Stopped by for an emergency weld repair and they even agreed to change the oil while they had it up on their big lift! They came outside to me to get my info since I also had my two puppies with mePolite and considerate, showed me the weld job tooMy puppies and I got on the road again quickly and safely thanks to these guys!

First time using this shop. I came in for a tire repair. Had an amazing experience. Very good customer service. Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I really appreciated her effort and attention. Kiaran was also very polite and went above and beyond. My advice - ask for the estimate printed to see every detail of all charges! I have been cheated out of coupons not being properly applied on 2 vehicles that needed 4 tires replaced that were done at separate times. Rather than honoring the coupon sale being advertised, they redirected my attention to tire pricing for only what they had in stock rather than offering what could be ordered and return to fix later since it couldnt meet my budget. I came back to complain after being handed my receipt at the end and they refused to do anything claiming they offered me free tire warranty instead. I ended up driving away and finding I needed an alignment done that Midas never recommended?!?! Although the workers are professional and no complaints with the work itself, I wont bother returning to someplace that rips people off or finds a way to make the money back in coupons being offered by messing around on the invoicing.

This location is welcoming, attentive, and professional. You will be greeted with a smile and treated respectfully. The managers name is Angel and her name couldnt be more fitting. They inform you in a supportive, not forceful or pushy, way of what your vehicles needs are. They explain why every recommended service is needed per your manufacturers maintenance guidelines. You will indeed have no doubt that you have been included in your vehicles repair process. Not that you were sitting helplessly on the sidelines waiting for the blow of the bill.

Great nee management at this location. I had some squeaking in the breaks and was worried about it being expensive. Ended up only needing break dust build up cleaned off at a reasonable cost. I am very pleased and I will return for future car needs.

I have used Midas in Littleton CO for years and have spent several thousands of dollars on our Tahoe, Tundra, and Lexus LS 430 at that location. Yesterday I contacted this local Murfreesboro location in order to schedule an oil change and tire rotation of a set of Cooper tires on my 2001 Tundra - I noted to the person that answered the phone (I will withhold his name here) that the tires were also purchased at the Littleton CO Midas, along with struts/shocks/lower control arm, ball joint work, new battery, spark plugs/tune up and all other maintenance that last 2 + years. I also asked said employee who answered the phone whether they were priced comparably with the Midas in Littleton CO and he said yes, however that the main difference with their shop was that they did not have any Master Certified Techs (which I asked him to verify) as did the store in Littleton CO. So with this, I went down today to complete an oil change with Valvoline high mileage oil...Long story, a bit shorter I hope - their pricing came in at $75.48 + taxes, while the Midas store in Littleton CO confirmed the same service was only $44.99 + taxes. As a matter of fact, the local Murfreesboro Big O (which is closer to my house) was also about $17 less than this Midas location, and LexPro across the street that specializes in Toyota/Lexus is ~ $27 less for the same noted oil change service. I did state to the same person that checked me out, that the invoice was very high and unexpected (and received no reply as to why or offer of a coupon), but regardless paid and left with no intention to ever use this Midas store, and perhaps Midas again at all. I also just completed a call into Midas Corporate, however I do not hold out much hope that anything will be done about this.The saving grace was that the lead technician was very knowledgeable about when to rotate tires and proper tire maintenance on my Tundra, and offered good information, and the young tech that completed the work was courteous as well...its a shame that the owner of this location may be practicing in price gouging on his local clients.Just fair warning, if you ask this location if they are comparable in pricing with other Midas stores, make sure to get a quote for the work/service BEFORE going in to get the service done.Update as of August 30th 2021 - I followed the instructions of the owner in the response below my online review and completed a submission the very next day after the owners advise...and STILL HAVE NO WORD FROM MIDAS CORPORATE. Just so people understand the lack of customer care culture here.

I had an appointment set for a simple oil change on 2/11 at 2:00. Instead of calling me to tell me they needed to reschedule, I got there and was told they couldn’t get to me. She rescheduled me for 2/12 at 1:00. There was only one car before mine, but they didn’t start on my car until 2:00, and I didn’t leave until 3:15.People have jobs!!! It took me 2 days and over 3 total hours to get an oil change that should take no more than 30 min, especially when I had an appointment.

My car broke down and they took it in and got repaired even with a short handed staff!! The sales rep was very friendly and helpful her suggestion even ended up saving me a ton of money and time as, it turned out that the part she suggested be replaced was faulty although it looked fine initially. She even bought lunch!! They are honest and fair will not sell you something that you dont need Highly recommend.

I went in for an oil change and rear brake service. Was given an estimate between $600-700. Dropped off my van yesterday morning. It stayed there over night when Angel was telling me they were working on what I signed for (oil change, air filter, replace rear brake cylinders). I was told I will get a call first thing in the morning, and didnt get one. I called 2 hours after Midas opened and I was told the new estimate will be $4000 to completely replace rear and front brakes, fuel pump module, exhaust leak under the cab, fuel pump module, and an oil change with air filter. Midas also said the exhaust leak under my cab that could literally kill me overnight if I leave it run overnight (I live out the van). I come back this morning to see my van up on a lift which I assume was there since yesterday morning over 24 hours ago. And I am told that no work at all has been done on it when I signed and gave permission to do the oil change, air filter, and rear brake cylinders. I didnt realise Midas will hold a vehicle on a lift for over 24hrs, actively take it apart to tell me everything, and not even touch it... After having those crooks print out my new severely overpriced estimate (which they forgot the exhaust problem they mention could kill me...) I called Ford directly and got prices for all the parts I need and guess what. Midas is charging double to over triple in parts alone. I will never consider Midas again and I will let everyone I know that Midas is corrupt as our government.

Owner very helpful,we where traveling when altenator went out on a Saturday night had van towed to her shop she had the mechanics get on it first thing on Monday morning cant thank her for all her help getting us back home .

SHAMEFUL! My wife took her car here for an oil change and the service rep brought out a bad set of brakes and told her those were her brakes and that they were bad and could cause her to wreck. The only problem was the brakes on her car were in like new condition and not needing replaced or putting her safety at risk. The other issue is that he tried to use a trick in telling her the brakes were already off her car and in his hands. ANOTHER LIE. She was there for an oil change and not to be taken advantage of. I have had to take my time and check the breaks to reassure her that the car is Safe! I feel like they stole my time and hers.There are easier ways to make money than lying and cheating your customers.

Went in for an oil change, sale price was excellent. Service was done pretty quickly. Staff were all nice. And Bella the dog is a cutie, and sweet! First time going to this shop, very pleased with my experience.

I drive a LOT so get my oil changed at least every monthThey do a great job checking the whole car out and if they see something they tell me and give me the option to fix with an estimate and they can fix just about anything that might be wrong

Had an exhaust leak, was on a factory installed flex pipe. They told me they could fix it. Come to find out they cut the whole flex pipe, welded a solid piece of pipe resulting in cracking my header. When I took it back, the blame was placed on me. This was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a call back from them. I took my car to another shop, the next day was fixed and thanks to this Midas I have spent over 2000.00. Thank you Midas for making me spend money on something you should take responsibility for.

Being a female alone. Coming in a shop for help. Im clueless they know. I ask for direct help with my exhaust odor. If I say it smells. I would know theres a serious issue. Ill need repairs done. This issue remains. Ive spent 700 on other new issues. Cool. Deadly odors are an issue. They tell me it might be a mouse. Well get in and exam it. Help out. Nope. Now I gotta go back out. To another shop. Hope they dont scam me out 700 bucks. Its my problem though, okay.

They changed the oil in our Toytoya Sienna and when we took our vehicle for another oil change at Firestone they informed us that our oil pan was stripped. I call Midas and Zachery said it was an alumnium pan. So ok I know Alumnium not strong. When we picked up the vehicle Firestone informed us that it was a steel oil pan and NOTan Alumnium pan as we were told by Midas. It cost us 500 dollars to be replaced. I called and talked to the owner and he said sue me and I said F YOU and said I would see him in court. Made a complaint with Midas Consumer Affairs and have heard nothing since. That was a number of days ago. Been on hold with Midas for about 30 minutes.

I had an issue with my car recently and these guys bent over backwards to help me, however, it was a dealership thing and rather than try to scam me, they were completely honest with me. They gave me some advice and were so professional and friendly just like we love it here in the south! Even though they could not assist us mechanically, they were very courteous and offered my wife and I hospitality until our tow truck showed up! I would definitely recommend these guys! My husband and I took my 2009 Kia Optima to Tireworld up the street and dropped it off to get a diagnosis. After 5 hours, we stopped by to check on it & they still had not pulled it in. We drove 1-2 miles up the road to Midas and was immediately greeted by Juan & William. Our car was pulled in and everything shown & explained to us without hesitation!! A complete brake job needed done.This was at 3:30pm—our car was diagnosed and repaired for pickup by 5:50pm!! They delivered exceptional customer service. Labor charges were high, but I don’t mind paying for such great, personable service that got us back on the road within a couple hours.This is our go to shop for any and all repairs on our Optima. You won’t be disappointed!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Thank you!

My favorite shop to go to with vehicle issues. Always reasonable pricing. We got a quote from one shop that was going to be almost $800-$900. When we brought the paper to this Midas they were able to quote us for $500-$600. That was a lot easier to chew on!!

Haven’t been under there in a long time so once they showed me, I knew right away there was more work to be done. They didn’t charge an arm and leg and even gave me a free extra quart of oil in case I ran low until able to fix my gasket. First time there, will be going there from now on.

This Midas is the worse shop I have ever visited in my life. I was going here to get my oil changed and the front desk guy said that he cant get to me until 3 hours. The shop was nasty, even the office was nasty. I said just wow, and I left.

Very friendly staff and a decent waiting area. Everyone was very good and patient about explaining the details of my car situation to me, as well as my options for how to proceed. Although their prices are a little high at times, I feel like they seem to care about the quality of their work.

Excellent service. Not only did they fix everything that needed to be fixed, but they were very clear about my cars needs without being pushy or pressuring me into adding services. They let me watch them work and graciously explained what they were doing as they did it. Everyone was kind and accommodating and brilliant. Im never going anywhere else for my automobile needs.

Horrible. Please choose someone who is a mechanic that actually owns their own shop. We sent our car there to have the fuel pumped changed out. They replaced a perfectly good battery and the car died again causing us to have another tow bill and a new fuel pump installed after the first time was a waste of time. We are not even sure if the mechanic that worked on our car is a certified mechanic or not. I would avoid this place and carefully think about who I allow to work on my vehicle for safety reasons and budget reasons. The Buyer Beware.

I take my car to this Midas because I trust them not to lie to me regarding what my car needs or doesnt need. They are honest, which is quite unusual these days. They are courteous and always greet me with a smile! I love these guys and wont take my car to anyone else! I trust them implicitly! You will not be sorry if you bring your car to them!! And no, they did not pay me to say all of this!

The staff is very kind, but the wait time is far too long. Even when I would make appointments, I would have to wait for almost an hour and a half for an oil change. I went to a local place to shop around. They were done within 45 minutes (no appointment) AND they told me Midas had been using the wrong oil filter and that my car had been leaking oil.It might be inexpensive at Midas, but a poor job being done isn’t worth anything.Midas staff, please take this into consideration in the future.

Staff was friendly. They kept me informed and only had her for a few hours however after getting engine repaired I was told the engine light might come back on and to bring my truck back to reset it. I did just that and now it comes on and off. What was fixed? I dont have another vehicle to be taking it back and forth. $800 it should have been fixed properly the first time . I have been with Midas for years and Im not so happy with them .

Ive been to Midas a couple times in Murfreesboro and I only have good things to say. One of the owners (Juan) was incredibly helpful in explaining things to me and even helped me shop around when my car needed new tires. I highly recommend this place and I will be back whenever my cards needs an oil change or any maintenance. Thanks guys!

My car was turning off randomly and not starting on some occasions. They ran tests on it and recommended that I get the ethanol cleaned out....this should solve the problem. So I did and about 2 days and $200 later my car turns off and wont turn back on again. The ethanol had no connection to why my car wasnt starting maybe this would have been caught if my car was checked right the first time.

I went to this shop first because its close to home. Now I take all of my personal vehicles and my company vehicle as well. I like having a shop I can trust!

Great honest people. It can be hard to know what your car needs or does not need, but I felt like they explained the issues very well and let me make an informed decision. I also decided to go for the Royal Purple oil which has increased my gas mileage!

I have used Midas of Murfreesboro for years. Juan & Eric are great, honest and very dependable. They do complete diagnosis to oil changes. Their mechanics are top notch.

Have used this location several times for all three of my vehicles. The service is fair, they let you know what you need, what it will cost and do quality work. Have had several times where they went above and beyond for customer service. Not easy to find a mechanic you can trust and depend on.

Got me in for brake fix same day, price was good, recommended additional service but didnt push it, couple of hours later brakes fixed and Im picking up my vehicle.Will call them again if and when brakes are needed in the future.

Juan has worked on my car dozens of time, including oil changes and tire changes. Like a lot of mechanics, he is knowledgeable but unlike many mechanics he does what he says hes going to do. Getting your car fixed is never the highlight of your day, but these guys help their customers understand the problem and then, most importantly, they fix it.

Went in because if engine light. I told them previous codes were a catalytic converter. They changed the O2 sensor and did a fuel treatment. Paid around 350. Drove home and the light came back on. I called them and they said they would look at it. Low and behold it was the catalytic converter as I told them. Originally the tech said nope its just an O2 asked are they sure. When I took it back to have it redone because the light was back on the tech said its a catalytic converter. Time him that is what I said originally and he said sorry. I said that one place quoted me about 600. He said yep thats cheaper just take it there. Took it to the Car People and guess what. They fixed the catalytic converter same day and at the price they said and my light was off. Will never use Midas again.

Sooo... Im not trying to be a d***, BUT WHERE has the Customer Service Gone in the Automotive Industry... I stopped by for a quick fix on my exhaust system and was told that my job wasnt going to be a priority, because their tech that does welding, was too busy doing a transmission fix... Seriously.... A Trans Repair is a Full Day Job... My Exhaust hanger weld, is a 10 minute job, max. But thats fine... I just REFUSE to do business with people that think my issue is less of a priority, just because its a SMALL repair job. I WONT BE BACK.

Likes to close early with no warning. When pressed for a reason, they will finally throw out something along the lines of we didnt have any customers in the face of people actively trying to be customers, turning them away.

If they dont know you, theyll try an screw you over. Came here to get my A/C fixed in my truck. Recharge, fix some parts okay... $500! I expect it to last, but with in the week, its out again. I go back, and I wait, and I wait all in all about 3hrs before they even get to my truck. After another 45 minutes of waiting, they come out with this, and this is wrong and this broken now, itll be another $500+ this time! Why was this not spotted the first time? I smell a rip off, a shady deal, incompetence, but I agree to have it fixed. And guess what, the a/c still didnt last a week again. Avoid this place or be ripped off. This place is clearly running a scam and needs to be shut down, and the employees thrown in jail! This place makes all Midas look bad. Never will I go back, nor to another Midas shop ever!

I called to get an estimate for brakes and the guy on the phone was so rude to me I decided not to go there. He even hung up on me as soon as I said never mind. Politeness goes a long way when youre running a business.

I had brakes installed. They were very professional in explaining to me what i needed.The work was done on time and the price was very reasonable.

Place is a huge scam dumped so much money and on my ac within a week cars overheated again ac is out an tried to tell me the cooling fan went out an melted over electrical issue when they just work on the electrical issue in my ac! So now more money an not there fault no thanks wont be back!

They take my money without fixing the problem even though I asked him about the price to fix the problem before starting . He end up taking the same amount of money and told me he cant fix the problem because it missing some parts . seriously if we have any problem I will never think to come back again.

Oops! I came in a bit late for my scheduled oil change. Just an hour before they closed, most places would have turned me away. Not Juan Orozco and Midas of Murfreesboro! Plus, its probably the least expensive oil change in town -- and includes tire rotation!

Wish I could give a 0 star review. I was charged more then the estimate. After I paid the muffler still didnt sound right. I then had another mechanic check the work and found out the work done wasnt the real problem. The 2nd mechanic fixed the problem for about a fifth the price the crook at the beginning.Do not...I repeat...do not take any car or truck to midas in Murfreesboro.

This establishment has fleas....They have a small dirty dog, thats allowed to roam free and thats utterly disgusting. Number one, theyre totally saying, F you, to the people who may be allergic to animals. Number two, at least keep the animal clean and its habitat, inside the business clean. The dog looks like pig pen, from Charlie Brown, and fleas are using it body, as a darn motel and Holiday Inn. If you already have fleas, this place is great for you!!!

Can in at 8:30 for an oil change and wasTold 30-45 minutes one car ahead of me and over 8 employees and here it is almost 2 hours later and my car isn’t even half way done and i have watched them with my car the entire time just taking their time doing whatever except tending to my car never again will i use them

Dont trust this shop with your car or truck. They over charged what they said the cost would be and marked up the parts over 100%. Plus, my truck still has a exhaust leak from a hole in the pipe but they missed that but fixed the manifold. Charged 200 more then the estimate. They prey on women who dont know about cars.I repeat, dont trust this shop with your vehicle.

Fair prices better than most

I done most of the work myself, they still charged me 369 to change one spark plug and changing the wires. When I looked at the invoice, I was charged 18 dollars for the one spark plug,118 for wired and a 172 00 for labor.

Price is right for the oil change, but they rotated my tires incorrectly and cost me the price of a new set after the wear on them was jacked.
