I got everything, I wanted even applied for a Sallys card, and was approved 😉 happy shopping

Poorly stocked compared to before the pandemic. No Ion bleach protein booster (fake Olaplex), no small foil packs, and only certain brands bleach powder. I tried ordering online instead but they shipped half my order and charged me UPS for small order at their fault. It took many shopping trips to settle with stuff not as good as wanted.

The girl with the red hair and her co-worker (both very short) were so rude and didn’t know what they were talking about. never going back.

Excellent place to find hair coloring products and nail and eye lash accessories. This is a very small shop that targets specific needs and probably a supplier for hairdressers, so it lacks variety and options that are found at larger beauty stores. Dont go here looking for makeup, sunscreen, or lotion choices. Three aisles and then youre done shopping.

I like going here because I can easily buy my hair product. They have many location it is convenient for me to go.

Super friendly staff - Lilia was great at helping me find what I needed and showing me different options at different price points. The place to go during covid!!

Told the sales lady what I needed, she got it from the shelf, I paid, and was out in a matter of a minute or two.

Really nice beauty supply, everything is on the shelves is neatly organized, and pretty good product selection for regular folks, and professional stylists.

Called in to ask a question about an item and was told very quickly to hold by i believe it was “susana “ and 30 minutes of hold and listening to her bad mouth customers call a lady a B*t** after she paid and left, and gossip about her personal life to her coworker and then 10 minutes later joke about the person is still on HOLD and still not pick up the phone! This person should be FIRED!!!!!!! It would only have took 30 seconds to reply to my question very unprofessional i cannot believe this lerson is being paid to be there! 😒

I went to pick up some hair dye I parked right out front and called five times I watched two girls sitting at the front desk not answering the calls I walked up to the door and a women made a hand gesture for me to leave I told her that I have been calling for a curb side pick up and no one was answering and she said that they were closed it was 2:00 and they close at 5:00 I said so your not doing curb side pick up because that was what was written on there door and she said no and walked away to go sit back at the desk.

Nice small place to get hard to find Beauty Products, staff some times do not like to be bothered.

Got here 10 mins before to 6 pm and they had locked the door on Sunday Jan 8. Its very unprofessional to close early. Ill just use amazon from now to order the products I need.
