If I could give them a minus 10, I would. I ordered two phones and they shipped one. Still waiting for an answer from the escalation team, its been over 5 days now. Sent pictures and email confirming the lack of full order. For a more than trillion dollar company with nearly 140,000 employees, i can only speak to one to get this issue solved. Who makes the customer wait when it is clearly a company issue? Google does, they are not a reputable company! Worst customer service I have ever had..Dont buy from them, they are only in it for the money and couldnt give two sh!t$ about you, the consumer

Top 3 things1) Located on the Google Campus at Mountain View. This store stocks a range of Google and Youtube merchandise. Everything here from pins, stationery, toys, gadgets, mugs and clothing to bags and technology.2) It was nice to see a range of gifts in different price brackets. I was able to get gifts for under $5 which were great value for money. My favourites were the android pin and the light up Google pens.3) Just inside the store, on the left, there is a designated photo opportunity space. Even if you didnt have any money to spend, you could still take a photo and have a great souvenir of your visit.MoreStaff were friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a visit!

Great store to buy Google souvenirs such as hats, shirts, bottle water, jackets and many more with logos of Google products ( Youtube, google, android, and etc). Souvenir prices are little pricey but, bought sales items which is awesome. Inside the Store designs is cool, and at that time we visited had this amazing Painting on the wall.

I have had gift cards for this place since October of 2020 and cant log in to the store to use them. Ive called and emailed them dozens of times and get no response. Ive gotten in touch with the card processing company and after over a month of communication they tell me to contact the store. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Google Merchandise store is a cool place to buy official Google branded stuffs from shirts to speakers.I tried out the music request which automatically played selected songs.There are various items for children, students, women and techies.♿The entrance and restrooms are accessible. Theres wheelchair parking provision and seamless movement in and around the store.

A pretty good merchandise store for people who are the fan of google. A large variety of souvenirs are available in the store. Most of them are inexpensive and worth being purchased.

Oh my goodness, this is like heaven on earth, no wonder Google is the employer of choice. Everything about their campuses, the ambience, the bike culture, the consistency in corporate colors all over, the entire experience was just out of this world. This will surely go down as my biggest highlight of 2020

A wide range of merchandise products for sale, with main themes of Google and Andriod. Mostly practical stuff like mugs, shirts, sweaters, bags, caps, stationery, stickers, pins etc. they are all great quality and prices range from a couple of dollars onwards, reasonable for the quality.There’s some home appliances like google nest etc. staff’s really friendly, told me I could go online to deadzebra to purchase the andriod statues. There’s a cool neon bicycle dig at the corner too. Restrooms are available and clean. Be sure to take andriod lawn pics outside!

Not that it would be a bad experience, just disappointing how ordinary and cold the store and merchandise looks.Dirty parking lot in front does not add to the charm of the place. Google is clearly not a B2C company.But cool Android statues outside 😉

If you want google themed goods, this is the place to come.Statues outside in honor of android versions and nice store space inside. Constantly updated with a lot of new products. Nest product portfolio is expanding, Google Home family too. Bought Smart light starter kit to develop English with our kids. Hope that there will be more connected home appliances next year. Thanks, great store!

The Google Store is niiiice! There’s such a large selection of high quality items. I also think the prices are fair (considering). The t-shirts are all made out of the super soft material that I so love. There’s a Google Bike Collection and also an interesting selection of YouTube specific items.

Small size shop. Pretty good. You can get a souvenior. In front of the shop, you can meet characters.

Very sleek and hip store for Google merch, if you want a souvenir from visiting then this is the place. Plus you can take a pic with some Android statues just outside behind the store. Only downside is the price of some items is pretty high.

For absolute Google Fans :) Prices are more than I expected. For example, there was an IOT LEVIS smart jacket which is more than 250 USDs. Despite we’re living in a digital age, Google merchandise store still sells classical notebooks and pens :)

The google hoodies are sooo soft and are of excellent quality and totally worth the money. Go Grab different items including and not limited to clothes, books, mugs, stickers, android pop figures, etc. they have apparel for kids too.They have “the jacket that responds to touch” for display. There is Google branded stuff to outfit your entire family and home, with YouTube and Android branded items too. Stuff is high quality, but pricey!Surprised how sparse the store floor is. Was thinking there would be a much larger selection of Google items to choose from. But maybe its this way so large groups of people can easily move about the store and shop.The Android Statues Garden is right next to the Google Merchandise Store so if you are not a big shopper you can easily amuse yourself and take photos with the over dozen large plastic Android statues. Its kinda like being at Google Candyland.10/11/2017: There is a Project Fi vending machine where you have to answer a list of trivia-related questions correctly in order to win a small prize, e.g. luggage tag. They have a variety of products but the prices are quite high and they don’t have many items on sale. They sell Android collectible figurines which are super cute.

As a Googler, this is my frequently visited store to get gifts for friends and family. Googlers get a discount too so if you know someone at campus, bring them along. Highly recommend if youre around the area even if you dont want to buy anything. Youll get a nice intro to how our Google spaces are designed to be so colorful, employee friendly and generally quirky and fun.The collection includes everything Google branded, from T-shirts to sippers to phone stands and sunglasses...you name it and theres pretty much everything. The hardware collection includes Chromecast, Home and Nest devices but you cant shop for phones here. The staff is super friendly and there is a fitting room to try on wearables too. And the coolest thing is the Google Earth installation where you can find your home or any place and view in satellite mode.

My first visit and I was stunned at the variety and didnt know how to select what I wanted for my budget but then behold that had a sale and I got more than what I wanted. Great, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, kind d and helpful staff. I felt m ut purchase went to a great company and staff.

It is perfect for souvenirs and Google gifts. I thought I could find Pixels or Pixel cases but it wasnt the case.The store is very well decorated and has some nice spots to take pictures. The time I visited they only accepted payment with cards.

This place is heaven if youre into Google, Ive never seen so many Google merchandise in my life !

It was neat walking around the entire complex. Not allowed to go into buildings except the shop. The store didnt offer much, but enough to buy some souveniers. You could see people traveling between buildings riding their bikes. And even had some Google props for taking pictures. I spent about one hour there.

Cool merch, nice giant Google Map screen to check out. Project Fi trivia vending machine was pretty cool too!

I was truly disappointed with my visit. The google merchandise store didnt have all google electronics. The floor staff was so unfriendly and was more interested in chatting loudly among the floor staff. One of then even sat on the edge of merchandise table. ( i have included a picture )No greetings or offered to help as we walked in. I asked if there was a washroom and was told no washrooms provided in the entire google compound for public. That was a shocker. The cashiers seem to interact well with customers. The android status kind of cool. Appreciated the free use of bicycle.

Ordered online most of the stuff was good except the duffel bag which broke after 2 weeks.

Product changes very fast, none of the product can always stay there. If you found something you like it, then you must be quick.

The Android Statues are the highlight (near the store, not part of it). As you might expect, the merch. is a tad overpriced, but not horrendously so. Fun experience for lovers of all things Android/google! 😍

There are a lot of branded goods on offer including clothes, but unfortunately many of them do not offer smaller sizes. Nest, Chromecast, WiFi and Home are all here, of course. The huge Maps interactive display is incredible.

I loved the fantastic array of Google-branded items that were on display. The souvenirs were really awesome with creative and impressive ideas and designs from shirts to jackets to water bottles to stickers and droids and so much more.Each Google sub-brand is represented in different ways. The backpacks were really attractive too.The store isnt so big but houses some of the most exclusive souvenirs you can get from Google. Prices are a bit high tho.

Nice store. In Silicon Valley is Google City...all is google, with security guys at every traffic light. All of the Google employees go by bicycle between their headquarters.

A wonderful place to enjoy the environment, where great workers gathered together here for their dream future.

I wouldnt mind being here all day long - shopping. The store is fully loaded with so many branded items ranging from children to adult category.

If you want Google Merch, this is the place to go. Seems the A/C was out the last time I came, but still worth the trek. Revolving tech displays are onsite, with the Android Sculpture Garden right outside. Fitting room is available if you want to try clothes on.

The shops is small and the price for merchandise are rather steep... But it was a nice environment.

If you are at Sunnyvale or Mountain View, both the Android Statue Lawn and Google Merchandise Store is a must visit. Located just next to the Android Statue Lawn, the store is not that big, you can finish within 20 minutes. They have merchandise for Google, Android, YouTube and even Google Maps, although most of the design is kinda really simple (or theres no design at all). Even if you are not a die hard fans, you will be tempted to get something out of it. The service is good and staff is friendly. Theres 2 fitting rooms for you to try out the t-shirts. However, the price is rather high side given the simple design. They have only the male cutting for many of the T shirts design, which is rather big for female. Toilets available.

Selection is not as varied as the old employee store. You can get standard issue t-shirts, hats, hoodies, and the like . There are water bottles, baby items, and a small selection of office/school items.

If you’re looking for some google souvenirs this is the perfect store. Here you can find from google devices to cool jackets and many other items.They have great things, some of them at a fair price. The staff is really friendly, they have bathrooms and they even have a couch for you to sit if you get tired of shopping.

Very cool location, loved the giant sized statues outside. Some of the prices on current items seems either perfect price or way over priced. I got great gifts to give to my son which he loved. The giant Google Earth screen was a highlight for sure. Only complaint was how did you not have Google phone cases?

I really loved the Google merchandise store and my favorite oversized confectionery and deserts nearby in the Android Garden.I am an official shopper at that illustrious establishment and just the vibe of the place make you want to get something. The layout of the store and the Merch makes me. even happy to be associated with your favorite company. Please make time to browse the shelves and seek assistance from the reps. Also, Google does not accept paper only plastic (consider the environment people) or other.Take your time and peruse in person or online. I enjoyed my visit totally.

Such a cool place! I loved everything in there, just wish some of the shirts werent as pricey as they were. Staff was very fun and nice. Fast service too! Especially since we were in a big group with a small amount of time there!
