I have leased a small mailbox for almost 2 years now at this place. The owners, Trinity and her family, persistently provide impeccable customer service, often with big smiles & greetings, without taking my business for granted like many stores do to a long term customer. During the pandemic, I have countless boxes coming to this store almost everyday, yet they tirelessly notify me via emails promptly, and often made extra efforts for my convenience when I arrive to pick up the boxes. I strong recommend this store for their services!

Easy access and not crowded. Do need to pay more than the US Post Office.

They are super nice at this place and will always help you find whatever you need. Way better than the USPS Post Office (although you will pay a slight premium). Definitely recommend.

I love shipping from here. The personnel are friendly and helpful. They dont rush you if you dont have all your stuff together. Once you ship with them, they will always have your address on file to quickly build a new shipping label. All my packages got to their destinations.

Checked out this PA out of curiosity while i was in the neighborhood. Place was very clean and organized. Interestingly, it resembled a little boutique to me with all the neat souvenirs and gadgets they have displayed. I wasnt buying anything, but i watched some transactions of other paying customers there. The manager was very courteous and friendly. She was attentive and accommodating to the patrons needs, simplifying the process to make it easy and quick for the customers. The pricing i assume would be about the same as anywhere else, but the quality of service is definitely great to deserve my rating.

In regards to the store, it was clean, everything looked organized, and customers were in and out very quickly. There was never a line, and packages were handled with care. The prices are very worth it, especially in comparison to UPS and Fedex stores, and just like those stores, they sell boxes, packaging items, as well as quite a few trinkets. This place is fantastic, and I will be going here for all of my postal needs from now on.The ONLY reason I got on to write this review, though, was because of the experience that I had there. The staff here is outstanding. Deedee and Trinity were there to assist me when I had to fax quite a lot of things out, and they not only did it, but they were absolutely amazing talking keeping my 4 year old entertained while everything was faxed out. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service should be applauded. They also quickly handled other customers needs while my things were being processed. If youre the GM and happen to be reading this, please give these two a raise. Every customer I saw that came in knew the ladies there, and the store clearly maintains a great customer base because of them.

I had a 5-star customer service experience at Postal Annex. I went in to get a passport photo and the helpful employees offered tips about how best to submit my passport renewal application, quickly and expertly took my photo and prepared an envelope for mailing for me. I highly recommend Post Annex!

The owners of this store was very helpful and efficient notarizing my document. I was also able to ship my document and Trinity found the best price for me. This place is awesome...one stop shop. Highly recommended.

We really appreciate how Trinity makes all things shipping so easy! The service alone is five stars, and addition it is great to be able to send and receive from all carriers in one spot. Great location for shipping, mailbox, or other services. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is well kept (clean, organized). I would feel safe with receiving mail and packages here. Better than some other PostalAnnex Ive been to.

Great for Indian passport application. They took care of photograph, notary, UPS, organizing and paper clipping the docs along with tips on getting it right.

A CA real ID is FEDERALLY COMPLIANT people; don’t ask me for more docs, especially WALKING W/A CANE 👀🤪. Take your $ elsewhere.
