face by the time they were walking out.

Just moved to the area & dreaded looking for an “honest” place to take our cars. Our daughter recommended CCC when my 2006 Toyota Corolla was making a funny noise. Derrick was very polite& professional right from the start. The noise turned out to be nothing major, thankfully, but the didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t need, just suggested some preventive thins for future. My car got taken here by AAA as it was a AAA-registered repair shop that they suggested to me. This was after Jeep in Lake Elsinore failed to diagnose, identify and fix a major issue with the car, causing it to overheat and start smoking. California Car Care went further and phoned Jeep in Temecula for one of the parts as they had a hunch it was under warranty - and it was. So California Car Care dealt with everything but the warrantied part, and then had it transported to Jeep Temecula for the warranty part, saving me something like $1,500. That is an excellent example of looking after the customer first and I commend them for that. Well recommended.

Daryl and Derek are the best. I have watched this business grow over the past 10 years and they are just amazing people. And all the mechanics as well. Best part is, they like my lasagna!!!! LOL

My 2001 Camry with 203k miles will run well into 300k miles under the CCC services.I found this establishment two years ago when I first bought my used ‘01 Camry - and I sincerely never looked back. Now I won’t take my car anywhere else. These guys treat you like family while delivering on a wonderful hard-drive of superior self-service. “Self-service” meaning just that! As a mom & pop shop they shine in all the best ways. The care they take is beyond, and not just with the car but with your respect. The second you walk threw the doors your just instantly part of the family. Dont believe me? Ive been to many mechanics over the years and I always feel like Im getting up-sold on services. But here I feel like I can trust them and I dont feel like they are taking advantage of me, especially when I dont know anything about cars.

Yesterday I took my 2014 Nissan Quest (30,000 miles) for rear brake replacement and transmission oil change. Nissan dealership in Temecula recommended the services. Upon arrival, I was greeted right away and they took my van in for service. An hour later, I received a phone call from the shop and they told me, I did not need the transmission oil changed and only needed the rear brakes changed.This is a very honest business and their prices are excellent. I was also given a military discount and they are very nice to their customers. I will always go to this place for all my car care in the future. I recommend that all current military and veterans to go to this shop for their vehicle services. Superior service and very honest business.

Went to CCC on a recommendation by another local business owner in the area. It was refreshing to walk into a mechanics shop and receive a warm welcome from a family owned business. My daughters vehicle needed the condenser replaced and after calling around to a few shops, this was the shop that could get the work done on short notice and provide me and my family with an honest, price competitive quote. Being a small shop with limited personnel, you need to be patient since the owner and family are extremely attentive to their clients and thorough when explaining recommendations on the vehicles based on the free report card. Recognizing the amount of time we were waiting, the family was quick to offer up some breakfast in the form of toasted cinnamon bread w butter and a cup of orange juice. The service, integrity and value had me in the following weekend with work to be done on another vehicle. With four vehicles in my family, CCC will be my first call for any service related work.

My recent experience with CCC is beyond phenomenal!!! The owner Daryl is one of the most kindest and honest mechanics I have come across in my entire life!!! Their customer service far exceeds any expectation I could have ever dreamed of. I have worked in customer service for years and I have never experienced the level of care and quality of work before that was given to me here. They made sure I knew exactly what was wrong with my car even if I didnt understand Daryl explained it all.
