Joe did a fantastic job! Most people wait in their car for the oil change portion. However, he walked me to the air conditioned waiting room because of the high heat temperature outside, just shy of 100 degrees. He suggested a new air filter, and then came back to the waiting room to personally show me the new, clean air filter. This was my first time here, so I don’t know if the whole business is this professional and kind or if it is just Joe. Regardless, I will be back!

I had a situation with a plug for my radiator, Kevin the service manager could not have been any kinder! He displayed exceptional professionalism, and was very well educated to help. The shop was extremely clean, and my service was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place. I have been here 10 to 15 times now. Staff is always friendly and service is always quick. Even when theyre busy they manage to get everyone through in a reasonable amount of time. In addition to the oil change they do check your air filters, windshield wipers, all fluids, tires, lights, etc. Overall a great place to get an oil change and a quick once over.

I have not used this place but my sister Louise has nothing but good to say about them. Very nice people, she has never felt pressured to buy anything and give good referrals if they cant fix it. She has had her car for 15 years and has used them for 5 years. It is hard to find a good mechanic to service your car.

This people are great at customer service and being punctual about your time and money. They havent steered me wrong and are open and honest about what repairs needs to be done and what could wait. The longest I had to wait for a repair was 2 days because of a cracked condenser for my A/C unit and most of that was waiting for the part to ship (which was 1 day). All in all great place and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great place to get oil changed quickly and courteously. No extra selling of products, no pressure to include other services if not wanted. Only 4 stars mainly because of its location, when very busy, youre almost sticking out on the main road so best to go when its a little slower. Great service, will come again!

Paid $82 for a full service oil change. Service tech looked at my tires and said they look good. Next day I get low air warning. I check my tire pressure and they were 30psi all around and supposed to be 44psi. Paper says I approved wipers but was never asked about them. Tech new how to reset my oil change timer but didnt know which level so he suggested I reset all timers. Not thinking I did, but what other timers did I reset that are factory. Tech wasnt rude but still feel I got short serviced. Wont be going back.

I have been going to Express Oil Change for a few years now and they are always great! During todays service, Marco, explained everything very well and gave me estimates of things that needed replacing and he was great at explaining why. He didnt push to have anything done, only recommended. He was very polite and courteous. I had a oil change, my transmission fluid replaced, and a cabin filter also replaced. Fair deal on the price, and Marco gave me a 15% discount! I recommend that everyone come to Express Oil Change!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Im an anxious person so going to get an oil change, especially as someone with very little knowledge about cars, is intimidating, but they always make you feel so welcome and keep you up to date on everything going on with your vehicle. THEY PULLED MY CAR AROUND BACK AND METICULOUSLY WENT THROUGH MY HHR HANDBOOK AND SAW THAT SINCE I HAD MY CAR JUMPED THIS MORNING IT COULDVE BLOWN A FUSE ON MY ELECTRIC POWER STEERING MOTOR.THEY MANAGED TO GET ME BACK ON THE ROAD AND HOME SAFELY.THANK YALL SO MUCH !

Ok where do I begin! I have never had such an amazing experience getting my oil changed in my life of driving. This place is such a well ran operation and the service seemed to just flow. Everyone greeted me whether they were working on my car or not and the guy who provided me service was well educated about all things cars and made sure I understood what he was preforming. I was on a road trip and just stopping through my home town and I am pleased that I did. I did not know that I was missing out on a full service experience at other places and for such a great price. I highly highly recommend this place if you want yourself and your car to be treated right.

The people there were very nice. Sean did an excellent job explaining what needed replaced and why. They were very helpful and professional. I appreciated the quickness of their work. Even though it says 10 minute oil change on the outside of the building I waited from 11:19am until 12:24pm behind 2 vehicles before I was even in the bay. No apologies given for the wait. No smiles. Assistant Manager also offered no remedy to not finding our company in the system as having a preferred status. Must be a Monday.

Just left this place and will be coming back from now on! Only took about 20 or so mins total with wait time and service time for an oil change. Everyone was very friendly and informed me when I would be next while I waited. I feel like normally when I go to get service done at other places I’m treated differently or weird being a female lol. But everyone was super respectful. Also paid way less than I would’ve somewhere else. 10/10 would recommend!

I went there to do oil change multiple time for my old car and every time their service is top level. This time I went for oil change on my new car which I drove very less last year so they said I don’t need to do oil change now I am good few more thousand miles which prove how honest they are, they also fill windshield washer and coolant without any charge. Ive been going here for a few years now and Im always satisfied whenever I leave. You go in and out in about 10 minutes. They do the work effectively and efficiently. They are professional and friendly to talk to. They give you a summary of the work theyve done and make sure you are satisfied before you leave.

Also, checked my tires telling me I needed new one, gave me a quote even though they were pretty busy he was so calm! I love this place! I have two little kids and a quick oil change has become a must for us these days. The professionalism and attention to detail makes me feel very safe using them to change my oil. No high pressure up selling. They are very helpful! I was especially thankful today when I pulled up 3 minutes before they closed and the assistant manager Joe welcomed me in. I was ready to go home because I was so close to closing time, but he was awesome to take such great care of us. We are heading out for vacation, so this mama was so happy to get our changed and be ready to hit the road! They go above and beyond and do it quickly! We have been in to see these guys several times. I started using them to get oil changes. They were fast and accurate. Then I decided to go ahead and have them look at my battery. I seemed to be losing charge. They were able to fix that quickly and inexpensively... So, I started using them for everything. Every time I have had an amazing customer service experience and every time they were able to provide me with secure service.

Ive used these folks now three times, and every time every single worker is in a great mood, nice, pleasant, etc. Not sure how they manage that, but its awesome. Kudos, keep up the great work

I had the best experience. This particular location was suggested to me while I was getting my tires rotated earlier this morning. I was told the customer service was superb!! They couldn’t have been more correct!! Francisco’s team was very friendly and well educated with my “all synthetic oil change” I requested!! I had a very pleasurable experience and I suggest you try them and enjoy the experience also!! They didn’t over sell. I am new to Rutherford Co and looked up the closest and called to get a price for a oil change. The gentleman quoted me $56. I am aware that it covers 5 quarts and I know I have to pay for an additional quart but how does the price go up $22 for 1 extra quart of oil. The manager stated that he should have said it starts out at $56 and that my quote was not a quote.On their walls it states Honesty and Integrity but they missed the mark on that. As a 1st time customers, new resident to Rutherford Co. I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS FACILITY.

I will not go anywhere else for my cars oil and maintenance. I have been using Express Oil Change in Murfreesboro for 6 years and am ALWAYS pleased with the service I receive. I started out at the S. Church St. Location but moved to the Old Fort location because I moved. The guys at both locations are great. They dont push services on you like some places but they do keep you informed on service your vehicle may need by your next oil change.

Our first time using this Express Oil because were new to the area but we had been using one in Georgia so I figured lets stick to a good thing and Im glad we did. They did an awesome job and even tried to help me replace a headlight bulb that we know now is going to take a lot my time and money to do but thats ok. Ill be sure to take it to them to get fixed in their shop behind the quick oil spot.

Definitely the best oil change experience Ive ever had. The employees are very professional and nice, nor do they try to swindle you into purchasing things you dont need. I went there because I had a leak in my tire and thought I needed a new one. The guy told me that the damage was repairable and that my tire did not need to be replaced. Other places would have tried to sell me a new tire, even though I didnt need it. Furthermore, I went there because I had an issue with my AC. I thought it would be like every other mechanic, where they tell you its going to be some expensive repair, but they were honest and told me it was a simple issue with my cars computer programming. They fixed my AC and only charged me a minor fee for running the diagnostic. Also, these guys have never once tried to tell me I need to replace my filter and spark plugs. The same cannot be said about other places, which seem to tell me that every time I get my oil changed... When the day comes that these guys actually do recommend that to me, Ill actually do it, because they have earned my trust. I would highly recommend this place.

Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion, ended up just being spark plugs. He took the time, ran the tests and now my check engine light is off for the first time in almost a year!!!

Very good experience, these guys are very polite and pretty good at what they do. On top of the fact that I paid 52$ and had a 5$ coupon and they check your other fluids and top them off and inspect belts and hoses and filter. I will be letting them do it for me since it only took them 15 minutes. And I will tip them the 5$ I save every time from the coupon.

This is the first time I have visited. They were so nice and understanding as well as very quick. They also are honest as I left my debt card there by accident. I was called less than 2 minutes after I left to inform me that I left my card. The man that returned my card to me was extremely kind and gave me some encouragement after noticing my bad day. We are definitely new customers.

Very impressed. I have a usual place or guy but Express knocked it out of the park. My usual place has like 2 guys working in a closed garage and the manager tells you 99% of the time, well get you in about 45 minutes. Then tack on an extra 20 or so while other people who came in after you are getting their car? I pull up and answer a few questions about wanting just 2 basic services and I pull right in. I loved the fact Im in the car the whole time getting to see what is going on. Not sitting in some lobby wondering what is taking so long for a 10 minute oil change. A guy in the floor under my car is calling out numbers and the guy at the hood is filling me up with oil and fluids. The whole process from pulling in to rolling out could not have been more than 25 minutes. The guy even showed me the fluid markings and wanted to know if I was ok with what I saw. Getting to see what is going on and the speed will get me back for future work. Many times I have driven by to see a handful of cars waiting and now I have no idea why Ive never heard of these guys. The previous day I called and the guy on the phone gave me a recommendation of a much simpler job and not some up sell. He even said the more expensive job may even causes me problems in the future and all I really needed was a simple drain and fill. Like I said, they knocked it out of the park.

Worst oil change of my life. They checked my battery and forgot tell me to start up car when checking lights... fast forward to the next time I stopped my battery died and had to pay for someone to come jump start me ten minutes after my receipt told me they check battery. I called and they were like oh well and since i am a nurse I couldn’t stop to argue. I’ve never sent a negative review in my life but I strongly recommend to avoid this place at all costs: In my profession this is called false charting and that’s what they did. And cost me 60 bucks plus new battery cost

I got my serpentine belt changed. I got to the end of the parking lot, turned my air on, & my car started a loud screech like I’d never heard. I pulled into the next driveway. The mechanic came running out from the shop to the lot where I was. He installed it improperly & “fixed it” in the lot. I later called & requested a refund- which I was given. I took it to Nissan the next morning. It was STILL on wrong. I had to pay Nissan $135 in labor to fix/properly install it.

This is the best quick-service station in Murfreesboro. I’ve been coming here for nearly a decade with all my vehicles. Joe and his team are always friendly, honest and efficient. If you need any type of quick service maintenance for your vehicle(s) in a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere, Express Oil Change is where you need to go. Need to save some cash? Tuesday is $5-off day.

Super friendly and honest. Line was very long but they still had the shortest wait. My oil change only took 20min total and the wait was only 30min. Granted this was December 23rd which was an extremely busy day most of the places i went to before had fewer cars and were on a 3 hour wait. I would highly recommend this place.

Great, quick experience! They go over all the fluid levels and check tire and air filters for wear and tear. Great place to go if you need a quick oil change. Have not experienced other services there.

I have a Volvo and they’re notorious for electrical issues. For me, that’s only shown up as blown head/tail lights almost every 2 months. It’s not an easy task to change because panels have to be unscrewed and removed but the guys at Express Oil Change on Old Fort always get me right in!! They spend a good 15-20 minutes working on it and they only ever charge me for the bulb. They’re genuine people and it seems like they’re always having a good time at work. Highly recommend them!!!

Took our car for an oil change yesterday morning. It was my first time, and Mike was so extremely helpful. He was easy-going, efficient and friendly.
