I called yesterday if they accept preventive maintenance for Fiat 500E 2017 (not sure if it was ever serviced before, cuz I just got the car with 18k miles) and told me that I can just come in the next day, no appointment needed. So I came in this morning at 10am i think and asked them to do all the checkups and everything that is needed for the car and I will just pay. I even bought a gallon of Mopar antifreeze coolant and told the mechanic to use it if my car needs it because the coolant is already below the minimum requirement. I asked about my tire and explained everything to me and he was very helpful and intelligent! I even reported that the menu button is not working but he explained how it works and it isnt really broken. He told me that he works in a dealership in a faraway city. I told him that I dont trust our dealer here in temecula so I found him and tried his service. If i remember, his name is Hoang and his Filipino apprentice.Hoang called me at 3pm informing me that my car is ready and he changed the smelly cabin air filter, and did all the services I requested that he thinks is needed. His apprentice even told me that they did not use the coolant I brought and just refilles everything with what they have and charged me under what is usual whenever I do oil changing service from others! I was even expecting to pay $200 for everything but wow. I love you both!!!! They are so helpful and awesome! They are so humble and they deserve to be known in the city! I will surely comeback, and told my friends who were with me this afternoon to go to them if they need car maintenance or fixes! I even recommended them to my family!!!Thank you Hoang and the Filipino apprentice!!!!

Second time I have gone to Mopar Alternatives for work on my 2017 RAM 2500C diesel. Love this place!!! They really are honest, professional, and perform excellent work. I will continue to bring my truck here for service. I find their pricing to be way better than taking it to the manufacturer/dealership. Great shop! Honest mechanic you can trust (rare find). They installed a new motor in my Jeep when I hydro-locked mine off-roading. He (Hong the owner))even drove to Big Bear to pick me up himself with a trailer and towed my Jeep back home. Unheard-of! All around great guy and ever better mechanic! Finally a mechanic I can trust! I have been striking out lately when it comes to finding a solid mechanic for my 2004 Dodge Ram. I was just about to finally go to a Dodge dealer for a check engine light when I came across Mopar Alternatives. I have them a call and they answered professionally and promptly. Chris was able to give me his opinion on what he thought my problem might be and then when I actually brought the truck in, Hoang was able to tell, immediately, what happened. Since it was my work truck I kind of needed it, but stressed to Hoang that I didnt need it too bad. He assured me that all repairs would be done that day (something I was not used to). Sure enough, an hour before they closed, Hoang called me to tell me that my truck was ready and he also noticed some poor workmanship and parts that the other mechanics had performed and replaced. I couldnt believe the honesty, speed and professionalism that Hoang and Chris displayed for me. Truly a 5 star mechanic and I will definitely be using them again!
