Finally!!! Been looking for a battery hold down for my dads 1953 Plymouth Cranbrook, for forever. This is NOT an easy item to locate.Not only did Atlas have what I was looking for, the woman who answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable and didnt seem at all annoyed over my 9 million questions and concerns I had.The item was competitively priced so that always makes me concerned that the quality of the item is garbage, luckily I couldnt have been more wrong. The item was perfect, great build quality and fit like a gem.Packaging was done well, item was protected and safe, and arrived in the same condition it was sent in.Thank you Atlas for taking the time to care for your clients, and help them restore their dads dream car. I Was Looking For That!I’m glad to add, “Atlas Obsolete Chrysler” to my growing list of dependable suppliers for my hobby. Even though my 68 Mopar is considered a classic, there’s vulnerability with some of the plastic parts used. In this case, the windshield washer fluid tank which was crumbling away. I’ve found new replacement tanks, but not the other components such as the “F” shaped hose fitting. That is, I would have to piece together the other components as well to have all new parts. Who wants to use the old pump on a new tank? Well, now Atlas supplies a complete kit that’s just like the original except for the “Authentic Restoration Product” decals. However, these are placed on the side that will never see the light of day when installed. I like this detail as it gives the licensing info so, no plagiarism here. The fit is genuine as well. My under the hood appearance is much closer to completion.

Ordered and paid by credit card with the guarantee I will have a tracking. Noticed a month later the item was written sent on my account page with no tracking. Sent 3 emails they always answered the item was shipped from the factory, never had any answer then 3 months later they stop answering my emails. scammers­

I just had my items arrive from Atlas. Called first to confirm the stock. I was told that the items were not in stock at that time and I was told the date they expected the items in. Had all of my questions answered and had a follow-up email from them explaining other details. The items were shipped on a timely bases and the items were as advertised. I would and most likely deal with this seller again. My overall experience was as expected.

The girl who answers the phone is knowledgeable and friendly about her job. She was able to answer any questions I had. She went above and beyond to make sure that if she didnt know the answer, shed find out what it was.

Had parts for my 1969 Fury. Melissa was nice and helpful.

Friendly enough. Opening times may vary. I sat for an hour past opening time before anyone showed. Needed a power steering pump. Didnt have one but could rebuild it. Would take about 2 weeks and with the amount of time I waited for someone to show up, Im doubtful my pump would get done in 2 weeks.

I ordered a starter motor, they said they had it in stock. I paid for it up front and they said it would be five days away, they were going to ship it the next day. I waited ten days and called back, they told me there supplier was out of stock. These people are brokers, they have no parts in stock . they are just middlemen. They charge your credit card and sit on the money until you call back and then they tell you they dont have it. They are a waste of time and TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

I received my lenses today 02/172017 they look correct . I ordered them and paid upfront 08/29/2016 . Was told two weeks I waited two weeks called back talked to a gentleman who informed me they were back ordered and it would be two weeks . A couple months go bye I call again was told he called them two weeks again ? So I wait a couple more months . I call a nice lady answers finds my information transfers me to a gentleman (shipping ) who is condescending and informs me he just received them andtells me see it pays to be patient he is short with me . Then tells me they are shipped but in the same breath said he just opens them and they look good ? And gives me the tracking # I let a few hours go bye and check the tracking # and the site informes me the tracking # # isnt in the system . Of course Im concerned I call back to see if I got the # wrong and ask the gentleman to make a new shipping ticket Im told no he wont do that its a waste of his time( he wrote me back and denied this ) So I tell him after all the run around Im concerned at this point he gets real condescending tells me he could just give me my money back . I explain why Im concerned after being told two weeks three times and six months latter still not getting any apologies just attitude .
