I was just refused service by Murrieta Walmart lube for tires and oil even tho they never asked why I was there! I have a screw in my tire. A simple fix for a woman who drives 80miles a day for work!!! Her explanation was we are short staffed and people called in sick! I went there specifically because Google states they are open to 7pm. I went well out of my way to do so. This is very disappointing service! The staff are present and lanes are open in my pictures and they are clearly open and helping other customers. Terrible service!

Never again. I come here because its cheap. I have no problem with them prioritizing others with appointments. Just dont tell me youre going to have my car done in 2 hours if I come back 2 hours later and it hasnt even been started. Id rather pay much more if Im going to be in and out. Will not be coming back and I know that one single customer doesnt make that much of a difference to this giant company, but I wont be coming back and thats enough for me. Never again.

Well the wife n I stopped buy to get air in a leaking tire, and checked on a new set.. we where suprising amazed on the tire prices. So we bought a new set of tires!! A set of Goodyear tires, with a 60,000 miles warranty. ! The staff was friendly and helpful. and the car drives 🚗 so much better now, so if you need a new set for your car. Check them out ...

Waited for 40 minutes to find out they cant do oil change because filter is not in stock! Waste of time. Yeah they are cheap but you have to wait too long in my opinion. They can probably do this with their hand held PDAs.

Under staffed appointment at 8:00 didnt talk to someone until 8:35. Friendly but seems like they had an o- well attitude. 11:00 now still havent gotten a call to pick up vehicle.

We waited for a half hour and no one came to help us. I went inside to ask and was told to wait in the car and help us.

When in for an oil change. Friendly associates and fast service.

Very bad service Im waiting 4 hours no one touch me car

First off, on 6/29/2019 about 5:00 p.m. I called prior to coming to the store. An associate answered and I said Id like to purchase four tires. There was a pause, she said okay and another pause. I was waiting for an advise but none was inputted to me so i ask Ah, can you advise me? She replied Well, if you get here before 6:30 p.m. we will try to get you in. so off I went.Arrived at the auto department and waited, my son wanted to go back to the car but the waiting room door is locked, an associate came in and my son ask if she can open the door. She said NO (No smiles just a straight face, so my son replied So Okay, i guess i will have to open it myself. The associate gave him the long straight stair and open the door. She kept staring at him long after he was out. So, i stepped in and I ask her Whats wrong with you? I just want to buy four tires she gave me straight stared. Then she said, (with a body language attitude) Do you know what size of tires you need? Another customer nosy in and said to me she was just joking. ( Now I felt being singled out because both seems they are together on this matter, and you can tell she is going along with him. ) OK its a joke, Ha Ha Ha, First of all, I had no idea she was joking, she did not say that she was joking. Second, she does not look like she was joking ( I am not a mind reader) from her body movement and expression on her face, third, she is a customer service associate and shouldnt be joking with potential buying customer who may not have the same sense of humor. She then said What size of tires you need? I looked at both customer and the Walmart associate and replied I will take my business elsewhere.I went a ways to get there and was not treated like a customer.I went ahead and talked to a manager about the matter, but I want to let everyone know my experience with Walmart customer service associate starting from the phone to in person.I didnt want to put a star but I have to in order to POST.

The prices and products are GREAT. Totally worth it. The wait time can be a little long but, I dont care. It is worth it if you are looking to save some cash.

Excellent service, even better price! The Service Manager (name?) is so dedicated!! She went out of her way to get the job done (did it herself!).No bells and whistles like at dealerships, but do I really need them?

The auto service center always does a great job. I had to wait almost 4 hours for a oil change and thats because the Waltons have decided employees only need 18 hours a week and the customer can shop until they literally drop.for 3 to 4 hours while they wait. Waltons please allow your employees to work at least 40 hours a week. They would appreciate it greatly and l as a customer would be happy.

Came in here for some new tires today and honestly I can say the rating you guys gave suits you well. All the other used tire places can do 4 in under half the time it takes you guys to do them, honestly. Next time you take something out of my trunk to take off the wheels, PUT IT BACK WHERE YOU FOUND IT. Not to mention at the cost of spending hundreds you could at least WIPE my wheels clean. Please take your jobs more seriously. And just saying it would be nice to at least offer a discount for students or something but thats up to you.

3 hour wait for changing tires??? They told me it would be 1 hr. Never coming back to this place. Unbelievable!Not worth 1 star

Generally my experiences with Walmart tire have been positive and my only complaint is that they promise 30 minutes and take two hours. On this particular visit I was told that my tire was in stock and to come over before 7 PM, however when I arrived I was told they are closing and to come back another day . I understand that mounting tires is difficult work, but when you make a promise to a customer you should do your best to follow through.

Went in on a Saturday morning at 7:15 for an oil change. I had four customers ahead of me and do not know what kind of service they received, but my car was finished at 8:15. I feel the oil change was done in an acceptable time.

They told me an hour wait, it was over two hours because they had a trainee doing the oil change. There were 3 cars in the other lane of people waiting for an oil change and ALL of them were done before my little Mazda 3 was finally finished. And that was just while I was standing there watching. Dont think Ill be going back to that particular shop.

Do not come to the auto center at this walmart. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I came and dropped off my jeep to get a oil change and have my tires rotated. Two hours later my jeep still wasnt done so I asked the lady at the desk and she said that on the note they stated they were not able to change my oil because they couldnt reach my filter (i have had my oil changed here multiple times). No one bothered to call me and let me know so I was waiting all this time for nothing. And on top of that they started also they could not rotate my tires because my tread was to low. My tread is not low. Customer service is awful and I have been waiting to talk to the manager for 15 mins now.

We have gotten tires put on here a few times and its been great.

Showed up at 745am (15 mins before they opened) and they open their garage doors until 815am. Very unprofessional, if your hours say you open at 8AM THEN YOU OPEN AT 8 AM SHARP, they weren’t even ready when they opened up, they still had to set up everything which took then another 5 mins. These guys do not take their jobs seriously

I wouldnt recommend coming here if you have any plans to do anything for the rest of the day. Brought in two vehicles for oil change(arrived at 8:40am) The first one took two and a half hours and when I told them I didnt want to wait for the second car they wouldnt give me the keys and said it would only be 15 minutes.. its been 30 minutes now and my car is still not finished. (Its now 11:40am) FML and walmart...

Came in at 5:15 pm for oil change. Only one car ahead of me. After one hour of waiting, it is still not my turn yet.There is only one person working on oil change and the speed is extremely slow..
