I called and spoke with Sharon over the phone, who made an excellent first impression with her knowledge about packing my delicate artwork, and with her speed of quoting prices when I asked about every different option. She even knew details about USPSs dimensional weight limits and USPSs minimum packaging protection requirements for insurance purposes (you read that right, USPS, not UPS). Shes an absolute pro. In fact, I considered an alternative cheaper place to get my packaging done, but her knowledge totally sold their service. And Im super glad I went with this UPS store, because my artwork made it to an international destination (via air) unscathed. So their packaging service might seem pricey, but it was well worth it for me. Ive also used this location to buy shipping supplies, to return Amazon items, and to buy one-off battery hazard warning labels for shipping. I highly recommend this location.

Basic UPS Store with jacked up prices. If you are planning on sending and picking up a package here; dont. They charge $10 pick up fee and $10 per day if they hold it, and that includes the day the package arrives and the day it is picked up! I called my own UPS Store in Seattle; they charge a one time $5 and hold for a reasonable time. Another mountain view ups store is $10 pickup and $5/per day. From what I was told since the stores are privately owned they can do whatever they want on services outside of standard ups shipping rates, etc.

Smaller store on the ground floor, Castro side. I was able to park in the back and get through the building, but had to walk around as I couldnt go back. Helpful and friendly staff, I was in and out in minutes.

Amazing customer experience. Came in with 4 large boxes and a 5th smaller box and the person I worked with was very fast, pleasant, professional and just all around great to work with. Highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend to avoid this location at any cost. Selling boxes that cost less than 1$ for 15+ per box is seriously stupid.Avoid this location at any cost. You can buy any box of your choice online for a 1$

James was very helpful. I went there to drop off Amazon return packages. I put two labels on one box and 3 items inside. One of the three items has a bar code return label. Amazon customer service told me I could do that, but James told me that we shouldn’t do that. If we do that, we might not get all the refunds, because the person who opens the package at Amazon might just scan one label.He opened package and separated and resealed each one individually. I didn’t have to make another trip and all the trouble... especially given the pandemic situation..Thank you, James.Kindness can go a long way... I’ll make sure paying it forward. If we could all strive to be kind to one another, what a wonderful world we and our children would live in.

Best Print & Ship store ever. The store closes at 5:00 and one of the employee let me in at exact 5PM and allowed me to ship an important mail. All the employees are super friendly and helpful too. Great job !! Thank you for so much help.

They were rude when I dropped something off there, insisted on charging me for packaging when free packaging and shipping is included, and did not provide me with a receipt when I drop off (the sheet of paper they gave me had no valid information on it). I even called the customer service line and they agreed that this is highly unusual.

Couple of things were needed for returns to be processed :1. Print out the shipping label2. Apply tape to the package to seal itPersonal at the store were really cordial and took care of both items. And did it for free. Will be my goto place for all returns.

Michelle was very helpful with notarizing our family trust. She helped figure out what we need to print, printed and sorted all of it for us and assisted us throughout whole process. She was also very mindful about our small child being with us and orchestrated the whole process so my wife and the baby were disturbed the least.

I used to return Amazon here. I leave extra packaging with them. Always in and out quickly. Kind staff, always patient when working out return details, offers receipt for return verification. Also, fun small selection of cards to check out.

Charged me $3.25 to print a pre-paid shipping label. Outside of this being absurdly expensive, what could have a 30 second interaction became a 5+ minute interaction (email the file, wait for clerk to print, wait for payment to process). What should have happened, show the clerk the label on my phone, scans it, prints it, leave. During peak CoVID-19 levels, this is simply unacceptable.

This UPS location is very efficient for mailing packages as well as drop-offs. Because they are so quick, there is usually no line when I come in. Once in a while there, I have to wait and am the only person in line. But its only for a a minute or so because they have lots of staff and multiple weigh stations for packages. A way better experience than the US Post Office.The biggest issue here is the parking situation on Castro. There is a limited supply of street parking for a multitude of businesses. Save yourself a headache and forget coming at lunch time during the week. Other times its hit or miss, and its not fun carrying boxes of stuff for any long distance so good luck there.That said, theres a Starbucks nearby, so anytime I have to work carrying a package, I can treat myself do a drink there.

Friendly staff, they let me enter even past the closing time. Most importantly, theyre pretty efficient compared to other locations - they serve multiple clients at a time, always with a smile. They also take passport pictures.

Expensive and staff unprofessional.I wanted a print out and they said I have to pay computer charges. This is unheard of because most places let you email the document.Also I heard the staff making fun of and gossiping about other customers. This is highly unprofessional.

The unresponsive staff mistyped the shipping address five times before the shipping label was created. I asked for insurance of value $600 but the staff forgot to do so. Unfortunately, my package was delivered to a unknown address because the staff attached others label on my package. When I talked to them, the manager is quite rude and yelled at me that this was not their fault and I should take the responsibility for my lost package.

I go to this location often. I do field service, and I am always sending back defective networking devices I have replaced. The staff is fast, polite and efficient. I dont expect them to supply packing tape for me, becuase if they did that, they would supply it for everyone that walked in the door. For that reason, I arrive there with my package taped up and labeled, if I have a label. If not, they have no trouble generating a label for me, based on the business I am shipping to. If their account doesnt come up, or there are issues with the account, I simply recall that this is not UPSs problem, its the problem of the person or business that wants their stuff back, so I would not even think of yelling at the staff about this...they can, and do, however, answer questions for me.Great location...the only issus is trying to find parking in downtown Mountain View...eh...thats the price we pay for convenience. Keep it up, #120 staff!

Went there to get my passport copies of 6 pages to notarize which the UPS store in sunnyvale refused to notarize it as a booklet and instead asked for $60 for 6 pages.The lady understood the problem well and gladly notarized the photocopies of passport pages as one booklet and embossed the documents.

I came here without the printed shipping label and asked to pay 2.75 for one page b/w printing from my USB drive. About 2.5 goes to the use of pc. They do not have the system to print the label because we are not UPS.
