Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. There process for checking in and out jewelry for any repairs is awesome! Pictures are taken, diamonds are checked for authenticity and receipts/ID required to pick it up. They are so trustworthy! I have 2 expensive rings from Jareds and the service alone is worth every penny! All of the staff are amazing!!

Wow, I can’t believe i finally wearing the rings I love. After a long process, thanks for Lucy, Landon, and Glen, I got the perfect ring set. Lucy was especially helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, very patient, not pushing. She provided the outstanding service through the whole process. I highly recommend her. Great selection. A little pushy with making the sale and will not set alternative stones such as moisonite. Their gold Smith made a mistake and put the wrong head on my ring but Lucie did an awesome job making sure it was corrected very quickly and to the appropriate specifications; she is awesome
This place has terrible customer service. It would take weeks of calls and emails to get even an answer. We were promised responses for the rings we asked to see but they would continuously lose the information. I would need to stalk the associates in order to get any progress. We were bottom of their priorities because we weren’t spending thousands of dollars on a diamond engagement ring. I was looking for a non-mined sapphire for sustainability reasons and Jared’s has quite a selection, so that’s why I kept trying. But after four months of trying to tough it out I finally got fed up with the process and had one custom made elsewhere. I will never go back to Jared’s and will tell all my friends to stay away from this place.
Great place. Excellent prices and service. A chain in Century City wanted to charge me $48 for a battery for my Seiko - I had 3 watch batteries installed here for $35. Thumbs up. Parking lot is awful though - park on CA. and walk over instead.
I recently had an issue with my diamond ring. I went to Jared in Gilroy and was told that it had to be sent out and would take a couple of weeks, however the salesperson recommended I take it to Jared in Mountain View since they have an in house repair shop. My husband and I went there and was approached by Shauna. She and the Gen. Manager Glen Belshaw went above and beyond in getting my ring repaired. They even offered to ship it to the Gilroy store to avoid the driving back. I truly appreciate the professionalism of Shauna and Glen. My ring was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. Excellent customer service is rare nowadays, so happy to say Jared is my jewelry store. Thank you Shauna and Glen.
Mr Set did a beautiful job with my grandmothers emerald cut ring that was resized for us and given speed bumps. Hes a lovely soul and showed real generosity to us. We very much enjoyed each of our visits and look forward to having another excuse to return to him. Thank you, Set!
Customer service here is phenomenal. I had seen something on line and Reza spent ten minutes finding the item. I decided on something else and Reza told me about the item and how the clasp worked. Best thing about this store is the Kids Play area. Smart move!
We had our wedding rings resized one size up and made sure to put in huge writing with the order not to mess up the engravings on the inside of the rings.Comes the day to pick up the ring and the engraving is completely gone, sanded down, you had to use a magnifying glass to see where it even was. The ring was actually not even evenly resized. We wait for them to fix the engraving. Comes back with a different engraving then when asked for refund the person offers a store credit. When I heard about this and call back to get the refund the store front desk person tells me to come back. I will never ever step my foot in this Jared. Keep the money. Whoever is your jeweler should get fired.-5 stars.Completely useless store. Dont come here.
My experience was comfortable and relaxed. The Staff at the Palo Alto location are always professional. They greeted me and ask me how my day was before asking me what I was looking to buy. Reza was true gentleman. Alice and Karen were there and supported in the process. Thank you very much, my Father loves his watch.

I recently had my mothers wedding ring resized. Thi Tran, the jeweler who worked on the ring did an amazing job. He did it with incredible care with a quick turn around. I sent this response to Jared and never got a response so thought Id share my experience with other potential customersThis review is in reference to a couple of different visits to Jared (all with the same interaction with the same sales associate). My fiancé purchases me a beautiful sapphire necklace for my birthday and unfortunately the chain was not long enough. This prompted my visit to Jared on 2/3/18. I really cannot remember the sales person’s name that helped me that day. First off she did not seem to really be interested in helping me with such a low dollar item. I felt more like a hassle to her. I pointed to the length of the necklace that I was wearing in the store and requested something similar to that length. Instead she pulls out a super long chain and suggested that one since it was “adjustable” not thinking about the logistics of the necklace I went ahead and agreed (since again I felt like I was being such a bother to her). This was my first interaction with this sales associate and I must say that it was quite unpleasant.My second interaction with this same sales person was on I believe 2/6/18. At this time I realized that the “adjustable” chain was not the right fit for my particular necklace. My pendant was fixed to the chain so I could not use the adjustable feature and the necklace was much too long. I bring my necklace back to be corrected (of note the clasp was on the right side of the necklace and the pendant laid correctly). Upon arrival to the store I was greeted by the store manager and she was quite pleasant. I informed her that I was very unhappy with the way my necklace turned out with the “adjustable” chain and she said that the problem could easily be fixed.Unfortunately she handed me off the sales person who originally sold me the “adjustable” chain on 2/3/18. This sales person (who again I cannot remember her name) made me feel absolutely terrible. Her first suggestion was to just cut the chain down to my desired length. Once I declined this idea she became ever more unpleasant. Eventually we came to agreement on the correct chain length for me and she sent it back to be corrected. This is speculation only but I think that my chain was not attached correctly to my pendent (possibly d/t this sales person). The clasp was attached to the left side of the pendent. I assume that clasps are attached to the right side (UNLESS someone specifies that they are left handed) and the pendent really sits poorly it does not lay flat on my chest. I did not dare return to Jared again to have this fixed due to feeling so uncomfortable and so dissatisfied with my two prior visits.My first interaction on 2/3/18 was uncomfortable. After my LAST interaction with her on 2/6/18 both myself and my fiancé will NEVER PURCHASE anything from Jared ever again. May I please add my fiancé has been buying my jewelry from Jared for the past 4 years and would have likely continued to buy my jewelry from Jared for years to come. However I have went so far to tell him if he every buys anything for me at Jared again I will not accept it.

I went there to fix my ring on saturday. The lady told me it will cost around $50. When i went to receive the ring, they charged me almost $100 due to additional polishing cost which i didnt ask for. I wont go there anymore and wont recommend it at all. Unfortunately, the ring is not perfectly fixed either.
Jared is a very clean and spacious store with lots of selection. Upon entering, I was greeted promptly and provided a beverage and shown numerous diamonds. I was fortunate of having the assistance of Glenn Belshaw who was very very knowledgeable and friendly and super patient with me. He did a great job of educating and showing my GF and I many types of diamonds. Shirley Rizo also provided great assistanceI very much recommend Jared and Glenn and Shirley to anyone looking to buy fine jewelry. Thanks!
The service I received was on a very personal level, the way I looked at this is because Jared cares about the service that their customers recieve and I was very happy and satisfied when I done shopping at Jared.
The service was great. The lady that helped me was very helpful and patient with me. A man buying the right ring is like facing tyson for 12 rounds haha. Only part that i didnt like was the young lady who boxed my ring dropped it in front of me and I had to ask for a bag. Very immature for her age. She should stop paying so much attention to her nose and devote it to her job. Other than that the quality of the ring amazing. Management get. Id recommend jared anyday.
