This dealership is amazing & their service department is just as good!! Very kind staff and they always do a great job! I know Im in good hands anytime I need something done with my vehicle!

Wow what service. Youre met at door if you arrive at your desinated time and if not, no worries. Everyone is treated with respect and every last detail is explained. They have assorted brew coffee you pick and donuts, waiting area, they check back see if you comfortable or need another drink. Come get you when your car is ready. Nothing over loud speaker. Clean bathrooms and family bathrooms. Water fountain spotless. Whole place was shiny including their deals on cars. We thought while we sat waiting. Are they giving some for free, jokingly. Family oriented place and very accommodating. Thank you for the experience.

Dont like dealers who mark up car prices

I brought my Jetta in for service on a Wednesday. I did not have an appointment. They got me in, set me up with a rental car, and went to work. Because of my schedule I was not able to come pick it up until Friday morning. They had no problem at all with this. The problem was taken care of and everything is working perfectly Saturday the daytime running light went out again. I cruised through the dealership to see if they were open, the repair department. They were! I brought it in. Talk with a service advisor. We set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. Theyre going to have to tear the entire front end of the car part. He told me not to worry about anything everything would be done in about 5 hours. Hes never lied to me so Im betting itll only take that amount of time. The bottom line they will do whatever it takes to fix the problem. Because they supposedly already did fix it theyre not charging me a cent. I have nothing but good to say about Volkswagen, theyre dealers, and the people who work there. This is one bunch of people you can actually trust.

Me and my friend went for a simple question on why her tire light keeps coming on and we waited 30 minutes with no service, yet employees were CONSTANTLY walking around and not a single one even greeted us. When we finally got helped they had some kid I assume was new (who didnt have a name tag) drive her car down to the area where they look at and fix them and as he was driving HE RAN OVER A WHOLE TIRE THAT WAS JUST LAYING ON THE GROUND. Not to mention during the periods of time he was driving the car, he was driving with the emergency brake on. At least they turned off the light for free this time.

Great service with a Smile

It was horrible. They cared more about comission money for themselves then helping the customer get the car they want at a fair price. Plus no gap or warranty on the vehicles.
