My daughter wanted to try eyelash extensions. I took her to Satin and Silk Lash Studio. Neither my daughter nor I know anything about eyelash extensions. People there answered all the questions we had. The stylist did a consultation for my daughter before giving her a full set. They look so beautiful and natural. My daughter really likes it.

I feel sorry to leave a bad review, but I’m not very happy with my lash lift. My place didn’t have an appointment available this time so I decided to come here, even though they almost charge double. For this price I don’t expect to have curled up lashes.

I am in love with my lashes. My tech was very professional and pleasant to work with and listened to what I wanted and gave me a recommendation on what she thinks would look nice on my eyes, and I love how they came out!The overall appearance of the lash lounge is very bright, clean and inviting. It has a very elegant touch. The area where the lashes are done is separate from the lobby so people walking by can’t see in. That area is also very bright and clean and nicely decorated.I’ll definitely be returning!

I got a FREE classic set of lashes put on. Janice did such an amazing and awesome job!!!! I was ecstatic with the results. I would highly recommend her and Lash Lounge. I felt super comfortable with her. I was able to relax. Im pretty sure I fell asleep. I am positive my husband will agree with me once he sees how natural the look of my eyelashes appear.

I went for the first time about two weeks ago with Brenda. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and love my new lashes. I’m hooked and am coming back for a fill soon and bringing a friend! What I liked most about the experience is that Brenda took the time to explain the process and educate me on the length of lashes that I have, how much curl I have and what would work best for what I have. Most places don’t do that! So thank you soooo much!!

I have been getting my lashes done with Juliana since the end of December. I always look forward to my appointments with her because she is so much fun to talk to and plus she is an awesome technician. She will thoroughly answer any questions you have regarding lashes. She is gentle when working around your eyes. Before she starts working on you, she makes sure you’re comfortable. I highly recommend making an appointment with her.Now for the salon itself, the staff is super friendly. The owner is kind and I believe the girl at the desk name is Lyzza (I cant remember how she spelled her name from an email I got) but she is very professional and sweet. Any question you may have that the techs can’t answer, she will!! While you are waiting for your appointment she will ask if you want any refreshments and she will make small talk with you as well.The salon itself is ALWAYS clean and smells fresh! The products on the shelves are nearly organized and dust free. This place is very well kept. Walking in you know you’re in a very posh environment! I love it here! See you ladies soon!

I love the girls that work at the Lash lounge. However, their bookkeeping leaves much to be desired. I signed up for one of their specials and when I went to pay for it there was a bookkeeping error. I was told that it would be taken care of on my following appointment. At the time of my following appointment, I was told I was no longer eligible for that program without paying a service fee. I was then told that I would have to write an email to the owner in order to rectify this. I do not think this is my place I was told one thing and another thing happened. That stinks! I am now looking for a new lash service.

I enjoyed my time with DeeDee! It was my first time getting lash extensions and she made the process really transparent and comfortable, letting me know when to expect. I also think my lashes look great!

Love the attention from the staff, Juliana has been doing my lashes for quite a while and I don’t feel very pretty when I get there but Juliana always sends me home feeling very pretty and so relaxed (Which if you knew me, it’s next to impossible for me to relax when someone is touching me)!!
