To start off, I’ve only had experience with the Service Department. That said though, my experience has been wonderful every time!When I pulled up into the Service Tunnel, there was someone there to greet me and point me in the right direction. My service advisor, Nicole, was friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly got me squared away. While my car was getting repaired, I hung out in the waiting room. The space was clean and spacious.Once the initial inspection was completed, my service advisor was very transparent with me about the waiting time and total cost. In addition, she took the time to break down what every repair meant. My car wasn’t going to be ready for another 3 hours. Seeing how I lived far from the dealership, I stayed in the waiting room and took full advantage of the complimentary WiFi and espresso machine.At one point, my stomach was growling, and Chris from the Service team gladly shuttled me to a nearby restaurant for a bite. When my car was ready, Nicole worked with me to ensure the total cost was well within my budget.There’s a reason why I keep coming back to Boro Nissan for my car repairs over the last 2 years -They simply overdeliver.

I recently had my car looked at and Nicole S provided excellent customer service and clear knowledgeable skills regarding what could be needed for my general maintenance visit. She was able to quickly get my car worked on and then immediately followed up when the job was done. Even though there was a minor issue (a CVT transmission leak), Nicole quickly got the issue resolved.Definitely recommendable (location and agent)

Fast service, and knowledge of parts are top notch. I have ordered several parts down to a power steering line attached to the rack and pinion, and they found it easily. Definitely a great place to reference diagrams as well. The staff is very helpful too. I will be back there for sure!

I came in this past Friday for recommended work by Nissan. I advised the service technician Morgan that Im experiencing shaking on my steering wheel when braking and that Nissan stated on last visit that I needed a brake system flush/replace brake fluid. I sat and waited 3 hours for servicing completion, then received a text that theyd also recommended more service on my vehicle after diagnosing. I approved 2 more services, spent over $300 and got my truck back only for my steering wheel to still be shaking when I brake. I called back the same day and was put on hold forever, holding for a service manager. I was then hung up on. I called back again on Tuesday, spoke w/ service Mgr. Terry and explained that my truck is still doing the same thing after servicing; I explained that they never recommended new brakes, new rotors...nothing other than what was on my paperwork for my truck. He asked me to bring my truck back and I told him after using vacation time from work on Friday, I was not using more time to bring my truck back when it should have been fixed right the first time... that they could come pick it up and leave me a loaner vehicle so that Im not inconvenienced. He asked if I lived locally and I said yes, then he stated they had no loaners available (though there s thousands of vehicles on their lot)...and that hed probably have something available on Wednesday and would call me back. Its now Wednesday after 12p and Ive still not heard from Nissan. I then called Nissan AGAIN, only for the girl answering phone to tell me Terry was not available and to just bring my truck back. I was not going through the whole spill again, I only want my truck fixed and told her to have Terry call me. I will update my review if this turns into a positive experience after my truck is fixed the way it should have been the first time.

I am not a Nissan fan. Ever since a year after buying my Sentra I hated it. I also refused to use this Nissan after a bad experience with a rude service guy. I drive 40 minutes to Manchester for service to avoid this place. However my transmission died and I had to come back here. Kimberlee changed my whole experience. She was amazing. I wish I had 10 of her working for me. I still hate my car but it is fixed and Kimberlee made it as great an experience as she could. Ask for her.

Came here looking to buy a car, the salesman helping us, Jerry Nichols, was amazing and was very friendly. Very accompanying to our needs, and stuff we didn’t need! He helped us navigate our car, features on it we weren’t accustom to yet. He made our experience feel familiar/friendly and less about business.

I took my car in with some problems, it’s a 2005 Nissan 350 Z and I was having some issues with it. Rebekah Simpson and Adrain took all of my information. The entire team at this Service Center really impressed me. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They kept my car for a couple of days for parts and to make sure everything was good and safe. They kept in touch with me with updates and my car is great. I have seen service centers at other dealerships and my personal opinion is that they all need to come over for a day and observe how it’s supposed to be done. I delivered almost 45.00 worth of food to these guys. They did not tip anything at all. And its not the first time. I would rather go somewhere to get my car repaired where the people respect and show courtesy to others. Ill make sure that these guys NEVER get a penny out of me or people i know. I spent 45 minutes getting their food and delivering it. They never tip and cost me time when i could have helped people who really appreviated it.You replied I question the quality & integrity of a review from a non business related transaction. Perhaps we can help you with employment.That in itself shows your selfishness and lack of integrity. Dont be mad cause you got a bad review because you have workers who care only about themselves. And your reply shows that the apple doesnt fall far from the tree. A business with integrity is worth more than one that can get by on image. Oh and you might want to look up the word integrity. You might or might not have the best service, but how you treat others goes a long way.

Now I know what a VIP feels like. Scott Ward was above and beyond what was expected. He kept me updated on the service of my Chevy Cruze diesel car.Which is a lot more than I can say for the Chevy dealership that I had taken my car to first, NEVER AGAIN! Also, Kendall was a pleasure to meet and share stories with. He is a safe shuttle driver and a very nice man.I will always bring my business to Boro Nissan.Thank you a million times over!❤

I pulled in and there were a couple cars ahead of me but even so i was greeted by a Kimberlee Cooper within waiting for about 10 seconds. She was very professional when talking to me about my vehicle and whats recommended at the mileage i was at. Once i told her everything i was there for she escorted me to the lobby and showed me where the coffee machine was which was nice since its been cold lately. About 10 minutes later i received a text saying my inspection was done and she come out shorty after and went over everything with me and answered all the questions i had. All in all i had a great experience and look forward to returning here and having her be my advisor!

Was there over a 1/2 hour and not 1 salesman approach me. I looked inside a number vehicles. Plus walked the lot. Seemed like every Pathfinder had a black interior. I was hoping for a lighter color interior.

I have bought a car through Nissan of Murfreesboro back in March and had an excellent experience. My salesperson was Lee and he was excellent and very courteous. When my mom was looking for a car, I highly suggested her to go to Nissan of Murfreesboro since I had a great experience. Our salesperson this time is Darrion and he has been super sweet and great to work with. Hes been very personable, and if I ever decide to get another car I will definitely come back!

I would recommend this dealership service department. They are grade A in professionalism and help you get your car back on the road quickly. I went there back in June and had an issue it was fixed that day and I was satisfied. Fast forward a couple months and got a letter from nissan headquarters that some of it was suppossed to be covered under warranty( due to warranty extension on my cvt from class action lawsuit) called adrian my advisor from that day and Terry the manager both were very willing and eager to help. I called nissan1 like they suggested and they would do nothing. Called terry back at this location and he took care of me. Would go back there again for all of my car care needs. Feel a ton better about the situation and glad that they were able to help.

My boyfriend was looking for a car and came in here. Immediately, Darrion Abston, greeted us with a smile in the parking lot and asked us what he could help us with. We told him we were looking for a car and he told us, with out a doubt, he could help us. He made the entire situation transparent and was completely truthful with us the entire time. He did everything in his power to get my boyfriend a good deal on a car he could drive off with today and he did just that. I have never seen such quick, efficient and honest service from a car sales person. I would never go to anyone else for a car in Tennessee. I feel as we knew him for years instead of just meeting him. He listened to all of his needs and stayed in the price range and even lowered the price out of courtesy. Great service and I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

Was told if they couldnt meet our price we would get a call back. Went there expecting to buy a vehicle only to be told they forgot call us back. Sales guy was rude and you cannot change if you dont like them.

If you want outstanding customer service I’d recommend Murfreesboro Nissan in a heart beat. Not only was bobbiegail amazing she listened to what we wanted and got it done.Today we traded in a 2014 Chevy Cruze and a 2006 Jeep commander for a 2020 Nissan Rogue and a 2015 Chevy equinox. The experience simply put was great. Ive always been skeptical about big name dealerships, honestly I don’t want to be swindled or screwed over. I want to be sold something thats gonna fit my lifestyle my budget along with the needs of my growing family! Bobbiegail worked tirelessly to find two vehicles that fit everything we were looking for and I couldn’t be more grateful. Sean the financial manager was also very helpful and got us the info we needed to make the right choice. I took my 2019 Nissan in because the radio wasn’t working properly and I could not have asked for better service with Ashly Salazar the maintenance staff and mechanics my problem was completely solved. Had to bring in my vehicle for service. With an 8 am appointment I arrived at 7:15 am with the intention of just dropping off the vehicle and keys. Never been here before, but there is no service desk here. You have to join a make-shift line of cars to get checked in. Since there are no lines drawn people think they can just join anywhere. So after waiting in line for 30 minutes I finally got checked it. It took 5 mins for them to ask my name, number, and take my keys. Not sure why they dont have a desk to complete a drop off. After this repair I wont be back.
