I have been a customer of BMW of Temecula for many years and Victoria has served as my service rep. Victoria does a great job as the hub of the wheel that connects me to the service being done. The service department at this dealership has and continues to do an excellent job. They send photos of the problem areas and keep me informed of the time frame and provide loaner cars. They are always friendly, courteous and do a great job.

Somehow in the peak of the global inventory shortage of cars thanks to the semiconductor shortage, I signed for a fresh-off-the-transport-ship 21 X1 last week.I specifically worked with Dave Townsend based on recommendations and his first offer off the bat was better than dealers more local to me. He also went to bat for me with their used car department to get me a great deal on my trade-in, all over email.Overall, it took me longer to drive to Murrieta from LA than it took me to finish up my business at the dealership.

Bought our first vehicle there in 2019. It was a used BMW 3 series. That car has been amazing! It recently needed a huge repair service, over $6000, and we were 1800 miles outside of our warranty. Arick Burkhardt went out of his way to help us get it all sorted out, in a time where money is tight, and for that, we will be customers for all of our future vehicle needs! Arick is the definition of excellent customer service! Hats off to him. 10/10, would definitely recommend buying a vehicle or getting a vehicle serviced with them!
This was my first time getting my new CPO BMW serviced and am so very glad I came to this location. Victoria made the process very quick and easy, and I’m so happy to have had Jamal take care of my car. He provided a detailed video of my inspection and was attentive of all my concerns. He addressed them all and more, and even gave me a call to update me on the status. I wouldn’t want to bring my car to anyone else!

Isaac my sales person was well spoken and knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove. He was patient with my questions and request to drive several vehicles so I felt at ease that I was about to purchase the best vehicle for my needs. He was accommodating and knew I was on a time frame the day I was at the dealership.I was surprised at the wait to see a finance person to complete the transaction, even though Isaac was eagerly trying to get me to my next appointment. Once I was in a finance office the gentleman with I can not remember his name but it was a unique name with a S was not as pleasant or accommodating to me. He seemed more considered with what was happening on his cell phone then my presence. He rushed through the paperwork not describing most of the documents, sign here, initial here, here and here he did not smile once, didnt not try to make me feel at ease about my purchase. In fact he made me feel the opposite, his manner of speaking to me about the vehicle and the way I was purchasing it was making me feel shamed. He said I would never buy a car cash. And the mileage on this vehicle is high and theres no warranty. Are you aware of the depression of the vehicle? The manner in which to promote a extended warranty in a positive explanation was lost with the abrupt tone in his voice of disappointment like I was buying the worse vehicle on the lot. And the foolishness that I would buy a car out right. Of course I purchased the extended warranty out of mostly fear not common sense. I take a lot of pride in the fact that I have worked very hard my adult life to be able to financing purchase things outright when possible and not to be in the 80 percental of Americans that live in debt or above their means. I go about my day stress free knowing I saved for a raining day. I traded in my 2008 VW Golf because it was on its last days and I needed a reliable commuter car I felt good about driving. Yes the new purchase is considered a luxury car but I feel I work hard enough to enjoy it. And yes it was a used vehicle but it was new to me. As I left the finance department office I had full buyers remorse because of the doubt placed in my head from the finance employee. Maybe the finance employee had some personal issues going on that needed more of his attention then me, or maybe it was the end of the day and he was tired, maybe he needs more training on customer service, I am not sure but the next morning I felt better about my purchase with Isaacs follow up call and making sure everything was good and I got home safe. After explaining to Isaac of my experience with the finance person, he apologized and reassured me that even used vehicles from Murrieta BMW go through a vigorous inspection and not to have any doubts about my purchase. I give this review 4 stars because of my sales person Isaac who deserves a 5, but the over all experience was a 3.
My personal interaction with BMW of Murrieta was positive, friendly and professional from the moment I made an appointment. On the appointment day things were done friendly and courteous. I had oil and filter change and brake fluid replaced. I was in and out in about two hours.I just wish the pricing for services on older cars was less expensive. Although BMWS are fine cars, it is one of the makes that does not retain their value. Example; a 2008 750 LI is worth next to nothing but the oil change and brake fluid replacement costs $642.00. Doesnt make sense.

Read everything, ask questions. As per California state law on the purchase of used vehicles below $40,000, you can opt in for a cool down period after purchase in case you change your mind. The dealership will only tell you part of the law to make money.

These past two times I’ve came to BMW Murrieta I’ve had the worst experience ever. You’d think BMW would make sure they offer the best services especially when you’re coming to get your car maintenance. Back in May, I came in for a simple oil change when I returned for my vehicle the rear fender was popped out. How careless of them to not even inspect the car before handing me the keys, lucky I always look at my vehicle for any damages and noticed that issue. I didn’t even leave the parking lot and I had to get them to come out to take a look at my car. On top of this I then had to wait so that they can check cameras however management only has access to the cameras so I left without my car. Honestly I felt just because my BMW was not top of the line or their lates model they treat it as if it was a junk car, but best believe if I were to bring in a 2021 model I’d get the best services from them. My last issue with them is now today I come in for an oil change again, and they want to charge $150 for an oil change. They stated prices went up as of the first but didn’t have anything to proof that it went up. I then had my boyfriend call BMW Riverside and they were going to do the oil change for me for 99.00, still concerned I asked them again if it was the oil change and the again confirmed it was and when I mentioned going to Riverside they decided to “apply” the same discount. It was all very sketchy, this is the last time I ever come to this location. If BMW really cares about their customers they should also take a look in their service department and make sure that those customer are being well taken care to the same standards as a person with a 2021 BMW.
Didnt purchase just yet but 100% coming back to work with Rod. My husband and I had a great time at the dealership, something I have never said before. Rod is very personable which I loved and has an actual love for cars which my husband appreciated.
We dropped by BMW Murrieta without an appointment not really planning on buying a car. We were graciously greeted by Mark Dehnoo. Immediately the rapport was there. He was extremely knowledgeable of the fleet of cars on display and had all answers to our questions. When it came to crunching the numbers, he haggled the best he could for us. There was no going back and forth negotiating for the price.Needless to say, after less than 2 hours, we were proud owners of a new BMW (our first!). **Long Review** Bought my first car in 18 years last week. I ended up at BMW Murrieta looking at one of the used cars they had on lot. I was greeted shortly after heading to the car I was looking at by Rodrigo (Rod). Very friendly. I had already been looking online so I knew which car I was there for so we got started with a test drive right away (after seeing that the car was in condition that matched the pictures). Rod was very knowledgeable and provided an educated test drive, pointing out specific things to notice and pay attention to. We sat down to look at numbers and I was hoping to get a little better deal so I didnt pull the trigger then. I did a little more shopping. I checked out our local Honda dealership (I was looking at a used Honda at BMW). The car there was similar price but actually had more miles so was expecting lower price, unfortunately, after walking around the lot for 15 min with no greeting and having to go inside looking for someone, they showed me the car that was dirty inside (like it drove through a blustery day with the windows down), was missing floor mats (and the salesmans response was that he would just take them from another car and tell the next people they just didnt come with it). Anyways, no luck there. I also checked into one of the online services, SHIFT. While they had some good prices, their $1200 convenience fee and what ended up being half the trade in value that BMW offered I didnt go with them either. Rod followed up with me the next day (as any good salesman should) but was very casual and no pressure. All that too say, I ended up back with him and we finished our deal. I got a fair price, A clean car and an overall great experience! Bonus, I got to drool over the M8 in the showroom while we did paperwork.
No pushy dealer behavior. Just performed the oil & filter change, as requested and quite quickly while I waited.
Once again BMW of Murrieta has gone above and beyond expectations of customer service! I would like to personally thank Samantha for her attention to my vehicle needs and keeping me informed throughout the whole process.

I just purchased my 530i with you. On my first road trip to Las Vegas I notice a vibration coming from the back tire at about 90mph. When I came back I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. That’s when I met Victoria. She was helpful asked a lot of questions to understand my concern. After a day Victoria called and told me that my “wheel was bent” surprised by that, because I only had the car for leas that a week or so. I told her that I did not cause any damage to the car. Victoria with out question took care of it!!! Her follow up during the wait time to keep me in the loop was outstanding!Being in sales my myself, customer service and follow ups are VERY important to me.My experience with you dealership has been outstanding!Again, I really appreciate Victoria and I WILL be asking for her personally IF I have future needs.Cheers!
I picked up a custom built 2021 X3 M40i (Black Sapphire, black interiors) from Dave Townsend at BMW Murrieta on Jun 12.I cannot stress enough about how seamless Dave made the entire leasing process appear. He was super prompt in responding to the millions of questions I had around available inventory, the X3M vs X3 M40i, necessity for a custom build, the actual build process and timelines, turning in my old lease etc and he even made sure that I could pick the car up a week in advance than what we had originally thought would be the earliest possible pick-up date.I drove down from the Bay Area to Murrieta, completed all formalities within 1.5 hours of arriving, and was on my way back the very same day. I have not had such a good leasing experience in the past to be honest (the time I picked up my previous lease from a dealership in the Bay Area was harrowing and I had to ensure I wasn’t getting duped at every single step), so having Dave on my side during the car buying/leasing experience was very refreshing. Trust me when I say this because I interacted with over 20 dealerships on the West Coast before I picked up my previous lease.Dave is honest, gives you grounded advice and is more like the friend who’s an expert on the process rather than a salesperson. I had a very good experience at this dealership in general and it truly felt like everyone here genuinely cared for the customer, something I have simply not seen at the Bay Area dealerships. I look forward to picking up my subsequent cars also from here. Great work BMW Murrieta!

Terrible service from the service departmentOn 06/17/21 I brought my 2018 340i in for a coolant issueI was helped by Chad L. and the tech was Jimmy V.They diagnosed the problem and the Solution for the coolant problem was to replace the Intake Manifold. They told me it was covered under warranty and they went ahead and replaced it.After a few delays and a week in the shop and me with no vehicle. They only provide a ride to and from the shop. No courtesy vehicles i finally go pick up my car.Few weeks and 1k miles go by and I noticed a boost leak sound while accelerating and my service engine warning came on putting the car in limp mode.I called Made an appointment on 7/8/2021 with Chad again (in my mind i thought the timing of this issue being weird and having some understanding of the car I had a hunch that it may be related to the Intake Manifold repair.)I took it in on my appointed date 7/13/2021. the car was given to a different tech this time Adrian R.They found the Intake Charge Air Induction Tract (commonly referred to as the Charge Pipe) was completely loose from the Throttle body only held on by one hand tight screw (it requires 3 to be secure and much more than hand tight). and one the screws was the wrong one and crossthreadedThey informed me that the car is not actually under warranty and that it was going to be $1400 to replace the throttle body/gasket and screws.Heres the kicker.... In order to replace the Intake Manifold that was replaced just a few weeks ago the Throttle body and charge pipe had to be removed.that means the person who last re-assembled all these components was Tech Jimmy V.Chad L. proved he had no idea what was going on but did ask for someone else to review the issue and do a secondary check. I waited a few hours and called back and Chad again just reiterated that the car is not under warranty and that Id have to pay to have the problem fixed. I again explained that THEY were the last ones to touch those parts and it wasnt put back together correctly. And he just ignored me..The service department appears to be full of Inept people incapable of taking responsibility or even acknowledged that this is not a new issue this is an issue stemming from a shoddy repair that they performed.I bought a gasket and screws from the parts department they same day for $20 and put it back together in 15min proving that theres no real issue they just dont want to accept that Jimmy V. forgot to tighten down the 3 screws before they handed over my car.Moral of the story. the service department is capable of making mistakes but incapable of correcting them
One of the easiest and most pleasant experiences at a dealer. We called mid morning to see if they still had the vehicle available and Aaryn promptly checked. We asked for detailed specifics of the vehicles and conditions before we made the 70 mile drive, and he was so accommodating and transparent, he even sent us a video and great pics. BMW Murrieta far exceeded my expectations this last New Years Eve.I received a call from Eric Nelson to remind me that my lease was coming up (my previous BMW was leased here). I generally take my car into service at a different dealership but Erics friendliness and transparency on the phone convinced me to consider some cars on their lot.After a few back and forth phone calls on pricing / vehicle options we agreed on a brand new M550i lease that fit my needs (mind you I still hadnt seen the vehicle in person or even seen Eric). I was then asked to fill out a credit app online - generally a red flag for me. I was reassured and sent a final term sheet with approved pricing so I sent in the request.I showed up to the dealership at around 9:30 pm on NYE and was greeted to a beautiful new dealership and my new car sitting clean and right out front. When I got inside and met with Eric, all of the docs had been auto-filled out and there were NO changes from what was originally approved. On top of that, I sat down with Finance & was not harassed / guilted into purchasing any packages that I didnt really want (I always appreciate this). Also should add that the dealership was 100% COVID compliant with mask wearing & barriers throughout the building.After 30 mins or so Eric brought me the keys to my car, installed my new license plates, and gave me a thorough rundown of the features. After that, I was on my way home to celebrate the New Year with my family.All in all - a very painless & professional experience. Will definitely come back here for my future BMW needs and recommend this to anyone else whos looking for a good deal as well as a great new car! Thanks Eric!
Victoria is the absolute best thing at the service department. I called her with a last minute issue my M4 was having and she got me in the next morning with a rush on the service. I service all my BMW cars at this location. I also purchased my i8 recently only because of her stepping in and speaking with the sales manager and getting the ball rolling. She has made me a believer in them caring not only about my cars but me as a person not a number. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone looking for excellent service and client relations. 5star all the way!UPDATE: 06/30/2021: Thomas in the finance and sales was amazing ! He helped me trade in my jaguar I pace I absolutely hated, gave me top dollar and bought 2021X4M and then the next day bought a Lexus lc500 very professional group and best in class! Just picked up my new 2021 BMW X3 m40i yesterday. I worked with Eric Nelson via Internet sales when searching for a good deal for the customization I wanted for this car. He got me a great deal (better than the other dealerships in San Diego) and got me a brand new X3 built straight from the factory tailored exactly the way I wanted it. Eric was helpful and answered all of my pestering text message questions over the build and waiting period. Waiting for the car to get built and shipped definitely tested my patience, but once it arrived it was a beautiful brand new build! The process working with these guys was super easy.Once it had arrived and it was time to pick up the car the experience was fantastic. I arrived and Eric showed me the car waiting in the parking lot freshly detailed. I signed a little bit of paperwork, and then worked with Renae from finance who was also great. There was no pushy sales tactics used at any point on me which is new for me, usually the dealership is always trying to push you to spend some more money! The process was also very quick.After getting the paperwork in order Eric took me out to the car to give me a tour and another employee Charles Ntekim was also super helpful with getting my Apple CarPlay setup and giving me a quick tour of the car features and iDrive menus. Got to get a good drive home and really experience some of the really nice features like lane assist, adaptive cruise control, heads up display, and the beautiful Live Professional cockpit instrument cluster.10/10 would definitely recommend everyone to use this dealership for a no nonsense and comfortable purchase process

Went to the dealership for the first time to order parts for my 525i and the service was outstanding! When I went back I got to meet Boris Said the owner of the dealership, AND a famous race car driver! He was very personable and down to Earth, and I thought it was so cool listening to him talk about some of his experiences driving in famous races that I dreamed of driving in myself. What a cool guy! And many thanks to the helpful sales people that introduced me to him!

She would contact me to let me know the status of my vehicle and would inform me of anything new that happened. If I would miss a call, I would call back and she would answer immediately. I was helped out by Dave Townsend and it was honestly THE most pleasant experience I had with any dealership. I was out of state when I wanted a 2021 BMW 530i, so everything was done online. He honestly couldnt have made it any easier because it was that simple.By the time I got back and went to their dealership, it was pretty much drive and go for me. I spent a grand total of 10 min at the dealer. No hassle, no wasting my time; 10/10 would definitely recommend this dealer (and Dave!) to anyone.

The closing time on here is wrong. And they blindside you with repair cost. I feel like I was tricked into repair cost.
Could not give less than 1 star.Last year this dealer tried to cheat me out of approximately 1500 dollars in unnecessary repairs.A nonexistent oil leak and break jobs that were also not even close to being necessary.I mailed BMW copies of all paper work provided me showing that none of the work to be done was required this was provided by a different service company that inspected the car for me free of charge..By no longer doing business with this alleged 5 star outfit I gave up four prepaid oil changes worth a few hundred dollars.More than worth it for the piece of mind of NEVER doing business with BMW OF MURRIETA.I posted on YELP at the time but today discovered that they are 4.5 stars on GOOGLE.Cou,d not believe it!!!! These guys are not 4 star anything.YELP shows their service center at 3 stars which is much to generous if you ask me.Have asked them to remove me from their mailing list and to stop calling me at home concerning service and buying a new car from them.The only positive thing I can say about this dealer ship is that they sold my current car at a fair price and gave high blue book for my trade in.Word to the wise, HAVE YOUR SERVICE DONE ELSEWHERE!!!!!

My cousin Paul has bought many cars from this dealership and referred me there because of their 5 star customer service.I was treated like I purchased cars from them before and this was my first time there. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the product and answer every question I had with the answer and a demonstration on how it works. I would refer Aaron and this dealership to all my friends and family. When my lease is up I will be buying my next BMW from BMW of Murrieta.

My husband and I were greeted by Chad when we started looking around the parking lot at cars. He was super friendly and not pushy at all. I liked the fact that he stayed back while we looked at everything but also was there to answer any questions we had. It was supposed to be a window shopping.... 🤦🏾♀️...just to see what’s new out in the market ...... mind you we were already upset with how we got treated by Mercedes Benz dealership just down the street ..... but with BMW it was a deferent type of experience...... “Skip” was our person ...... made the experience beyond our expectation..... it was educational/ informative/ and very respectful for our family and I ....... it was more of an advice than a sale pitch....everything we need to know about BMW and beyond . You can tell he knows what he was talking about .Everyone was friendly with a smile ..... let’s just say at the end of the day we walked out not with one but two brand new 2021 BMW .... X4 & 5 ..... thank you 😊 we already love love both our cars .....thank you all !
BMW Murrieta is great! We weren’t planning on buying a car when we dropped my car off for service, but the prices and inventory sold us. The sales team was friendly and easy going, not pushy at all. Aaryn took care of us the whole way through and provided excellent service! The rest of the team was also fantastic!!!
Dave Townsend took care of my wife and I last week and we could not be happier with the entire process. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner (and I mean ALL of them... I had a ton), he was patient throughout the entire process, and he helped us land an aggressive deal. I highly recommend working with Dave. We worked the deal out via email/text and all I had to do was go to the dealership to sign documents and drive the car home - this was my best and quickest car leasing experience I have had so far. They do not care about you once you buy a car and drive off the property. I came in for an oil change and I received the worst service of my life. They didn’t even bother to inspect my car or properly care for it. Would not recommend coming here, do nothing rely on them.

I had another great experience at BMW of Murrieta while leasing a new X5. I have to recognize Jolene Guzman for her exceptional service and follow through while we worked together. I am in sales myself and I am not easily impressed. She helped me 16 months ago with leasing an X3 and it was a great experience. I came back to her again and it was a great experience all over. If you are in the market for a BMW, I recommend asking for her and working with her. Keep up the great work!

From service to pricing to quality and total ease of the whole process, This place has it all. The staff is very professional and helpful in tending to personal needs, not pushy like other dealerships. Quickest and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.
